"What just happened?" Kyatha wording the question on everyone's mind.
"I made a deal with the mountain", Allen rumbled keeping to the letter of the admin's threat. "We can have this castle if we take the emperor's largest ship within two months and turn it to a spaceship"
"You what now?" Gaping at the dragon without comprehension Kyatha finally raised her hand, "never mind tell me later", looking at the staff with obvious sadness, "I bought this so my new level one character wouldn't be so pityful but I don't think I can control it without the legacy stats".
"Why do you need to make a new character?", Allen rumbled in surprise.
"I almost lost Kyatha countless times in the past week", sighing, "I am obviously not responsible enough to carry her", releasing her fists, "so I already promised to pass her to my sister"
"Why not make a more powerful character then?", looking her in the eye, "like a dragon?"
"It takes months to buy such an avatar even if I could afford it", that Player showing his obvious lack of metagame mechanics knowlege again.
"I can make you one", staring at the stupid unfathomable offer.
"I still can't wait months even if I were to take such an offer", what did he want from her?
"Pick a color", the dragon sounded serious.
"Fine", she will play his game, "purple".
Light blasted through the room, blinding everyone before it vanished leaving behind the sleeping shape of an amethyst scaled dragon, different than Allen in the color of its scales and the horns adorning its head.
"WHAT THE HELL?" Kyatha screamed, "HOW THE FUCK DID YOU DO THAT?"
"I told you that I can", sounding less sure than his words suggested, "to take over you start the log off sequence but when the white screen shows up push forward and the sequence resets and moves you to the empty avatar without despawning the old one".
"I don't want to know how you know this", running to the sleeping dragon and putting her hand on its paw, Kyatha closed her eyes and in a flash of light woke up again to look down at her avatar, "holy shit", her voice sounded much deeper, "all these messages are like the character creation process in reverse", eyes glazing, "Meroa", she said her name out loud when asked, going quickly through the known but unfamiliar process she probably made a lot of mistakes with free stats and class skill choices but who cares when you can play a fucking 'starburst' dragon.

Finally done she found the three living weapons frozen in the air just shy of touching Kyatha, "what is going on?"
"Seeing the process worked they wanted to take your empty avatar for themselves", Allen explained, "you should probably give Hatula the codes before something bad happens to it".
"Shit", looking at the three powerful living weapons and finally realising they were actually Players she breathed, "you're right" and logged off.
Removing the rig she found Hatula and their father standing in her VR room, "I should really start locking the door when I log in".
"You should also start explaining things right after you give the codes to Hatula", dad seemed dead serious, ha she punned him.
Sending the certificates for the legacy character through their implants took less than a second and Hatula was already running to her own VR room before the upload finished, Meroa knew she will see her when she got back online after whatever their father had in store for her.
"Another Legacy Avatar?" he accused, "are you trying to ruin us?"
"It's not like that dad", thinking how it could look like it from the sidelines, "he made the offer and created it before I could say no"
"I thought he was too young for you", was it really the time to tease her on that subject, blushing at the memory of the scene she logged in to, "I see he got you thinking about it".
"Dad stop!" this line of conversation needed to die right now, "I don't know how old he is and it wasn't that kind of offer"
"You accepted it without finding out his intentions", narrowing his eyes, "the whole guild was watching in the great hall", smiling wide, "you are as good as married to him by everyone's idea of what is going on", looking bashful, "should have heard your aunt Eden cheer when he stopped those weapons from attacking and you opened your dragon eyes"
"Fuck", the single word escaped her mouth.
"That will probably come later", at least he had the decency to blush and look away, "is the purple dragon even female?" blurting the question.
"It is and we aren't talking about this right now or ever", checking her cranial implant, "I have to go back before things get even worse".
"Yes yes go" he dismissed her.
Opening her eyes she saw the mountain was back, "your final warning", it screamed at Allen, "don't you dare make another avatar or I will make you regret it", everyone else beside her and them were frozen.
"Ok I'm sorry", actually sounding like it was true.
"And you", the blob turned to her, "I can't delete you right now because you didn't do anything wrong but if you tell anyone about how to exchange avatars inside the game there will be instant and irreversible punishment up to and including deletion and a ban from the game"
Gulping she nodded, "yes sir", thinking about the cheering aunt Eden.
"You are both tagged for supervision", that wasn't good, "get that spaceship off the ground in two months and I will personaly remove the tags"
Both dragons nodding vigorously, "understood", and another "yes sir".
"No more dragons", looking from Allen to Meroa, "keep the secret", and finally, "get off to space", adding, "thats all" and vanishing again.
