Alaska logged to her personal space and immediately uploaded the scroll, ever since she won the emperor's challenge she gained hundreds of thousands of followers and her copy was circulated through the networks even before she finished watching it.
There was an actual live view record that let you wander the ship while the short conversation between the emperor and the god played around you with the dramatic entrance and everything, she listened halfheartedly to the details being repeated and then a list of names started scrolling down her display titled "first eye witnesses" the list had the names pf every Player on the ship, including hers in the third place after Aaron and Ajid, by the time the list scrolled to its end her followers numbered in millions, she had so many private messages the system installed a separate server for her to browse them, even her friends wouldn't stop flashing but the one person she was looking at still wouldn't answer her call.
Logging back to the game she materialised on the main deck with a few of the others all seemed excited at the coming adventure, not letting Domane dump her mood Alaska looked to the nest but he wasn't there, "looking for your boyfriend?" She heard from behind her, the words laced with bitter venom, "don't call me again whore" Domane said and despawned, with her heart broken twice in less than a week Alaska moped around the ship aimlessly until she heard voices from behind a wall.
"We are not ready yet" said a rumbling deep voice, "he will crush us if we act too soon".

Alaska held her breath as her heart pounded in her chest, she had to run, drawing slowly away she equipped the staff of absolutes and cast invisibility in herself with a silent plea to the gods to let her get away from this place without being discovered, she had to tell the emperor before it was too late.
Walking slowly back she used her map to walk the same corridors that brought her to this place, when she reached the outer decks she breathed with relief before someone crushed into her, she apologised and noticed the crush didn't dispel herinvisibility, when the other man saw her he trussed and spat "no invisibility allowed on the ship girly", then he added "if I catch you at it again imma tell the captain about this time as well" and then he vanished up the stairs.
Alaska hurried to the emperor's cabin but found it locked, searching for him around the crew and main decks only deepened the mystery, finally in her frustration she asked Debby that stood at the helm where the Emperor was and got a cheezy glare in return before Debby sent her a location on the ship.
Following the map brought Alaska deeper than she ever went before, below the cargo and monster decks, deep below the waterline in dark corridors smelling of seaweed and something else she couldn't name.
Finally coming to a door she knocked quickly and was answered by the captain shouting "what?" As if he was somewhere far away.
"Its Alaska", she said, "I have something important to tell you" she added quickly.
"Come in then" the emperor replied and she opened the door.
