While Qing Ge was in the process of recovering, Yun Ling spread out his arms once again.
“Since you were able to survive that, how about you try taking this one head-on again?” Yun Ling said as ten thousand orbs of spiritual energy formed all over the place.
Qing Ge’s eyes widened upon seeing that. The supreme art he had just used should’ve taken a scary amount of spiritual energy in his reserves with how massive and powerful it was, so how was he able to perform the same supreme art again? There was only one explanation that he could think of why Yun Ling was able to do the same thing again. He had an even scarier amount of spiritual energy in his reserves.
“Looks like you’re almost fully recovered,” Yun Ling stated upon noticing that the hole in Qing Ge’s stomach had almost closed. “That’s good. You won’t die if I hit you with the next one, right?”
“Bastard!” Qing Ge yelled as he quickly got up from the ground and started running away when he finally recovered.
“So full of energy, I like that. Here, take this,” Yun Ling said in amusement as he raised his right hand up and then brought it down.
“I’ll make you pay for this!” Qing Ge roared out when ten thousand orbs descended upon him in great numbers.
Many participants inside the Divine Phantasm were startled once again when they saw another explosion take place from the area where the first explosion had occurred. They felt their throats go dry when they saw another huge mushroom cloud forming in the far distance.
…
Yun Yi and the nature spirit slowed down when they saw a tiny mushroom cloud across the ocean. It seemed tiny for them because of how far away they were from the scene. If it was any other participant who was in their current position, all they’d see would just be a tiny dot.
“It’s getting quite lively in there,” Yun Yi said with a pleasant smile, not minding the fact that his companion was sweating bullets beside him.
“That… what weapon could have possibly caused that?” the nature spirit asked with his eyes wide open. He didn’t believe anyone in their generation could cause an explosion like that. It was probably some type of a super-powerful weapon or something.
“Weapon? What weapon?” Yun Yi looked at him in mild amusement. “That isn’t caused by any weapon or something. It is a supreme art.”

“Supreme art?” The nature spirit’s mouth went agape. “That thing is?”
It was just unbelievable. There was someone in their generation capable of using a supreme art of that caliber? The only people who came into his mind who were most likely capable of doing that were the three supreme geniuses.
“I’m familiar with that supreme art. The one responsible for that is none other than Yun Ling,” Yun Yi stated.
“How did you know?”
“Because that was the same supreme art I used when I killed that dumb participant in the previous stage. He had probably used at least one thousand of those to make an explosion of that scale.”
The nature spirit gave him a look.
“You’re planning on fighting that Yun Ling, right? Are you not afraid?”
“Of course, I am,” Yun Yi said with a somewhat crazed smile on his face. “I’m very excited to finally fight him to the point that I’m afraid of myself because of how excited I am.”
The nature spirit had a weird look on his face when he heard that.
He decided not to comment on that.
…
“Amazing! You’re actually still alive even after taking that on for the second time,” Yun Ling said. He was amazed at the sturdiness of the supreme and the terrifying regeneration of his body.
When he found Qing Ge after being blown away by his supreme art, he had already recovered both of his legs while five of his arms were still slowly growing.
Yun Ling slowly walked towards him as he took out one of his flying swords held it with his hand.
“I wonder… if I cut all three of your heads off, will you still be able to regenerate them?” he asked with a cold smile on his face. He was interested in seeing the limits of his supreme art that was responsible for restoring his body after receiving a wound.
Qing Ge was terrified when he heard that. If Yun Ling cut his heads off, he would certainly die!
He weakly got up from the ground as he prepared to fight Yun Ling. He didn’t intend on running away because his opponent would easily be able to catch up to him if decided to retreat.
Yun Ling decided to wait for him to finish regenerating his body. It was boring to fight a very wounded opponent who could no longer fight back so he let him have that opportunity. He also decided that he would no longer blow him up as that was getting stale. Now, he was planning on fighting him in close-quarters combat.
When Qing Ge had finally recovered, his whole body turned into a black metallic color as he directed a harsh glare to Yun Ling.
He immediately dashed towards Yun Ling as he threw punches after punches at him which the latter had easily dodged.
Yun Ling narrowed his eyes as he analyzed Qing Ge’s actions.
‘He’s a little slower compared to before,’ he thought.
While he was dodging Qing Ge’s punches, he retaliated with a powerful thrust towards his head with his sword.
Qing Ge’s eyes widened as Yun Ling’s sword pierced through the middle head’s forehead all the way to the back of his head. After being distracted for a moment, he quickly punched the blade of Yun Ling’s sword and broke it in half as he pulled out the other half of the sword from his forehead.
The hole in his forehead slowly closed as he stared at Yun Ling angrily. In just a few seconds, it was as if his forehead hadn’t just been stabbed.
