"Please tell me what each of those options would do."

Skill: an assistance in channeling mana. Merge: merge two skills to create a new lvl 0 tier 0 skill. Evolve: advance the skill to a tier 1 skill. Turn into Perk: The skill becomes a perk, resulting in a passive effect similar to what the skill does.

"Tag stomp is great, but I definitely don't need a different form of the same skill, and grounding is definitely not something I want passively..."

Evolve: Grounding?

"Yeah, just do it."

Groundbound [1] (ground) (skill): an area of (lvl) meters around you is flooded by ground mana, making everything within heavier and actively driving out other types of mana.

Tutorial: tier 1 skills take two points of willpower to use.

Searching for something else to do, his eyes fell once again upon his stump and the petrified goblin arm that lay before him.

"Well... this is some bad shit, how am I supposed to survive, when I only have one arm? And what should I do? Is there away to replace my missing arm?"

He pondered, drowning the fear in calculations and thoughts.

"I can get new skills by using others and finding new ways to use them, so... which part of my skills would help me grab and move things?"

He read through them all, pondering all of them until he came to a somewhat sane conclusion.

"Tag stomp grabs me and moves me to a target, and Jet legs creates bursts of air beneath me... if I where to dake the drawing sensation from jet legs, and fed gravitation into it, rather than air, I might actually draw something toward me..."

He Immediately tested it, activating different parts of the skills, and felt his intelligence thrum as it got to work picking out the parts he needed for his goal.

As the drawing, the targeting and the gravity melded into a spell, all his willpower was gathered to force the creation, and when the rock he targetet flew towards him like an arrow, he realized that he should not have done that.

As he stopped the spell, he suddenly realized a difference in the way he was thinking of them.

"System, what is the difference between spell and skill?"

Spells are magic done outside of designated system skills. please do not attempt to cast spells, as they are very volatile and require an innate sense for mana to use properly.

"Then, why did Intelligence help me pull out different parts of multiple skills?"

Intelligence: Enables more precise control over skills and other system features.

"Why was I capable of casting a spell, then?"

Innate hidden Perk: Magus.

"What exactly does that mean? Why are you talking so openly, after you acted so closed off earlier?"

Magus: This Perk allows a person to directly interact with mana.

System: The system is a META (Mystically eternal totally augmented) spell matrix created to help Magi achieve the highest forms of knowledge without risking their lives.

"So, you are basically telling me that, after a while of noone being capable of using your full potential, my existence kind of gives you a new purpose or something?"

Historical context: many gods are known for killing Magi and using their souls to strengthen themselves.

"Damn... this just made my life a lot harder. I never expected to be this kind of special... But I guess I will follow your guidance, I really don't want to be torn apart by gods that want to eat my soul."

Respawn (Skill) (Unique): When you die, your soul is pulled back to the character creation screen with half your levels. Once here, you can build a new character and try again.

Once you press the create button on the character creator, you will be spawned at a place appropriate for your character.

Grounding (skill)(ground): while activated, this skill infuses the targets body with ground mana, and forces it to remain on a surface below it.

Dash (skill)(air): Your movement speed increses by (move*skill level).

Tag stomp (skill)(Gravity): target a creature and accelerate towards it at (lvl) times your normal speed. Cannot be used for the amount of time needed to accelerate before impact.

Restfull petrification. (ground): Your body is petrified for the duration you sleep. While you are petrified in this way, you are considered hidden.

You will restore (lvl) times the energy you would by sleeping the same amount of time.

Fairy wings (Perk) Reduce weight by 1 kg and gives the user a magical flying speed of 10km/h.

Magical body (perk): Your body is held together by magic. Your body cannot be dispersed by non magical means, and everything you do counts as magical. Dispersing magic will deactivate this perk for the duration. Your natural lifespan will now be extended by 10% for every point you have in Willpower.

Unlocked Handycaps

Slim: reduce the amount a creature weights by 5% per level of this handycap chosen, can be stacked up to three times.

Small: Reduces the height of a creatur by 20%.

Heavenbound (handycap): should you ever disconnect from the ground, gravitation will reverse for you. Any kinetic force excerted on you will be 100% more effective at moving you.

One armed (handycap): You only have one useable arm.
