Not knowing of the being that was laughing at her, Xu Yue silently sat crosslegged and began examing her strength.
"This enlightenment really was helpful," mumbled Xu Yue as she silently fought countless enemies in her mind.
Every single one of the enemies in her mind suddenly died as a thought suddenly occurred to her.
But even though the enemies were merely virtual, for some reason, Xu Yue felt sweat appear on her forehead as she used that technique in her mind.
"What would have happened to me if I used this in the real world?" mumbled Xu Yue as the sweat was silently eliminated from her forehead.
As she tried to divine it, Xu Yue saw something that shook her to her core, she saw herself being showered with countless lightning bolts.
"That was the reason," thought Xu Yue as she silently realized something else.
Several hours later,
Liang Xiaoling looked at her junior sister with abject horror as she barely managed to escape from death, the sword slash that Xu Yue had thrown out had caused her to despair even as a Minor Trancendance cultivator.
"There was nothing I could do, I could only wait for my inevitable fate and die," mumbled Liang Xiaoling as she looked at Xu Yue, both proud and worried about her junior sister.
"I'm sorry senior sister, I didn't think that would happen," said Xu Yue as she appeared next Liang Xiaoling, her mind wandering to the technique she had created before.
"Don't worry, nothing happened to me," said Liang Xiaoling as reached out and patted Xu Yue on the shoulder.
"But you should use that technique carefully, it's lethality is too great," said Liang Xiaoling, even now, the moment she began thinking about that thing, Liang Xiaoling slightly shivered.
In another location,
Watching the two cute juniors talk, a smile appeared on Xu Lanfeng's face, memories long buried deep in her soul silently remerging as she did so.
"That was a good combination, also quite a good way of avoiding it," thought Xu Lanfeng as she thought about the technique she had just seen.
"When was the last time I have seen someone use that Dao," mumbled Xu Lanfeng as even more ancient memories emerged from the depths of her mind, some billions of years old.

"He was the last one," thought Xu Lanfeng, completely glossing over the fact that Xu Yue has not yet comprehended the Dao of Fate.
"This is Fate," said Xu Lanfeng as she thought of the coincidence and as she slightly laughed at her own joke before becoming serious once again.
"Hopefully things will go well," mumbled Xu Lanfeng as her spiritual sense traveled countless Li and arrived in a particular location.
Inside of a minor world,
Minor worlds come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, some are tiny, while others can be extremely enormous, another difference is the fact that the inhabitants of minor worlds can greatly differ.
Unlike regions, where the vast majority of all inhabited regions are fully occupied by humans, with some exceptions, inside some minor worlds, beasts can thrive and flourish.
Inside a particular minor world, a hellscape could be seen, countless humongous bodies of beasts lay on the shattered soil, this scene was happening in an entire continent as an endless number of beasts had died, and even the oceans surrounding the continent seemed to have dried up.
In a large hall,
Three large five-tailed foxes sat on the ground with pitiful expressions on their faces, even their silver fur seemed to have lost it's luster as they looked at the furious tiny fox in front of them.
"Sister have mercy, we were just playing around," said the fox that stood in the middle with a young voice, all of her tails in between her legs.
As she wanted to say more, the fox quickly saw the fury in her sister's eyes and stopped.
"Sister Jing, you can rest assured, I will be an obedient little fox, I will accept any punishment," said the fox, protecting her two friends.
Seeing this, the small fox's eyes slightly softened, as it looked at the nearly destroyed continent, it decided.
"Ling'er, you three will have to cultivate in seclusion for a hundred years," said the small fox, causing the three others to deflate.
Hearing that, the five tailed fox, seemed to be in deep thought.
"Can you at least give me the winnings from my bet?" asked Hulli Ling as her ears dropped in a pitiful way.
"Fine," said Hulli Jing as she threw the three disobedient foxes into their cave abodes.
As it exited the room, the fox appeared in an open area, countless foxes roamed the area, but surprisingly, none of them seemed to see Hulli Jing.
As it entered into a luxurious palace, a large six-tailed fox appeared before Hulli Jing, the moment the fox looked at Hulli Jing it immediately backed off.
"Betting who could destroy a continent the fastest?" asked Hulli Jing with a slight amount of anger in her voice as a white fox appeared before her.
"I didn't expect sister Ling would actually do it," said the fox as it stammered.
"Give me the bet," said Hulli Jing before stretching out her small paw toward the huge five-tailed fox in front of her.
A while later,
"Ling'er, this should be enough repayment for me fixing your blunder," said Hulli Jing as she shamelessly made the contents of the spatial ring disappear.
At the same time,
The entire dead continent seemed to warp as the damage caused by Hulli Ling's bet was miraculously repaired, the countless dead beasts disappearing, being replaced with unknowing beasts from countless other continents.
Curiously, foxes seemed to appear closer to fortunate encounters as they were transported to the continent.
"That should be enough," mumbled Hulli Jing as she silently siphoned out some resources from the continent, into her endless purse.
She slightly smiled as the size of the purse increased by a minuscule amount.
