"Are you a half-elf?" The wood elf named Yanara curiously observed Felix, blinking her pale green eyes after a moment.
"Yeah," Felix nodded slightly but didn't elaborate. Although he didn't remember his past, he knew a bit about his race. He felt an innate familiarity with elves, yet he wasn't a true elf; his human traits were too pronounced. Thus, the only explanation was that he was a half-elf, with a predominantly human lineage.
As the night fully set in, walking became difficult. Felix eventually accepted the wood elf ranger's kindness to camp together for the night and leave the next day.
Under the glow of the campfire, Felix's pale face gained a rosy hue. Yanara quietly observed Felix's delicate and handsome face, her beautiful expression slightly strange. Poking at the fire with a stick, she paused before softly saying, "As far as I know, only blood elves naturally have white skin. You might have some blood elf lineage."
"Oh?" Felix, showing a rare expression of interest, turned to look at Yanara and asked, "Blood elves? What kind of elves are they?"
Yanara frowned slightly and hesitated before speaking softly, "I have never seen this type of elf because there hasn’t been any trace of blood elves in this world."
Her gaze swept over Felix's handsome face, filled with a touch of emotion.
"What a striking young man!" she thought. Half-elves indeed possess extraordinary beauty, and this one beside her was the most handsome she had ever seen.
"No trace in this world?" Felix's brow furrowed, feeling his newly kindled hope dim. If blood elves had never appeared in this world, it meant they were beings from another plane. Though his strength was considerable, he didn't believe he could breach the planar barriers to seek his memory in another space.
"Blood elves are a branch of high elves, but their desires are intense, especially their craving and dependence on elemental energy, which even affects their psyche. I heard from my mother about a great catastrophe that befell the blood elves during a racial migration, causing a space-time storm! This storm nearly wiped out the blood elf royal family. The blood elves active in the material plane now are survivors caught in the temporal chaos. You might have lineage from these survivors."

Yanara added some firewood to the campfire and continued, "Blood elves are now extremely rare. If you plan to find them, it'll be very difficult."
Felix didn't respond, touching his shiny white hair and gazing at the moon, falling into a silent contemplation.
Yanara, watching Felix deep in thought, shifted closer to him. Her beautiful face showed hesitation and a faint, unclear blush. She suddenly recalled a legend about blood elves, especially about their ears...
"Felix, may I touch your ears?" The usually bold wood elf ranger looked at Felix's handsome face, her demeanor suddenly shy and awkward.
At the mention of touching his ears, Felix jumped away like a scalded rabbit, turning to look at Yanara with a strange expression. The wood elf's attire was somewhat revealing: a leather top barely covering her full chest and tight leather pants, ideal for jungle combat but quite exposed in Felix's view.
Honestly, Felix didn't understand why his ears were so sensitive. Their peculiar ticklish and trembling sensation made him very uncomfortable. The first time Nayara pinched his ears at Snowcharm, the sudden surge of agitation nearly made him lose his mind.
After regaining his composure, Felix felt guilty and had since strictly protected his ears, never letting Nayara succeed again. He slightly disliked the uncontrollable impulses and the restlessness that left him feeling empty and longing.
Seeing Felix's startled expression, Yanara was now certain he had some blood elf lineage. Elf ears are very sensitive, a known erogenous zone. Legend says some blood elves' ears are so sensitive that being touched by the opposite sex can render them completely weak.
It's worth mentioning that, apart from the fallen drow elves, blood elves are known for their liberal attitudes towards sexuality. Unlike the dark drow elves, blood elves’ desires are directed only towards their kind, without concern for nation or race.
Blood elves, a proud race and a branch of high elves, recognize only their kind, unless forced or subdued by absolute power. Even among other elves, blood elves maintain their pride.
If the elven race could give birth to fallen drow elves, then unquestionably, their lifestyle differs from humans. The matriarchal system keeps the elven society relatively open.
In fact, few elven females choose to marry within their race due to women's rights. Many remain single their entire lives. The matriarchal system ensures that children born to elven women follow the mother's lineage, greatly diminishing the presence of male elves.
Most of the elven women born in the matriarchal society had a high degree of autonomy, which meant that they didn't care about taking the initiative to push down some men they liked.
