Lilia didn't need the grunts and stabs to follow behind the yellow striped Kobold, it was the first time she ever saw so many of them together, almost as if they could understand each other and use real tools, crudely made or not, unable to put the man out of her mind she sneaked a look back whenever they moved from one room to another, passing wondrous items on their way to an unknown destination she was surprised by the size of the house, she was sure they went a full circle at least twice but didn't recognize any room as they went through them.

Anger seeped through her mind, feeling hot and flustered all over her body, she started trembling in rage and couldn't unclench her hands, pain was a constant reminder of what was done to her less than an hour ago, a scaly hand touched her and the heat and pain seeped away, healing energies washed through her and fixed all her bruises, when the feeling didn't fade she remembered the psycho did something to her blockers.

Looking at the healing Kobold she noticed green rimmed black scales making  hypnotic swirling patterns, for a first time details on a NPC generated monsters mattered for more than how to kill it faster because Lilia wanted to remember this one that helped her.

 "Where are you taking us you filthy beasts?" She heard Devo shout and then cry in pain as he was probably stabbed with a pointed stick, "stop that immediately".

Realising he was trying to force interaction from the NPCs Lilia turned to the healer, "why didn't you kill us?" she tried without results and then hit her head, "you aren't NPCs at all", looking again at the group that lead them through the house she noticed they didn't react to the Player's talking but when Devo cursed them they stabbed him, "can you understand me?" she tried again and saw the Kobold look at another creature, "you can't fool me now", she stated triumphantly only to get slapped with the butt of the spear.

Turning red with anger and humiliation she took a step forward, "enough with your silly games", she started, "I know you are a Player and I know you understand me", she pointed her finger, "so stop it right now". 

The Kobold seemed to think before grabbing Lilia's hair and pulling her head down painfully "stop talking or you could get me in a lot of trouble", the whisper in her ear sounded gruff and throaty, not at all like Lilia guessed a Kobold would sound like.

"I knew it", Lilia whispered, "ow ow ow", the pain shooting through her head didn't stop, "please stop pulling my hair", the Kobold let go of her hair when Lilia's eyes were tearing.

"Why not block the pain?" the Kobold asked, "are you new?" surprise sounded in her voice, "did you hack your rig?"

Shooting a look back at the other Player, "he hacked my rig", she blushed, "used some crazy mojo skills to get me unconcious so he can rape and rob me".

The Kobold's eyes sharpened at the words and looked at the other Human, "bastard" was all it said before walking over to Devo, "give me everything in your inventory or I will hurt you".

Devo looked at the new monster with surprise and then turned a baleful look towards Lilia, "What did you do bitch?", his voice full of anger, "I will maim you".

Before he could say another word a scaly fist rammed into his stomache, "shut up and empty your inventory" the creature said, "now".

Devo knew every trick in the game, he started pulling out all his trashtifacts and random crap from his inventory making a messy pile on the floor, Lilia saw some of her things and was anxious to grab them when the Kobold pulled out some sort of container, "now store this", it said, and devo was surprised but decided to play along for now, the container broke when he tried to store it and he found he had over a hundred cursed containers in his inventory, the Kobold looked at the broken one on the floor "you can't fool us Human", she slapped him, "empty everything or you will be stuck with it for all eternity".

The second pile was huge, Lilia had no idea you could even store so many items in a single character inventory, weapons and resources of all kinds dropped on the floor and got stares from all the Kobolds in the room, when he dropped out the whole box again the Kobold nodded and stored it, then after a series of grunts and whistles the other creatures took over the pile and stored everything, "I guess now you know we are not NPCs", the one that guarded the room said and turned towards the black and green Kobold, "why did you do this?" it asked.

"Sorry BoneSmith but she said he raped and robbed her", the Kobold answered, "I wanted to see", she spat on Devo, "seems like she wasn't the only one".

BoneSmith turned to the Human "raping Players" it sounded disgusted, "what is wrong with you?".

"It's just a game you freak", Devo sounded pissed, "don't judge me when you play monsters to rob and murder Players", then he cocked his head, "and maybe some bestiality?" he laughed then until another Kobold hit him on the head with a spear.

"Alright ToothPicker", BoneSmith concluded, "you take care of the woman", giving another look towards the things left on the floor, "lets go back to the Warren", it turned and walked away.

ToothPicker walked back to the woman "what stuff did the bastard take from you?" and when Lilia listed the items the Kobold passed them over to her, "sorry this happened to you", it turned to walk through the door and Lilia followed the strange connection she made to a new world where Players were monsters and monsters were Players or maybe it wasn't new, was Lilia's last thought as she entered a room filled with the blue eerie glow of active portals.
