173 : Conflict

As she slowly opened her eyes, Ming Yun found herself sleeping on the floor with her whole body aching, only after a few minutes did she begin to recover and get up.

"She really didn't have any mercy," mumbled Hulli Jing as she got up from the bed and helped Ming Yun get up from the floor and let her place her arm over her shoulder.

After a few more moments of silence, Ming Yun began recovering more and more, and eventually, a few words exited her mouth.

"Thank you," mumbled Ming Yun before putting her arm on her hip and pushing hard against it.

Crack

Even though that sound was not usually good, when Ming Yun heard this at this moment, she let out a relaxed sigh, as the connection between two of her bones was once again created.

After that, Ming Yun's qi began wandering through her body, causing cracking sounds to once again be heard.

"Huh, I didn't know you were so injured, you really didn't show many outside symptoms otherwise I would have healed you myself," said Hulli Jing as she watched Ming Yun gradually become better.

A few minutes after that, Ming Yun took her arm off Hulli Jing's shoulder, as his injuries seemed to have recovered.

"Does she usually do this with you?" asked Hulli Jing as she looked at Ming Yun, who was putting on her robe.

"No, this time she seemed much more frustrated than I have ever seen her before, she's usually very gentle," said Ming Yun as she had gotten fully dressed, at the same time, she couldn't help but look at the pink smoke still floating around the room.

Seeing this, Hulli Jing opened her mouth, causing the smoke to suddenly be attracted to it, disappearing only a few moments later.

After that, the mess around the room began fixing itself, or rather Ming Yun was cleaning it, and not even a moment later, the room returned to its clean state.

"Much better," mumbled Ming Yun as she destroyed all of the trash inside of the room, only keeping Shi Yao and Shi Xia's robes, which for some reason, were on the ground.

"I need to go now senior sister," said Ming Yun as she looked at Hulli Jing, who was now laying on the bed.

"Hmm, you can go now," said Hulli Jing as she put her arms behind her head and closed her eyes.

Hearing that, Ming Yun walked out of the room before closing the door.

A few moments's after Ming Yun walked out of the room, Hulli Jing's left eye suddenly opened and stared at the left corner of the room.

Moments after that, Xu Yue suddenly appeared in the corner of the room, causing the corner of Hulli Jing's lips to move.

"Spying on me isn't very nice is it? And not even using your main body, that's quite the disrespect" asked Hulli Jing as she moved to the right side of the bed.

"Weren't you the one who had told me to be wary otherwise you would steal my harem?" asked Xu Yue's incarnation as it sat down on the bed.

Hearing that, the corners of Hulli Jing's mouth curled up, before she let out a small laugh.

"I did tell you that didn't I," mumbled Hulli Jing as she looked at Xu Yue.

...

At the same time as Xu Yue and Hulli Jing began talking, in a hidden place inside of the Origin Sword Sect.

"So what was the result of your discussion with those three?" asked Deng Huiling as she looked at Xu Lanfeng, her eyes narrowing.

"Since there are times of danger ahead, all four of us agreed to help the next generation of geniuses be stronger," said Xu Lanfeng as seven jade slips appeared in front of the seven false immortals of the Origin Sword Sect.

As she looked through the jade slip, Deng Huiling's eyes seemed somewhat shocked.

"This is quite a lot of conflict," mumbled Xiong Feng as he looked through the jade slip, some pity appearing in his eyes.

"Now is not the time to be merciful, only through conflict will a large number of powerful cultivators be able to rise, this is instead a mercy, giving these cultivators a chance to prove themselves, something which others did not have," said Xu Lanfeng as a rare sense of oppression began radiating from her.

A large number of potential conflicts of recorded within the jade slips, most of these had been avoided because of the Four Peak Powers had mediated between the two, or sometimes many sides.

But now, instead of meditating, the peak powers instead intended to fan the flames, in this next era, everyone except the Rank one or Peak powers are in danger of being destroyed.

Suddenly, at that very moment, several major conflicts began in the Three Thousand Regions, as merely the fact that the Peak Powers desired it was enough, to cause the world to be altered.

Even though in small ways, because of this, maybe two outer disciples of two sects thought, and by pure accident, one of them killed the other, and because this, the past animosity between to two sects to blow up.

Perhaps a precious spiritual stone mine was suddenly discovered at the border between two clans or a peaceful leader passed on, and instead of his peacefull successor, someone more aggressive took over.

Restaurants in particular, where wasteful young masters gathered, became the some of the most dangerous places in existence, surpassing dangerous secret realms from ancient times.

...

As he used the Major-Heaven Scrying Technique to look at the Three Thousand Regions, horror appeared on the face of Yun Qi, the disciple of Wang Ming, the leader of the Heaven-Scrying Temple.

Suddenly, Yun Qi bowed, as Wang Ming, his master walked into the room.

"You shouldn't interfere, this is what's necessary," said Wang Ming as he looked at his disciple.

"Master, do you really have to?" asked Yun Qi, as he looked at his master, who using his mastery of destiny, had incited several conflicts already.

"If you don't want to do that, then go bless some geniuses this is also something helpful," said Wang Ming as he looked at his disciple, causing Yun Qi to breathe a sigh of relief.
