I'll start with the werewolf story I guess. I did find it quite romantic at first, he saw her and fell in love and visited her consistently after that. What woman wouldn't be charmed?
Then she saw him dying so she hurt herself to save his life and he turns around and has a bunch of babies with a bunch of other woman! What a jerk. I guess the Goddess didn't mind too much if she took his soul from the cycle of reincarnation though.
Ahhh. Love. It makes you do the craziest shit.
Thankfully i'm a dungeon core. I don't think relationships are possible in this lifetime. I feel like i've dodged a bullet but at the same time I do miss my husband. Nothing to be done about it I suppose though so moving on!
The second story was a shocker honestly. The big bang created multiple universes. Does that mean the parallel dimension theory is real? I'm not even sure I just asked the right thing. I was never really a big question type person.
I do find it quite interesting that the system came to be at that moment as well. Why was it smart enough to take advantage of so many races in one universe? Was it like an AI when it first came to be? Why add a mark to their souls?
Ah. So many questions. But back to the story. The soul that ripped itself apart was the smartest of the group. Respect. Who wants to make big decisions like that?
Let's do it all! That's my kind of attitude. Whenever I would go to an amusement park, I would make it my mission to hit all of the rides before we went home. I don't choose well either dude.
Thankfully the group has started stirring so I don't have to keep thinking anymore. Phew. I did find it odd how the boys ate in their own cabin in the morning now but I guess it made sense. They were getting old enough to start fending for themselves.
There's only one boy that isn't old enough to start leveling up now. I can't get over how fast time flies by. When they first arrived only one of them could level up but now almost the whole group could and it was only a matter of time before the rest were able to.
I peeked into the girls cabin and didn't find anything out of the ordinary. The three girls are all bleary eyed as they drink the tea Kat has made for them.
They don't look very pleased with the fish they are picking at. Kat seems unimpressed with their picky ways. I gasp as I realize that there isn't any type of fruit or vegetable on this floor.
The brackish water makes it hard for anything but the mangrove to flourish on the third floor. I start to rack my brain so I can solve this newest problem.
My first thought is to go to the fourth floor and grab some of those mushrooms that grow on the trees and see if the can be transplanted to the third floor.
That only takes a moment to do so I proceed to go over my list of fruit trees that i've gained over my many floors. I am a little surprised that I find what i'm looking for on my tenth floor.
Lemon, apple, pineapple and banana trees those should all be able to adapt well. It's time to experiment. I pull up my monster creator game and try to put the lemon tree in one of the boxes. I'm very pleased when I can.
I shouldn't be surprised though the system will do anything for dp. I scroll through my list of trees until I find the mangrove and put it in the second box.
The system pauses before it shows a price of one thousand dp. Damn! That's cheap as hell! I save the pattern and summon twenty of them to my third floor randomly.
The tale has been illicitly lifted; should you spot it on Amazon, report the violation.
I do the same with the other three fruit trees, i'm very happy that the price stays the same for all of them. Now that's over with I start to think about making a plant monster.
But i'm not sure how I would even do that. Hmmm. I know I want to use the illusion flower as my base. I get a flash of brilliance once I think about a vine flower monster I read about in some novel.
I put the illusion flower in the first box and then I begin scrolling through the vegetation in my dungeon. It's such a long list. I wish this game had a search function! Finally! There's that Virginia creeper vine from the fourth floor.
I add it to the second box and check the price, It's one thousand five hundred dp. That's not bad actually. I click accept and almost weep at the glory of my creation. It's beautiful. The star like blue flowers cover the leafy vine carpet like artwork.
I save the pattern but I don't bother to summon it, this won't be it's final form. I go back and forth between the goblin and kobold before I settle on the goblin. I don't need a super smart plant monster just yet.
I add both of them to the boxes and wait to see the price. The system pauses for a while before showing me a three thousand five hundred dp price tag for my creation. I don't hesitate to agree to it so I can see my plant monster.
It only takes a moment before I finally get to see my creation. I'm a little surprised to see a large blue flower with a goblin coming out of the center of it. It looks weird, really weird. It doesn't have any legs or sexual organs that I can see.
I stare at it for a while before I decide to give it a chance. I save the pattern and summon one of them to the mine with the rest of the goblins. I can't wait to see how this goes down. Actually I need to check on my fire kobolds too so it's not a bad idea to check in on the sewer/mines.
I'm a little surprised when I find the fire kobolds and water kobolds fighting for dominance. Has this been going on since I summoned them? Probably not right? That would be too crazy. It seems the fire kobolds are hot blooded.
The water kobolds are much calmer so they don't seem to be under much pressure. That coupled with the near endless supply of water from the sewer the fire kobolds didn't stand much of a chance. I'm guessing this isn't the first time this is happening.
It doesn't take much time before the goblins notice my plant goblin monster that grew in a corner of one of the mine tunnels. They accepted it to the group without any suspicions and I couldn't help wonder how stupid my goblins were.
Did they even know how to be suspicious? They didn't seem to mind the lack of legs or the large flower it seemed to grow out of. They brought the flower goblin meat and blood to help it grow.
I quickly grew tired of watching them care for the plant so I decided to go back to paying attention to the group on the third floor. A new day is starting on the third floor. I spent at least a day distracted with my trees and plant monster but I don't mind. I hope it doesn't take long for my fruit trees to grow so my delvers can try them.
When I find one of the hybrid lemon trees it's already sprouted. It looks like a couple of weeks has already gone by, instead of the two days at most that really has passed. I love how fast everything grows in my dungeon.

Since we've moved to the new cabin Heros had finally turned twelve and joined their hunting party. It wouldn't be long before Rose and Lyra joined them now. Living in the deeper in the mangrove forest made it much more time consuming to back track to the second floor for delicious vegetables so they have been eating more fish, venison and croc meat. The group got tired of it quicker than she imagined they would but she didn't know what to tell them.
The frog legs were smaller and you needed to spend a lot of time to catch enough to satisfy the group. The fishing cats mostly dropped pelts and the marsh rabbits had begun to drop water proof shoes which were a Godsend compared to the other loot on this floor. The crocs did drop more meat lately though so she was grateful for that.
She was about ready to wade into the water and try her hand at some water combat with the dolphins, they seemed much less aggressive than the manatees that they had seen. She did ask the group to stay in the shallow area while she tried to lure one away from the pod just in case she did need help.
Out of all of the aquatic monsters she had found on this floor the dolphins seemed to be the least aggressive ones on the floor. The pod of dolphins tried to play with her as soon as she entered the water. She felt guilty for having to kill them now. She used her skill on them before she did anything though. It's always better to safe than sorry.
[Two-faced dolphins. These dolphins are extremely playful until they are attacked. Then they become extremely aggressive and kill the attacker. They use a mental attack to disorient their attacker and then drown them by beating them with their thick noses.]
Well. That's a very scary monster. She wasn't aware if her scepter's clear mind skill would be able to help her with a mental attack. She told the group that they would not be fighting with these dolphins just yet and made her way out of the deep water followed by the playful yet murderous dolphins.
