Pulling out each arrow was followed by a gush of multi colored blood and a whimper from the giant bully who got his first solid socket of his juvenile life.
Kyatha found it hard to stay angry at the miserable fool, even if he brought this on himself, she had to make sure they were safe before logging off and the small rocky beach offered no protection from prying eyey.
Looking at the tide wall surrounding them she also realised staying here would get them wet when the day waned to dusk, strange shadows caught her eye and focusing on the spot she found what she was looking for, walking to Allen's head she knocked on his closed eyelid and spoke, "we need to move up to that cave".
The dragon breathed deep and sighed, "leave me alone" it whispered.
"No", cutting his whiney whimper, "we need to move before the tide comes".
"I can't move" more whining ensued.
"This is a game", she couldn't believe this rich fop, paying for a dragon and then just giving up, "you can move as long as you want to", looking at his pityful gaze, "even when you are out of stamina you can move one step at a time", wanting to punch him, "even out of mana you can cast one spell each time", not wanting to think about her crap luck to be stuck with the worst Player she ever heard of, "you promised to do as I say"

"When we are fighting pirates", he cried.
"We are allways fighting Pirates", she screamed at him, "every minute of every day they could appear on the horizon and you are either ready or dead", kicking his lower jaw, "so what are you?"
"Dead" earned him another kick.
"I didn't hear you" she raised her foot.
"Dead" he said louder and groaned when the boot connected with his chin.
"What are you?" She asked again.
"Dead" and he rolled away from the kick which dropped her to the rocks in a thump for overeaching.
Breathing hard and not wanting another kick Allen pulled himself over the rocks, each slithering stride taking him five meters away from the waterline and sooner than Kyatha thought possible they reached the tide wall.
Allen pulled himsel to a full stand and slid inside the cave, at the last moment Kyatha caught his tail and was lifted through the air over the more than fifteen meters climb.
"Not so dead after all" she said catching her breath.
"Leave me alone" he sighed again rolling around the cave to find a comfortable spot.
"You'll get your wish soon when I log out from the game", studying him, "can you take watch for the next two or three hours?"
He nodded and put his head at the lip of the cave staring out to the sea, Kyatha found a small inner room and logged off before anything else happened, "what a moron" Meroa sighed as she took off her VR suit and went to take a real shower.
