Lilica felt like anything she said now would plainly become excuses in her father's ears since he was angry right now. They were also causing quite a scene with all the shouting. Lilica could feel that she was starting to feel a headache. Her father was still shouting even now, when everyone was already quiet.
All of a sudden, she felt like the world had blacked out and her energy was drained for a second, causing her to lose her balance fall down. The fall was so abrupt that no one foresaw it.
Kazuya, who hadn't really left the place yet, was actually watching the two of them talk from the beginning. He could see that she felt really guilty for Ven, which made him jealous in return.
Kazuya was waiting for Lilica to finish eagerly as he saw that she was exiting the café. However, a couple had suddenly appeared and the woman even hugged Lilica affectionately. And now, it seemed like they were having a fight, shouting and all. As Kazuya was in the car, he couldn't really her what they were shouting about but he could tell that the man was insulting his wife.
With just that, he immediately came out of his car and walked towards them, when suddenly, he saw how his wife felt faint and was about to fall down. Kazuya quickly ran to prevent her fall, quickly grabbing her arms and pulling her towards his broad shoulders.
Lilica had braced herself for a hard fall when she noticed that her mind was leaving her bit by bit, however the fall never came. She was pulled behind with a great force, making her stumble backwards. She turned her head to look at her savior, who turned out to be her husband, who was supposed to be back at the palace doing his work.
"Kazuya…" Lilica mumbled, feeling relieved that it was him. His cold and majestic aura that gave others the chills had actually made her feel comfortable and relieved.

"…" The other three were still in shock when they saw what had happened.
"…Thank you so much, young man! If not for you, my daughter would've gotten hurt!" Mr. Stell was the first to regain his senses and thanked Kazuya, feeling relieved that his precious daughter didn't fall down. He hadn't looked at the man's face, so he didn't know who Kazuya was.
"Thank you so much!" Mrs. Stell followed suit and thanked the 'stranger' before them.
"You don't have to thank me, father-in-law, mother-in-law. It's normal that I have to help my wife." Kazuya replied naturally and even subtly introduced his status with Lilica.
"… Wife?" Mr. Stell murmured questioningly. 'Wife? Who? My Lily? No way! She has a baby with that bastard, Ven! There's no way she was married to another guy while having another guy's baby! I didn't raise my daughter to be someone like that!' he thought to himself.
"Yes, she's my wife. Although we are still in the 'engaged' status, we are planning to have our wedding soon, father." Kazuya replied politely, as he took the chance to call his father-in-law 'father'.
"…And you are?" Mrs. Stell asked, still confused, as she looked at the ground to gather her thoughts.
"I apologize for the late introductions. My name is Kazuya Valen, the second prince of the demon realm, Lilica's fiancé and the father of her baby." Kazuya replied respectfully, hoping that he would at least leave a good impression with them after his dramatic entrance.
The couple looked up and saw Kazuya's face clearly. They couldn't process this sudden information. What was going on? They didn't meet their daughter for just 4 years and suddenly, she's in a relationship with the second prince, became his fiancé, was about to get married, and already have a baby with him! Everything was moving so fast they couldn't keep up with it.
"I've been meaning to visit the both of you for some time now, since we want your blessings for our marriage too." Kazuya explained, when he saw that there was no reaction from the both of them. Did he make a mistake somewhere? Why were they so silent? Kazuya was, as expected, nervous when he talked to her parents, afraid that they wouldn't accept him.
"Dad. Let's have a long talk at home. We're causing a scene here." Lilica suggested as she felt the awkward atmosphere. Indeed, they were attracting too much attention, especially after Kazuya appeared, all eyes were on them.
