Jia Yi on the other hand, had been worried the entire day for not being able to get in touch with Qiu Yeh or Xue Ting. When Qiu Wen was discharged from the hospital accompanied by the twins and Grandma to the house, only then did Jia Yi inform them all.

"Jia Yi, you would be dismissed if anything happened to my wife." Qiu Wen warned him as Jia Yi stood in front of him apologetically. Qiu Wen thought of seeking the Auspicary's couple but it was too late in the night.

"Wen Wen, it's not his fault…" Grandma coaxed Qiu Wen who cursed beneath his breath.

"If you told me earlier, I would have been able to reach out to the couple. Now, I have to wait. Things that you should tell you didn't and things you shouldn't you just…" Joy went up to Qiu Wen who was venting and patted his shoulder to calm him down.

"Calm down, calm down Daddy. We should probably look at places they might go?" Joy suggested.

"Let's make a police report…" Jia Yi suggested as Qiu Wen raised an eyebrow questioning if Jia Yi's mind was lost.

"It's not 24 hours yet. We can only do so tomorrow morning." Matthew told Jia Yi.

"Jia Yi, you should head to the places they always go and check perhaps in the office too," Matthew instructed as Jia Yi nodded and was grateful for Matthew dismissing him that way.

"Dad, we should at least inform the client about this as it happened while Mum and Uncle Xavier visiting them," Matthew suggested as Qiu Wen pondered amid his anger subsiding and agreed before sending the text message to Mr. Auspicary.

That night, none of them could sleep as occasionally the twins dosed off with Grandma but Qiu Wen was alert as a hawk. He was anxious about not getting any news from Jia Yi's side or the Auspicary couple that he drove there to wait for the household to be awake while Jia Yi came early in the morning to wait with him after a night of no avail search.

In the middle of the night, Xue Ting woke with a sneeze and noticed Qiu Yeh was still asleep despite noticing the only light they had in the warehouse was the lamp post outside. She sighed in relief that Qiu Yeh was fine and sighed another time thinking if they would be able to rescue her tomorrow when she sneezed again. This time it startled Qiu Yeh awake as he checked the time to be early dawn before walking towards the lighted area naturally.

"Hey, you're alright? Catching a cold?" Qiu Yeh asked from afar as he wanted to take off his coat for her when she stopped him.

She sniffed and walked to the carton of boxes to find pieces of clothing to wrap herself in and handed a cotton material textile to Qiu Yeh.

"Use them… Good heat preservation." Xue Ting offered as she sniffed. He sighed and took it from her.

"My brother is going to kill me tomorrow. Not only did I lose touch for the day but also got his wife sick…" Qiu Yeh joked as Xue Ting chuckled.

"I bet with you, he knows where we are. It's just how he would be able to convince the couple that we are trapped here." Xue Ting said with conviction as Qiu Yeh admired her confidence.

Jia Yi was already at the main door negotiating with the guards and maids to pester the couple for a talk as he explained their situation but the workers did not allow them in as the couple was not ready to accept visitors yet.

Qiu Wen was forcing himself to calm down with his limited patience. He took a walk around the compound only to see a strange building structure which was the only one close up.

"Uncle, what's that building for?" Qiu Wen questioned curiously.

"That's just the old warehouse where Mrs. Auspicary used to work in and sometimes when she was free." The old guard replied as Qiu Wen went closer to it and tried to look through the window to find it was rather dark. He tried opening the front door when Qiu Yeh and Xue Ting heard the noise, they quickly ran towards the main door and banged on it yelling for help.

Qiu Wen instantly recognised their voice as he alerted the guard that there were people inside calling for help.

"Wen Wen! Is that you?" Xue Ting yelled as Qiu Wen sighed in relief.

"Yes, sweetie! Hang on there. We are getting you out!" He yelled in return while the guard unlocked the warehouse and the Auspicary couple woke to the commotion.

Later, the Auspicary couple apologised for the mishap and treated the trio to breakfast with them. While Xue Ting was taking off the scarf she sewed the whole day, it caught Mrs. Auspicary's attention.

"Mrs. Tang… Where did you get this from?" Mrs. Auspicary went up to her.

"I made it while being trapped in the warehouse. I hope you don't mind me using your materials. I can compens…" Mrs. Auspicary interrupted her.

"No, no. This is brilliant! I haven't been in there for ages since we have been too busy with the overseas outlets. You made really good use of the old materials I thought I wanted to discard! Mrs. Tang, this is very very brilliant. Instead of prints why don't we make hand sewn instead. Make it exclusive…" Mrs. Auspicary suggested as Xue Ting looked at the Tang brothers.

"And how exactly is this going to be executed? Who will be sewing?" Qiu Wen questioned, instantly wanting to not burden Xue Ting.

"Don't worry about labor. We can always hire… As for designs and execution of production, I will leave it to your company. Profits we can split equally." Mrs. Auspicary suggested as Qiu Yeh smiled.

"Let us take just 45% to show our sincerity in apologising for the previous unpleasant event." Qiu Yeh suggested in return as the Auspicary smiled instantly in agreement.

"No, I insist 50%. My guards have found the culprit and apparently Mrs. Tang was being targetted. Who is the person working for, we promise to get down to it." Mrs. Auspicary said as Qiu Yeh raised an eyebrow.

"That you don't have to worry. I'm working it out. I will give you an explanation soon." Qiu Yeh said.

"In that case, we are even…" Mrs. Auspicary concluded as Qiu Yeh nodded.

"You may keep the scarf Mrs. Auspicary…" Xue Ting offered before taking out another piece.

"Hilda… Just call me that from now on…" Mrs. Auspicary said before Xue Ting presented a handkerchief she made during the night.

"Sicily. Call me that too." She smiled as she handed the handkerchief to her.

"And this is for Mr. Auspicary. I wanted to keep it for my husband but I think it makes a good pair to your scarf since you like it very much." Xue Ting offered as Mrs. Auspicary let Mr. Auspicary admire the workmanship.

"Indeed, a good talent… This is a way more perfect wedding anniversary gift." Mr. Auspicary complimented.

"Why don't you come over and make good use of our warehouse materials whenever you like? That way you could make another pair for yourself." Mr. Auspicary offered as Xue Ting nodded in agreement while thanking the couple for their hospitality.

On the way home, Xue Ting kept sneezing in the car which made Qiu Wen extremely worried. Qiu Yeh who was on the phone with his secretary could not help but worry too.

"Look just one night without me and you're falling sick already…" Qiu Wen nagged from her side as she sniffed.

"You're worse… One two nights without me and you're hospitalised.." Xue Ting retaliated in her hoarse voice when Qiu Yeh hung up.

"Even your voice changed now…" Qiu Yeh pointed out. The couple ignored him as Qiu Wen was busy helping Xue Ting to wipe her nose.

"Well then, looks like no one is interested in the news that the culprit is found…" Qiu Yeh shrugged as Jia Yi who was driving glanced at the back mirror to find the couple staring at Qiu Yeh.

"Is it who I think it is?" Xue Ting raised an eyebrow before Qiu Yeh smirked and nodded.

"See, just because of her, there's so much trouble and even made my wife sick…." Qiu Wen complained.

"Speaking of which, are the kids in school?" Xue Ting questioned to distract him. Qiu Wen paused for a moment before shaking his head.

"Don't blame them. How can they when you were missing?" Qiu Wen defended before Xue Ting could nag. She noticed how tired he was when he yawned as she hugged him.

"Catch up on sleep later… Let me handle your work with Jia Yi today." Xue Ting said as Qiu Wen protested."How could I? You're sick!"

"I still have an assistant to help finalising the design and perhaps even sew you the designs. That way Qiu Yeh can finalise the contract faster." Xue Ting teased as they reached the house.

"As for the culprit…" Qiu Wen questioned his brother.

"Leave it to me. But… this will involve both of your cooperation…" Qiu Yeh said with a plan in mind as the couple nodded in agreement before alighting to head home.

The moment she stepped into the house, the twins rushed up to her arm as Joy began to sob. Grandma who was worried earlier began to be relieved as she ushered them all to breakfast only to have the trio drinking coffee while Qiu Yeh explained his ideas and thereafter Xue Ting explained to Joy her tasks since the twins had skipped school.

"Well then, on the expenses of the material and perhaps salary, you may discuss with your uncle or even your dad." Xue Ting teased before she excused herself to shower upstairs.

Joy giggled in excitement as Qiu Yeh negotiated a favorable deal with Joy while Matthew nodded in agreement to the double amount of minimum wage paid coupled with all expenses covered.

"Deal… except don't let my mother know you paid minimum wage doubled." Joy winked as she shook Qiu Yeh's hand and Grandma chuckled with Matthew.

"Looking forward to working with you in many more deals." Joy chuckled before continuing with her breakfast while Qiu Wen went to check on Xue Ting.
