123 : Hun Luan

123 : Hun Luan

Looking at the middle-aged man in front of him, a frown appeared on Ling Chen's face, before the former could do anything, Ling Chen's fist immediately appeared in front of his face.

Before he could react to the first, the man lost consciousness as both his body and soul were crushed by Ling Chen's punch,

Mere moments after the death of the first oponent, a young man appeared before Ling Chen.

"Good luck on your next attempt," mumbled Ling Chen as he looked at the young man.

"Wha-?"

Before the young man could say anything, his body completely disappeared as Ling Chen's punch vaporized it, removing it from existence.

...

"How come I came across a monster in the first round," mumbled the young man as he felt his body being reconstructed.

"What a waste of one of my chances," mumbled the young man as he slightly slumped down

...

Looking at his twentieth opponent, a smile appeared on Ling Chen's face, this smile caused his opponent, Wu Ming, to frown deeply and go on his guard.

As he was inspecting his opponent, Wu Ming suddenly lost track of Ling Chen, be he could do anything, Wu Ming put up his left hand and defended his body.

"This guy is too strong," mumbled Wu Ming as he looked at his now completely crushed left hand, causing a green aura to enter it.

Looking at his opponent's hand, which was rapidly regenerating, Ling Chen decided what to do.

Before Wu Ming could do anything else, Ling Chen's fist, which was not clad with some grey energy flew towards his chest.

Even before he could even register what had happened, Wu Ming used his prodigious fighting skills and reaction time to put up his arms in front of his chest in an attempt to weaken the blow.

Sadly, the moment Ling Chen's fist hit him, Wu Ming disappeared, being completely pulverized as some grey powder, the remains of Wu Ming's body floated around Ling Chen.

...

Even as he looked around him, Wu Ming felt a chill in his heart as he couldn't help but remember the punch which had sent him out of the tournament.

"He's too strong," mumbled Wu Ming as he simulated the fight in his mind once again.

"How is this possible," thought Wu Ming as he used his innate talent and fought with Ling Chen in his mind.

No matter what Wu Ming did, Ling Chen's simple punch seemed to be unstoppable.

...

Looking at the empty hall in front of him, no expression could be seen on Ling Chen's face.

A rather serious expression appeared on Ling Chen's face as he punched the air, if any of his previous opponents saw Ling Chen's punch, they would be shocked as he had not used anything of this power while fighting them.

Before Yang Ming could do anything, she let out a scream as every bone in her body cracked from the shockwave emanating from the punch.

That scream was all Ling Chen needed to hear before he let out another punch toward Yang Ming, completely crushing her body once again.

As he looked at his new opponent, a extremely surprised expression could be seen on Ling Chen's face.

"Interesting but still to weak, hasn't actually comprehended the Dao of Space" mumbled Ling Chen as he let out a punch, completely shattering both the spatial restraints and the spatial barrier separating the two of them.

Before his opponent could do anything Ling Chen's punch annihilated him from existence as well.

No expression could be seen on Ling Chen's face as he felt a poison try to invade his body, but sadly for his opponent, the poison seemed completely ineffective against Ling Chen.

Before his opponent could do anything else, Ling Chen let out another usual punch.

"This one is really interesting," mumbled Ling Chen as he looked at his new opponent.

A frown appeared on Ling Chen's face as he felt the chaos around him, space, time, fate, everything around him seemed to be in utter chaos.

Ignoring even the elemental energies in his body, which seemed to be in chaos as well Ling Chen let out a punch towards his opponent.

"What's your name?" asked Ling Chen as he felt his own his hit his body even though it should have hit his opponent.

If you come across this story on Amazon, it's taken without permission from the author. Report it.

"Hun Luan," said His opponent as he looked at Ling Chen as if he looked at an ant.

"Chaos huh," mumbled Ling Chen as he let out another strike, but this time toward his own body.

"It doesn't work that way," said Hun Luan as he looked at Ling Chen as if he was a masochist.

Before Hun Luan could say anything else, Ling Chen let out another strike towards his own body.

Hu Luan spit out a mouthful of blood as the shockwave from the collision seemed to completely avoid his control.

Even as Hun Luan let out a desperate attack towards Ling Chen, another shockwave came from Ling Chen as he let out another punch toward his own body.

This shockwave completely crushed Hun Luan's ordinarily invincible body into meat paste.

"Even though the Dao of the Five Elements is also a Supreme Dao, it was still restricted by the Dao of Chaos," mumbled Ling Chen as he remembered what he had learned back when he first discovered the five treasure padoga.

'The Daos of Time, Fate, and Space are the supreme exactly in this order, with Fate being stronger than Space and Time stronger than Fate, outside of the top 3 are the Daos of Order and Chaos which have many peculiar abilities.

"If the Dao of Chaos can already restrain the Five Elements, how strong are Time, Fate and Space," mumbled Ling Chen as for the first time in many years he felt a chill in his heart.

But even so, this did not destroy Ling Chen's confidence.

"Since I have defeated someone with the Dao of Chaos, I can also defeat them," mumbled Ling Chen as he began exchanging elemental crystals from his victories in the battle against geniuses from other Major Worlds.

As he was traveling back to the clan, Hun Luan suddenly saw something incredible.

"What a beautiful big sister," said Hun Luan, who, with all his powers was comparatively extremely young.

...

Looking at the amount of elemental crystals he had just obtained, a smile appeared on Ling Chen's face.

Mere moments later, all of the elemental crystals disappeared, seemingly absorbed by the Five Treasure Pagoda.

"Good," mumbled Ling Chen as he felt elemental energy going through his body, further strengthening its already incredible strength.

A few moments after that,

Ling Chen sank into deep thought as he looked at the token in his hands, as he sent his Qi into it, Ling Chen could see a three-storied pagoda, with a floor already lit up, even though this was only the second time he looked at the pagoda, he instinctively knew what the floors represented.

"Age groups," mumbled Ling Chen as he looked at the second floor of the pagoda, which Ling Chen knew allowed those that were less than one hundred thousand years old.

...

Ling Chen did not say anything as he let out a punch towards his opponent, this time, unlike on the last floor, Ling Chen did not hold back.

"I can do this," mumbled Tang Chen as he looked at his opponent, but before he could do anything else, Ling Chen's fist arrived before him.

A few moments later,

As soon as he opened his eyes in his now reconstructed body, a large smile appeared on Tang Chen's face.

"This is it!" shouted Tang Chen as spiritual energy began entering his old body at an incredible rate.

Unaware of the breakthrough of his first opponent, Ling Chen continued fighting inside of the second floor of the Pagoda with the same tactics.

Punch, and if he survives punch again and again,

Even though the relative strength of the second floor was much higher, this tactic proved quite successful for Ling Chen.

As soon as Yang Ming appeared on the floor of the pagoda, he immediately dodged sideways.

"If that hits me I'm dead," thought Yang Ming as he looked at Ling Chen's punch, which Yang Ming barely dodged.

"This one's a monster," thought Yang Ming as several constructs created using spiritual energy barely managed to delay Ling Chen's punch for a moment,

Using that moment, Yang Ming managed to dodge the punch as well as take out his sword.

"This guy is almost perfect," thought Ling Chen as he watched Yang Ming dodge his punches by a sliver every single time.

Looking at the punch coming towards him, Yang Ming wanted to smile, but sadly for Ling Chen, his face did not show any emotion.

Taking advantage of the momentum gained by dodging the last punch, Yang Ming managed to dodge this one several times faster, allowing his sword to strike at Ling Chen's heart.

*Clanc*

Hearing the metallic sound, horror appeared on Yang Ming's face, as he quickly looked towards his sword, which even though was his most powerful attack was easily deflected by Ling Chen's skin.

Seeing Yang Ming was distracted, Ling Chen took advantage of it and let out a punch towards his defenceless oponents.

...

As he knelt on the ground a bitter expression appeared on Hun Luan's face.

"Are these all of your belongings?" asked Yue as she looked toward Hun Luan with a frosty expression on her face.

"Yes," said Hun Luan as he continued kneeling with his face in the ground.

"You can stop kneeling," said Yue as she put her left hand on the head of the tiny Hun Luan

Feeling the hand on top of his head, Hun Luan wanted to let out a moan, but thankfully for him, he had tempered his willpower many times.

"A little guy like you shouldn't carry so much treasure, Why don't you give it to big sister for safe keeping?" said Yue as she looked at the young Hun Luan with no expression on her face.

Without saying anything else, Hun Luan took out a ring from his Sea of Consciousness and handed it to Yue.

"Here you go big sister," said the young Hun Luan.

As she looked into the ring, and back at Hun Luan who looked like he was around eleven years old, even Yue began feeling a little bad.

As she looked at Hun Luan, Xu Yue thought of Xu Ming.

Looking at the young Hun Luan and then thinking about how young Xu Ming is, Yue began feeling quite bad.

"I see you are strong enough," said Yue as she swiftly handed Hun Luan the ring back, only taking a certain token that had interested her out of it.

"Luan is stronger than all of the big brothers and sisters in the clan," said Hun Luan as he raised his head slightly, like a little peacock.

"Good, go back to the clan, don't let people take advantage of you, and make sure to not peak at other big sisters," said Yue as she ruffled Hun Luan's hair.

"Yes big sister Yue," said Hun Luan as he began flying away from the mountain.

Seeing Hun Luan was alright, Hun Luan's protector, who for some reason could not follow Hun Luan to the mountain breathed a sigh of relief.

"Young master Hun, what happened?" asked Hun Luan's protector as he wiped the sweat off his forehead.

"I peeped on a beautiful big sister when she was painting, but big sister Yue was very nice and forgave Luan," said Hun Luan as he looked through his storage ring.

Hearing what his young master had said, alongside the barrier that prevented him from entering the mountain, a chill appeared in the protector's heart.

"It's good that she forgave the young master," mumbled the protector as he wanted to reach the clan as fast as possible.

...

As she was examining the token she had obtained from Hun Luan, suddenly, both him and Xu Ming entered her mind.

"Grandchildren," mumbled Xu Yue as a thoughtful smile appeared on her face.

"I shouldn't force it, let's just make them meet," mumbled Xu Yue as she made several adjustments to Xu Ming's and Hun Luan's fates
