At the same time as Meng Lin was researching formations, inside of the Origin Sword Sect.
After several years of secluded cultivation, Xu Yue slowly became increasingly accustomed to the long seclusion, as such she began slowly ignoring the passing of time, only focusing on the dao.
"Hmm," groaned Xu Yue as she found herself swimming in an infinite sea, but rather than resist it, she embraced the sea and let it take her wherever it wanted, at the same time, Xu Yue felt the water wash over her as the boundless sea of Dao showed her the way.
Xu Yue let out a soft moan as she began going deeper and deeper into the sea, right now, Xu Yue felt as if nothing was as good as this.
"So this is probably how she felt," thought Xu Yue as she remembered seeing Ye Feng basking in the sun on the giant parasol tree.
At the time Xu Yue thought that even if that was a method of cultivation, it couldn't be as good as earnestly secluding yourself, but now, she found out that her past self was wrong.
Even though she did not know what the sea was, or where it came from, Xu Yue did not care as she knew she wouldn't be harmed.
After an unknown amount of time, Xu Yue even stopped examining the dao that was floating in the water around her, only feeling the boundless current wash over her with a smile on her face.
But even so, the Dao Seedling, no rather the Dao Sapling that had taken root in her soul continued growing at a fast speed, but somehow, it's speed paled in comparison with the growth of Xu Yue's soul.
Right now, even though it was only a small amount bigger than before, Xu Yue's soul seemed much different than before, even the constant flow of information that was being transmitted from the river of fate seemed to not be as annoying as before.
Suddenly, Xu Yue remembered something from the past, a Taoist book and the two spirits inside of it.
"I gave it to Bing Yue didn't I," remembered Xu Yue as another, much deeper memory emerged from the corner of her mind.
...
"Killing so much will cause you trouble," said an old man in the Taoist robe as he looked at Xu Yue.
This narrative has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. If you see it on Amazon, please report it.
"So should I restrain my true nature?" asked Xu Yue, anger now being clearly visible from the look on her face.
"You should just go with the flow," said another old man who right now had a wine jug in his hands.
"So I should just kill as I want?" asked Xu Yue once again, completely skeptical of the old man.
"Forget it, maybe you will understand it in the future," mumbled the old man before taking a large gulp of wine from his jug.
...
As she remembered this memory from the corner of her mind, suddenly, a jug of wine appeared in Xu Yue's left hand.
Even though a suspicious jug of wine appeared in her hands, Xu Yue did not care, she simply put the jug to her mouth and began drinking.
After this Xu Yue's body began seemingly going even deeper and deeper into the sea, where countless powerful daos were directly shown to her, but Xu Yue did not care, merely taking another gulp of wine on her way down.
And after an unknown amount of time in the sea, the now-drunken Xu Yue fell asleep.
A few hundred years after Xu Yue fell asleep, a gigantic eye suddenly appeared in the sea and looked at her for a moment before disappearing.
...
As Xu Yue lazily opened her eyes, a smile appeared on her face.
"That was a good nap," mumbled Xu Yue as she stretched her body, and as she got up, Xu Yue thought about what had just happened.
"I spent eighteen hundred years in that sea as well as seven hundred years asleep," mumbled Xu Yue before looking at the large sapling in her sea of consciousness.
"That's good," mumbled Xu Yue as her spiritual sense exited the room.
...
"You need to be more responsible for your daughter," said Bing Yue as she looked at Xu Yue with a frown on her face, but suddenly, Xu Yue'sface turned blanck.
Before Bing Yue could do anything else, she found herself in Xu Yue's room.
"Did you have a second growth spurt in the past three thousand years?" asked Xu Yue, whispering her words in Bing Yue's ears as she groped Bing Yue's chest.
"We need to tal-"
Before Bing Yue could say anything, Xu Yue's lips sealed her mouth.
...
"Senior sister, did you like my songs?" timidly asked Shi Yao as she rested herself in Xu Yue's warn embrace.
"You did not waste a single moment these past three thousand years did you?" asked Xu Yue as rolled over with Shi Yao, allowing the latter to be on top of her.
"No senior sister," said Shi Yao as she looked at the group of sleeping women next to her.
"Since they wasted time and you did not, you deserve a better reward, don't you think so?" asked Xu Yue as her left hand touched Shi Yao's face.
Shi Yao could not respond, but she did not need to.
...
"You damn little girl," mumbled Bing Yue as she looked Shi Yao, who was now sleeping in Xu Yue's warm embrace, completely oblivious to the jealousy in the hearts of the others.
"Since Bing'er cursed someone getting their rewards, she needs to be punished, isn't that so," mumbled Xu Yue as she appeared behind Bing Yue.
"Stop, we need to talk about Xu Ming," said Bing Yue as she became serious.
"What's there to talk about, she used a secret method to temporarily obtain a human body," said Xu Yue as she pushed Bing Yue down.
"It's what she did with it," said Bing Yue angrily.
"Don't worry, the fish that has been caught can not escape the net," said Xu Yue as if the calm Bing Yue down.
