Chapter 121
She woke up feeling better.
Thirsty and a bit famished but better.
She went to drink some water from the water nearby and then looked around for something to eat. She spotted some flowers that looked okay and went to investigate.

She found that while she could move she was feeling sore. She hoped that would go away with time.
She reached the flowers and took a sniff, they smelled fine but they weren’t ones she ever saw before. Her grumbling stomach took precedence and went ahead to take a bite when she heard flapping.
She looked up and got ready to bolt. She didn’t want to run especially not sore like she was but if it was aggravating her already tired body more or dying to a flying predator she was going to go with the first option.
She needn’t have bothered the flapping animal wasn’t coming for her it was targeting a roaming fish that had caught its eye. Sad for the poor fish but she was relieved she wasn’t on the menu.
She quickly ate the flowers, they weren’t terrible so she looked for some more.
She was going to need her energy if she wanted to build a new burrow.
