"You... have you become a Buddha?" the monk asked Yun Ling in curiosity.
If Yun Ling had indeed gained enlightenment just like Buddha did and became another Buddha, that would be great.
Yun Ling's answer, however, disappointed him.
"I have not. My enlightenment is different from Buddha's," Yun Ling said. "I have not gained enlightenment of the mind but the enlightenment of Buddha's supreme arts... no, Divine Arts."
Knowledge regarding the Divine Arts was what Yun Ling had learned from his enlightenment.
Divine Arts were similar to Supreme Arts but unlike Supreme Arts, Divine Arts were more potent, more powerful, more efficient than Supreme Arts. With how superior Divine Arts were in comparison to Supreme Arts, people should've used it instead of Divine Arts.
That wasn't the case though. It was because the only ones who could use Divine Arts were only immortals or gods. As long as they hadn't reached the realm of immortality, they would just have to use Supreme Arts.
That was why although Yun Ling learned two of Buddha's Divine Arts, he couldn't fully make use of it. He could only use the inferior version of Buddha's Divine Arts by turning it into a Supreme Art.
It might nowhere be as powerful as its Divine Arts counterpart if he turned it into a Supreme Art but it would still be a top-tier supreme art not inferior to that of the Thunder God Flash Supreme Art.
The monk was a bit disappointed. He thought that there would be another Buddha being born from Yun Ling's enlightenment but it would seem that wasn't the case.
With a sigh, the monk nodded his head.
"That's good as well. Tathagata also wasn't able to gain enlightenment of the mind but in compassion. That is why Tathagata is so compassionate he even extends a helping hand to all kinds of people," the monk said with a sigh.
That trait of Tathagata was both his strength and also his weakness. Because of his compassionate nature, he would allow people with shady characters to join their monastery, trying to make them change their own ways.
"These wall carvings," Yun Ling said as he looked at the pictures carved in the wall. "Who created these?"
The Buddha inside the picture said that the God of Painting created him so Yun Ling asked the monk since he wanted to know more about the God of Painting who created the carvings in the wall.

'These things are created by a god!'
Such thoughts fascinated Yun Ling so much that he was looking at the wall carvings in admiration. The skills of the God of Painting were so great that he could even send someone inside his work. What was more was that Yun Ling was able to converse with his works inside the picture just like Buddha.
The monk looked at the wall carvings and replied, "I don't know who created the Great Hall. As far as I knew, the Great Hall was already in the monastery when the gods still roamed this world tens of thousands of years ago."
Yun Ling nodded.
He expected that much.
"What are your plans now?" the monk asked.
"I'm going to see my daughter first before going to the Thousand Mountain Valley. Please keep an eye on them while I'm away. Some monks might cause trouble for them."
"Don't worry. I will."
Yun Ling smiled.
"I'm relieved."
After saying that, he disappeared from the monk's sight as dozens of petals of lotus flower slowly dropped to the ground from where Yun Ling was previously standing.
The monk widened his eyes. He was at Sacred King Realm before but now, he was in the Fate Dominion Realm after willingly dropping down a realm. He might not be a Sacred King anymore but he still had the senses of one, however, he actually couldn't sense Yun Ling using a supreme art before disappearing from his sight.
"Was that his gain from his enlightenment in this place?" the monk muttered to himself.
...
Yun Ling appeared in the room assigned to them, surprising everyone who was inside.
Inside the room were Yun Feng, Snow Fang, Yun Xia, the rest of the children, and of course, Yue Dongmei. Yun Xia and Yue Dongmei were actually talking to each other while everyone else just watched on the side when Yun Ling suddenly showed up.
The children looked at Yun Ling in amazement. The way he appeared was so beautiful, he was surrounded by dozens of lotus flower petals slowly dropping to the ground around him.
"Whoa! Big Bro, what kind of move was that?" Yun Feng asked in surprise. He didn't even sense any supreme art being used before Yun Ling came to his sight.
Yun Ling didn't give him any response. He just looked at him and the others and said, "Leave us be. I want to talk to her."
Yun Feng let out a sigh.
"Haaah, okay," he said before leaving, bringing the others with him.
There was no need for Yun Ling to elaborate what he meant. He obviously wanted to speak with Yue Dongmei.
"Ah... Xiaxia, you stay behind too," Yun Ling said, stopping his daughter in her tracks.
"Okay, Papa."
When Yun Feng and the rest finally got out, Yun Ling sat beside Yue Dongmei with Yun Xia on his side.
"I'm going to leave now to the Thousand Mountain Valley. I know you're still not in good condition to move around, however, I want you to keep an eye on them," Yun Ling said. "I've already told the monk who healed you to keep an eye on you guys too but I will be more assured if you looked after them too. Among the people I've brought here, you're the most reliable, then next is Snow Fang. As for Yun Feng... that kid always makes me worry. I find it hard to rely on him."
Yue Dongmei listened to him, not missing any word he said.
"Don't worry, Papa. Yun Xia will behave!" Yun Xia said with determination since she didn't want to worry her father when he finally leaves.
"I'm glad to hear that, Xiaxia," Yun Ling said with a smile. "Anyway, Yue Dongmei, you really don't need to do anything much. If you want something done, just order Yun Feng or Snow Fang. I'm going to tell those two to listen to you after we're done talking."
Yue Dongmei just nodded at him.
"You don't have to worry. I'll make sure they won't mess around while you're gone."
"Thanks."
