:: Dear Diary….. I’m lost. I hate to say it but we’re lost. And we’re supposed to reach a certain destination to begin a quest within a few days. If we miss the timing, the mission will automatically become null and I have to go back to the original city to start all over again. It’s a pain, this system where the job in one town could not be connected to the other. Sigh. And it looks like it’s going to rain tonight. Maybe if I run, we’ll be able to arrive at the city before the first rain drop hits my face! ::

<< WARNING: It has started to Rain (HEAVY). Please seek shelter or you will catch a cold. >>
“...P....Pi....PIKACHUUU!... Sniff… Sorry Nello…I tried to run, but my legs gave up the second my boots sunk into the mud…I’m sorry I’m borrowing your stomach again. Sniff”
“It’s okay, Big Sis. In fact, these roads look scary and grim, s-so I think it’s best you stay inside my tummy until we reach the next town, okay?”
“…Nello is so nice to me. Are you sure you’re not trying to hit on me?”
“I don’t understand. H-how can my nose hit you if you’re inside my tummy?”
“Never mind, Nello. You’re just too cute.”
“…Big Sis is making fun of me again.”
Pastrache stifled two things, a giggle and a sneeze. She rubbed her nose as she tried to dry her hair off with the emergency blanket she pulled out of the Red Army Duffel Bag. The Half-Elf Girl was hiding out from a bad rain storm, sitting inside the driver seat of the insides of the T-34 Soviet Tank.
An open module that could allow four grown men to commandeer. It was spacious just for one Half-Elf girl a little under average size, but it would be quite cramp and narrow once four Red Army Tank Troopers were to cram themselves inside.
Respecting Nello’s body, Pastrach had already took off her boots slathered in fresh mud and left them in a small storage space that was outside of the internal compartment. So it was just her bare legs and toes curled up on the driver seat while she hugged them to her knees, squishing her bosoms to preserve her body temperature.
"...Hmm? Big Sis, what was that noise? It sounds soft and bouncy. Are you playing with a rubber ball?"
"BFFFFFFFFT!? I-I DON'T PLAY WITH MYSE.....I...I mean. Cough. I'm using the blankets to dry my hair. Th-that's all. Yes."

“...Cough...Ahem (stupid f**king useless screens *click*)... It’s raining really hard out there, ahem, d-don't you think Nello?”
“Yup. Yup. It's raining worse than back in Stalingrad.”
“Are you sure you’re okay driving in this kind of weather?”
“Um…Well, it’s very bad practice to fight in the mud or snow. It’s hard to move around quickly when German Tiger tanks are chasing after you, and I lose traction whenever I try to run or shoot. The recoil on wet ground always makes me miss my targets. And don’t worry, I’m made with a special metal that doesn’t rust that easily. I was built to be used in rough conditions.”
“Rough conditions? That sounds terrible. To be born only to crawl through mud and bad weather.”
“Well, I was born to fight a war, so I think I had to be built strong…Just not…smart enough to survive.... Uuuh. ”
“Sorry Nello, I didn’t mean to—“
“No. no. It’s okay. In fact, talking with you about my past makes me feel at ease. To be honest, the rain kind of scares me sometimes.”
“Wh-why?”
“My visibility is shortened and I can’t hear too well under heavy rain. You never know when a German Tiger Tank or even an Anti-Armor Unit could ambush you. That’s what always makes me worry when it rains.”
“……………………………….I’m sorry Nello.”
“It’s okay Big Sis. If you’re inside my tummy, I feel like I’m invincible—OH MY GOD! WHAT WAS THAT NOISE!?”
"Bugyfffffggg!?"
Pastrache wanted to smile, but she ended up gagging on her own breath when the tank suddenly jolted to a stop. She could see from inside her seat the turret of the tank twisting left and right, as if scanning the horizon. To help with Nello’s impaired vision, she would peek through the small metal flaps that were no bigger than a mail slot in your front door, to see outside.
“……….It’s just a Warthog.”
“HEH!? W-WARTHOG!? I-I HEARD THE AMERIKANTSY FORCE WERE DEVELOPING THIS W-WARTHOG TH-THAT COULD FLY AROUND AT SUPER FAST SPEED AND CRUSH TANKS OPEN WITH ITS GATLING BEAK! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOOOOOD! I-I DON'T HAVE ANY ANTI-AIR EQUIPMEEEEEENT!”
“…No. It’s the type of warthog you eat for dinner.”

“A-aheehh!?”
The T-34 Soviet (status; Spooked) turned its gun barrel and locked onto the target it spotted through the thick rain. Darting out from the bushes was this giant pig like creature with dark fur and sharp tusks. It even had daring scars on its face as if survived a war with hunters, or it wanted to look cool among the lady boars.
The moment it noticed something as big as a combat tank standing in the road, the creatue turned around and ran off in the other direction. It was only until Nello couldn’t hear it’s hooves anymore that the barrel fell to splash into the mud.
Like a man collapsing to his knees and clutching his shakened heart in relief.
“Th-that was close! I-I thought the Amerikantsy actually finished their flying weapon!”
“…Flying weapon? What do you mean?”
“…................ Big Sis, you don’t know what an airplane is?”
“Nello. Is that mocking tone I hear?”
“…….N...nyet (No)....”
The voice of the T-34 Tank was that of a young boy who was unsure about the world. His personality could be clearly defined by how squeaky his voice went upon Pastrache speaking to him with narrowed eyes.
Only for the girl to bit her lip from laughing like a baby hyena.
“Pffffffffft. Nello is too serious! Ha-ha-ha! You don’t know a joke when you hear one!? Ba-ha-haaa!”
“Big Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis!!! (TxT).”
“Sorry Sorry. But we’re even now. So tell me, what is this airplane you keep talking about?”
Knowing that the coast was clear and there was nothing else on the road, the armored vehicle continued down the path. It made sure to stay on plain and levelled areas, to avoid the risk of the edges of those roads collapsing from over-saturation and causing a minor mudslide. They were not exactly on a cliff, but with how raised one side of the road was, it would be a pain to climb back up the slope across wet grass and soft dirt.
Espcially when Nello weighed 26.5 tons.
“Well. Airplanes are kind of like me, only small, thinner, and have large arms…Ah right, they’re called wings.”
“Oh? That sounds interesting.”
“Yeah, yeah. Although their noses is different than mine. They have these long wooden whiskers on them called propellers and when they spin really fast, they can pull the plane forward and even up into the the air!”
“Heh!? A spinning top that can cast a levitation spell!?.......... H-holy sh*t!”
“Yeah! Something like that!..........I think.”
The Tank took a moment to look up at the sky with its 3 meter gun barrel. The heavens above his head was covered in dark grey clouds. They didn’t look fluffy or cute at all, not like the ones that resemble lazy white sheep. Just staring up up there seemed to bring back more memories of his past life.
“T-tell me more, Nello! I-I’m, curious!”

“Um…Well, airplanes can fly high into the sky, even fly above the clouds if they wanted to. But I would always see them fighting. Planes used by the Russian Air Force and those from the German Luftwaffe.”
“Luftwaffe? What’s that?”
“I think that’s the German Air Force, but I don’t know why they call it that. I would always see those planes with red stars or iron crosses, yelling at each other while shooting bullets at one another's tails or faces.”
“….Oh. So, they are were born for war too. Just like you, Nello?”
“Yeah, but they look so much cooler.”
“Why’s that Nello? As you’ve proven to me, you’re quite amzing yourself with that fire nose.”
“I don’t think so. Because the airplanes, look so free in the sky. They don’t have to worry about getting trapped in the mud, falling into rivers when the bridge collapses, or have German Tiger tanks chase after you down 20 blocks. They could run even faster than me…I wish I was born a plane.”
“………Fu-fu. I wonder, if Nello was reincarnated as a talking plane instead, would you still have helped me in stepping on those Dire Wolves when we first met?”
“Of course! Even if I was thousands of miles in the sky, I’ll still see Big Sis down below and come for you! I don’t even have to step on them, I can just go GA-GA-GA-GA-GA-GA with 12 machine guns in my wings! I’ll look so cool! Like flying ace!”
“Oh wow! Such aspiration! Who knows, maybe if you reach a high enough level, or if either one of us learns magic, we could transform your body into an this airplane you're talking about!”
“OOOOOOOH! BIG SIS! TH-THAT WOULD BE SUPER COOL! If that’s the case, then I want to turn into a MiG-3!”
“…A what?”
“That’s the plane I keep seeing flying over Stalingrad shooting down the enemy in the skies and on the ground! They’re incredible! They can do loops, cart wheels on its swide, and it’s really fast! I want to be a MiG-3 when I grow up!”
“Yes! Let’s work hard and level up Nello!”
“YES! BIG SIS!”
Even though the sky was dark and gloomy, having opened the scene with a stormy evening, the two travelers bound by a strange string of fate could see a light at the end of their dark tunnel of pain and loneliness. Aspiration, determination, the fires in their heart burned loud enough to drown out the hard rain that beated across the armor of the T-34 Tank.
They looked forward in grasping that bright future in their own hands.
“…Wait. Big Sis. If I get to change my body when we grow stronger…Does this mean Big Sis is going to transform into a boy?”
And the conversation ended with a beautiful drop kick of a bare foot inside of the tank’s driver compartment.

“OW! THAT HURTS, BIG SIS!”
“I – WILL – ALWAYS – BE – A – BEAUTIFUL – GIRL – WITH – BIG –B REAAAAAAAAAAAAST!”
That’s all she wrote.
