The people on the street avoided them and gave them strange looks.
No wonder, their clothes were wet and they smelled like sewage.
But they didn't let it show.
Instead, they walked briskly to the place the old man had mentioned.
Fortunately, they found the place without any problems.
Aside from the stares from people, they didn't attract any additional attention.
That reassured them.
If people knew they were responsible for the death of the commander of the 15th unit, there would undoubtedly be a panic.
Without further ado, they approached the door.

It looked like the back entrance of a store.
A bit hesitantly, Kawao knocked with the signal the old man had given him.
"Are you really sure we can trust him?" Koru asked, still suspicious of the old man.
"Don't worry! He won't turn us in."
Shortly afterward, the door opened, and a very tall, muscular woman in a light red uniform stepped out.
"Who are you? What do you want?" she asked in a surprisingly deep voice.
"Some stinking old guy told us to knock here. He said you could help us!"
"Are you kidding me? Why are you really here?"
"I just told you... Hey, Koru! Don't just hide behind my back!" he called, turning to Koru.
"Are you afraid of her?"
"Who wouldn't be? Just look at her!"
"What's wrong with her? She looks beautiful!"
"You idiot! Are you blind or what?"
"HEY!" the woman suddenly shouted.
Kawao turned back to her.
"Where did you get that vest?"
"This? I found it on the beach in my homeland three years ago."
"And where is that?"
"My homeland? On an island in the south."
The woman thought for a moment.
Then she replied, "I see! Thanks for the compliment, sweetie. Quickly, come in before anyone sees you!"
Suddenly, she seemed like a completely different person.
Now she behaved more like a smitten young woman.
Kawao followed her inside, but Koru paused for a moment.
"What have I gotten myself into?"
