Gliding on the soft currents under the water, with darkness below and the soft twilight iluminating the ships above, Allen knew this serenity will not last, already flooded with the images of ships being torn to shreds by marauding NPCs shaped as everyday items and coming out of Meroa's mouth in a stream of doom as she looked for him and destroying both armadas with ease.
Nothing they shot at her had any visible effect, they could just as well try to hurt the sea or a cloud, hovering over the bay her wings stretched from one end to the other, it was hard to fathom such a size, like a literal mountain given life with scales and teeth to add a sureal image of terror, every tooth was as long as some of the masts, she could fit a whole battleshim inside her mouth, that scale was just inconcievable, so Allen stayed underwater for the time being and let her tire herself fighting his enemies.
A thought crossed his mind to lock her in a time crystal like the chronomanser did to him, but he didnt know the spell and doubted it would work on anything of that magnitude.
A brave contingency of mages riding flying beasts tried to sneak on her from behind, only to find out too late that she had blindsight and her tail could swat them all in a single swipe of purple doom.
Seeing her demolish the pirate's grand armada broke Allen's heart, these were Player made constructs, cultivating centuries of hard work, dedication and love for the game, and she had none of those, with the dragon instincts of her grand size overwhelming her blockers Meroa lost all her respect to anyone else, knowing what she would put him through when she had him didn't help, though she didn't give any details before going Meroa indicated he was the bravest man she ever met, and hundreds of years of torture had no appeal at all, but scaled against the misery of so many others, how could he let her continue?
No place in the game was safe from her, but he could distract her until the other Players came up with a plan, maybe even petition with the admins to somehow debuff her as she was wrecking the game for everyone.
"Hatula", sending the private message stung, "don't disconnect Meroa"

"What do you mean", Kyatha's avatar screamed at him, "we have literaly millions of lawsuits and contract breaches already filed against us", her face beet red with rage, "she is going to a penal colony for the rest of her stupid life"
"She said she won't wake up if you force her to disconnect", Allen repeated Meroa's last words
"At this point", Hatula puffed through her nostrils, "nobody cares"
"Killing her will not stop the avatar", he added quickly, "something is very wrong in all this but she is somehow holding back on her magic from the dragon lust", he thought back at everything he saw, "if we kill her then everything is lost"
"I don't know where you are asshole", she spat, "but from where I stand everything is already lost", waving her hand, "we are ruined", looking at something, "this whole game and its economy is ruined"
"I can buy you time", begging was never his best skill, "contact the admins", remembering something, "move foreward with the space exploration while I keep her grounded"
"Whatever you were smoking", snorting in anger, "just stop"
"Please don't kill Meroa", doing his best Firefox21 imitation, "give me a chance", looking at the monsrer sinking another dreadnaught with her tail, "contact the emperor and the Kobolds", he breathed, "they know how to fight these things"
"If you can pull her away from the bay", Hatula finally said in despair, "I may have a chance to convince the guilds not to force her disconnection"
Allen nodded before logging off from the chat, he needed to concentrate on every move in the next twenty minutes, calculating his trajectory and blasting out of the water he reached the monster's eye in a literal blink of time, his rainbow breath bathed the offending orb with a dazzling show of light and when it opened again it was painted a black so dark allen fealt dizzy looking at it, swerving for a pass under her snout to hit the other eye he realised she was already attacking him.
Almost too late to evade the blind lash of the mountain sized claw and twirling between the fingers he aimed away from the bay and pulled all the stops, heaeing the thunderous blast when her jaws clenched at the space he recently vacated.
Blasting through a gale of back wind a horrible realization hit him that this was her sucking air for her breath weapon, his last two drones confirmed that fear and he was almost paralized from sudden shivers.
The suction stoppe as suddenly as it started when she opened her cavernous maw and spit forth a torrent of living items, his only break was her inexperience with her own powers when she used her wings to propel them faster she added the same velocity to Allen's speed and though he lost control it kept him ahead of the horde.
Roaring in frustration she turned to chace him, right out of the bay like he told Hatula.
