The next day
Sharon woke up groggily as she felt an intense pain spreading through her head.
‘Did I really drink that much yesterday? How come I have no memory of what happened? Wait? Where is this?’ Sharon thought to herself as she looked around the room. It was her bedroom. How did I get home?
Sharon then felt a slight movement from her left hand. This startled her so much that she nearly jumped out of her bed. Wasn’t she alone in her room?
Sharon looked towards her left hand and saw that she was holding hands with a guy. Her eyes widen when she saw that the hand was that of a man’s. Her face became paler and paler when she noticed that the asleep man was naked. She quickly looked under the quilt to see if she was also naked. Jackpot! She was only wearing her underwear! Did she just lose her virginity to a complete stranger?!
She looked at the owner of this muscular body with fear. A funny thought then entered her mind, ‘Wouldn’t it be fine if my first time was given to a handsome guy?’
Sharon quickly dispersed this thought of hers and berated herself, ‘How could you be thinking of something like this?! This guy might not even be handsome in the first place! Wait! What am I even thinking?!’
Sharon wanted to slap herself awake from these funny thoughts. Suddenly, a voice sounded from beside her.

“Yawn~ Morning.” The voice said in a raspy voice.
‘Oh my gosh! His voice is so sexy! Wait! This isn’t the time to be having such thoughts!” Sharon berated herself. She didn’t even know who this guy was!
“Sharon?” the voice sounded once again when the man saw that she didn’t respond.
‘What? The man even knows my name?!” Sharon freaked out in her head.
“Sharon? Hello? Still there?” The man waved his hand in front of Sharon.
‘Why does the man’s voice sound like Zeke? Am I hallucinating? Is this a dream? Do I really wish my first time was with Zeke that much?’ Sharon thought as she ignored the waving hand.
“Sharon! Wake up!” The man moved in front of her and shook her lightly, bringing her back to reality.
“Huh? Zeke?” Sharon uttered when she was met with the familiar face.
“Yeah! Who else did you think I was?” The man replied matter-of-factly.
“Huh? Why are you here?” Sharon asked as she felt even more confused.
“You can’t remember what happened?” Zeke asked tiredly.
Sharon shook her head but suddenly, another thought came to her mind. She asked, her voice containing a little fear, “Umm… Last night… Did we…?”
“! Of course not! Why would we even…!” Zeke frantically destroyed that possibility before Sharon could even daydream about it.
“I-I know right…” Sharon agreed, her voice filled with disappointment.
“Yesterday I was the one who brought you home. I was going to go back to my house when you just suddenly took off your clothes and puked all over my shirt. I had to call for the cleaner to collect the shirt and just when I was about to find a shirt I could wear for the meantime, you just grabbed me and pulled me to the bed! You just wouldn’t release me, so I had to sleep on your bed.” Zeke explained what had happened last night to Sharon.
Sharon was so shocked at the fact that she had puked on him that she became depressed. Surely no man would come to like a woman who puked on him!
“I’m so sorry. It wasn’t my intention to puke on you…” Sharon apologized as she felt really guilty. How was she to make him fall in love with her now?
“Sigh… The past is past. Nothing can be done now. Just go get ready for the wedding.” Zeke said as he got up and took his phone to call someone to get his clothes. It was way too late to go back home and get ready.
“I’m really sorry.” Sharon said before she left the room to take a shower.
Seeing that Sharon had left the room, Zeke revealed a helpless smile. He had intentionally turned his back earlier when she was getting up. The reason was that last night, when she suddenly took off her clothes, his body had reacted to her. He realized that his feelings towards Sharon had crossed over the line of friends lately, but he didn’t want to pursue her. Perhaps, he was afraid that they would no longer be friends if he was to be rejected.
