53.1: What Can Be Healed

She Who Sleeps returns to Stupor. And She Who Will Heal awakens not knowing where she is to go. She is to have a name, she had a name, names are important. She does not remember having a name.

She leaves clad in a shell built anew from the shards given to her. Rewritten, recompossed, and too large to move in comfortably. But if she is to heal she shall take with her all that can lead her in that direction.

She reaches to a nearby net, climbs it, and shakes it in a pattern meant to call a scout or a guide. She does not know which.

----------------------------------------

He Who Carries Quantities came across one reaching through the nets. It did not know the pattern or the vibration, the force was missaplied, but it was obviously one of the older patterns, Maybe this one had been involved in a project? Or they were lost? He does not know, but if the were in this in between part of the hive, the probably didn't know either.

So he reaches to the stranger, a young one. Who was... She?

She Will Heal, but she does not yet know how. She is learning for that role.

Ah, but why was she here? And what was she trying to call for?

She, she was hear trying to learn how to heal, she does not know where she has arrived, but she is seeking something relating to names. Something of them being relevant.

He cannot help her in this, but if she does not know where she is, he can bring her to the guide center. She can find her way from there, and he is not carrying much on his way back there.

Gratitude, does she need to pay him?

Can she afford to? He has been having difficulties in the tendrils controlling the carrier, can she try to heal those?

Taken from Royal Road, this narrative should be reported if found on Amazon.

She shall see what is wrong.

----------------------------------------

So he carried a large shell with him, wings attached to make movement easier, the force of acceleration somewhat distributed to them so that the pull was consistent. And yet he needed to pull, no, to turn to change to. She does not at all understand the mechanism, but it seemed he had pulled to hard here, and his tendrils were numbing form the repeated effort.

She had him slow, it would carry itself for a little while. He needed to remove his limbs from the grips.

Is she sure? It would not do him good to readjust it takes time...

No, there might be damage there, and if he uses damaged tendrils...

He quickly pulls back his tendril, the thinker ones used for gripping, but there is rarelt much distinction there. So she examines them, feels them. He twitches the communication coming to him unclearly, but here was something she could fix. And so could he/

He should position his tendrils this way...

He needed to stop pulling form that angle and not pull again until he went again through stupor. He is adapting but he will take damage if he does not let his body adjust. So little work until his next stupor. In fact, he should return to stupor as soon as possible.

But what of his role?

He should switch with another guide, this was not what his body needed. It needed to adjust, so he should use wings that hold is tendrils together. Or something of that sort.

If stupor heals it.

He is taking damage for his body is not adapted to his role. He can either define his role more generally, or he shall take damage.

He understands, he shall call another guide to bring them there.

Good.

----------------------------------------

A healer, one who is learning to heal has arrived at the guides. And she carries the authority of the role, possibly because of the role itself, and how desired it is. They are following what she says, and she finds herself caught between those who need her. And apparently, a complete disregard of the abilities of our form when performing or choosing roles.

But why does Bim bring this to Zur?

Because he is he who flies, and She Who Desires to Heal believes that she must understand names. That Names are the next step in becoming She Who Heals. And it is a strange thought. So Bim comes as He Who Flies, for he remembers the traitors n the hive.

But why would a traitor need a name? She would not be able to harm Zur there. And there aren't many beings who could imprint the weight of names on one as Ur-Im. So if the thoughts are in that vein, it is likely not a traitor.

And the hive needs healers.

So Zur is going?

And Bim Shall lead the way.
