Allen noticed the humming had stopped, probably for a while as he was concentrating on the codes and notes about language, "the babylon effect was one of the few incidents green and red agreed, for completely different reasons, while green wanted to add a mystical feeling to people from different in game cultures without forcing them to actually learn different languages red saw an immense financial potential in selling obscure knowlege that only required a tiny piece of code, the whole mechanism worked flawlessly with green's clean and precise coding and red's elaborate structures of cascading designs, the building blocks and artful manifestation of what the whole system would look like if the two department heads could work together".
"What is this nonesense" BoneSmith cried out finally, "what are you talking about?".
Allen only now noticed he had spoken out loud, "oh thats just my notes about the babylon effect from the great code wars", he remarked absentmindedly.
"What wars are you talking about?" BoneSmith sounded pissed.
"That was beautifull kanga", the Feral Kobold said at the same time as BoneSmith, "it was bright" the iteration conveyed the meaning "sky blue bright in truth" Allen appreciated the sentiment though the wording wasn't familiar in his time, Staffson smacked the Feral with the Shaman staff again, "what you do that for?" He cried "totaly murky to hit someone tied up", he added "you a perv?" and tried to twist around to look at Staffson.
Allen was shaken from his reverie by the displayed violence, "why did you promise to eat our innards" he finally asked the Feral.
"We get credits for profanity if we just say it out loud to the monsters", he didn't pause before saying "they don't speak real languages anyway so you just curse them to get credits", then he paused and thought about the whole situation including Allen's unintentional lesson, "the system was plucking us?" He finally said "whoa deep murky stuff kanga" and stopped to think.

"Murky indeed" Allen tried to catch on the lingo of these new times though by the way the elders looked at him and Gem's reaction he thought maybe he should stick to traditional manners for now.
"The system", he said finally, "or more likely some long dead hack hunter working for the company" he let that sink for them "was the one to implement a babylon effect to your people", he addressed the other Kobolds but the Feral lifted his head to stare blindly at his sensor array so Allen shifted the auditory component to center on the crystal, "and getting credits for hurting your people while logging in to a completely unfamiliar and hostile enviroment would explain the violence" he finished and the Feral moved its head from where the auditory projector was and the crystal.
"Kanga thats lumin" the Feral said "you really play a crystal?" Staffson raised and lowered the Shaman staff without hitting the tied up creature.
"It explains nothing" BoneSmith spat, "half your words don't mean anything", she hissed "and the other half is just nonesense", looking at the Feral "that thing is just a puppet used by a Player", her face crunched "what happened to Garnet?"
Allen compared the three objects displayed on his compiler again and after a few minutes of silence answerd "I could kick him out of the avatar" at which the Feral seemed upset, "but it will cause a lot of trouble outside" to which the creature visibly relaxed, "we should be able to come to some agreement with the NPCs" emphasizing each letter, "to give back your people for some parts of the day", then he added what he thought would brighten up the atmosphere "and obviously we won't let anyone else become possessed".
"You are Bright Kanga" the Feral spoke almost before Allen finished, "you mean no more tortures?" his eyes sparkled and then dimmed "but where will we get credits from now if they can speak?" He looked at the other Kobolds, "would be murky to truss in their faces when they can understand us".
Allen looked at the language component in JewelSetter's file to see how it was arrayed and then added the Beastial language to Garnet's array, "think about a monster and", Allen had to think about the word "truss please"
Hissing and snarling emanated from the creature and Staffson smacked him with the Shaman staff "now think about a dragon and don't truss" Allen instructed at the same time as the staff descended.
"Ouch I did what you told me kanga" he sounded more hurt than a simple smack would generate.
