Scene 4 - Heart to Heart
Walking along the pathway the three had grown quite quiet since their sweep against the five enemies. Luna had long since returned to her normal self, cleaning all the blood off their bodies, on her talisman arm appeared a glowing golden seal with the number 106 written on top.
Turning a corner together walking along the hallways Luna spoke started to speak after settling her thoughts, “Brother do you think I made the right decision? Too let Xie Zhu take control?”
Sol stood shoulder to shoulder with his sister who currently had her hair covering her eyes couldn’t see her expression. Shook his head, “You shouldn’t rely on your weapons power too much. I know you could have stopped him at any time I saw how you hesitated for a moment upon throwing your spear.”
Luna smiled slightly while, “So you knew I let Xie Zhu kill them, you’re right I did on purpose Brother I just don’t want to be pushed around anymore! How many times we had to keep our heads low in the slums, how we had to beg and wag our tail for rotten food scraps! But now… Now...”
Taking a moment to reply the two men stood in front of Luna waiting for her reply. When she was ready her ocean blue eyes dug into Sol's eyes without looking away, “Now we don’t have to be afraid anymore! No more must we fight for scraps!
No longer more must we let others look down upon us without a fight. Now we are human beings! Not some trash on the side of the road awaiting our time to be swept away by the hands of fate we control our destiny for we are cultivators!”
Tears started to flow from Luna’s face holding back her sobs, Sol sighed and smiled bonking Luna’s head lightly with his fist, “Idiot, we have nothing to prove to anyone! Pride is good but too much can kill you! Remember that time in the pit?”
Wiping her tears away Luna snorted, “You mean that time you got your ass kicked by the bandaged boy?”
Sol’s cheeks showed a hint of red turning away, “He just got a lucky shot on me that's all! I’ll kick his ass next time!”
Luna poked her brother in the forehead, “Then what?”
Sol took a breath and shook away Luna’s hand and turned to her seriously, “If the pit didn’t have formations protecting the contestants' life I could have died because of inflated confidence!”

Punching a nearby wall Sol gashed his teeth, “It pisses me off knowing that just because I’ve had a little cultivation under my belt I could have died thinking I was hot stuff!”
Tilting her head Luna raised her hands in the air making a questioning face, “Your point?”
Sol stood silently staring up at the ceiling as if trying to find the words making until it dawned on him what to do turning to his sister Sol hugged her tightly startling her.
“Wha--”
Sol broke her retort, “It reminded me that if I died you and the rest of our siblings would have been sad because of my stupidity. Just because spirit procession worked this time doesn't mean it’ll work next time don’t let pride kill you, sister! You won’t make just me sad you’ll make everyone else sad!”
Luna’s eyes widened feeling stunned why didn’t she think about this, “I didn’t-”
At this time the quiet one the whole time Drake with a laugh, “But if Luna didn’t take out those two so quickly we would’ve been in dire straights! Isn’t power meant to be used that way my dear little Sol? Taking the advantage so quickly helped us a great deal in beating that large group, tell me Sol could you think of another way we could have beaten them without injury?”
Letting go of Luna, Sol turned around towards, “If we worked together there wouldn’t have bee-”
Placing a finger towards his lip Drake hushed Sol and turned his head down one of the pathways. The twins followed his line of sight to see a single figure walking alone on the pathway, carrying a scythe in behind their head.
Seeing the figure in the dimly lit cave, the twins' eyes lit up with excitement with Luna running forward with Sol just behind her they both shouted excitedly, “Big Sister Len!”
The figure grew startled and went on the defensive holding her scythe shakingly in her palms. Noticing the figures strange movements Luna stopped in her tracks making Sol ran into his sister and shouted at her, “Why did you stop its big sister Len!”
Shaking her head Luna frowned, “That person isn’t Big sister Len, person's hair was a different color and shorter. Plus she’s running away!”
Seeing the figure running away Sol snorted, “If it isn’t Len then lets rob that person!”
The three were about to run after person, until shaking in the tunnel started to appear thinking that the labyrinth was about to change again the three quickly stopped and gathered together watching the prey get farther away.
The twins frowned at the lost booty only for a moment until they saw a large foot smash through the ceiling right above the fleeing scythe figure crushing the figure into toothpaste. A roar and a familiar voice yelling at the top of her lungs could be heard.
Soon the rest of the body fell through with a small blood read figure jumping around it body, scythe in hand tearing up it’s skin cutting out chunks of fat and muscle. Despite the rubble in and dust the siblings could clearly make out the shining blood figure full of rage fighting against the now identified cyclops monster.
Len roared full of fury, “I’m going to fucking kill you!”
Sol turned to see what drakes reaction was seeing his usual cool expression turn dumb made Sol smug as he pointed, “That’s our Sister Len!”
