God fucking dammit, that guy forgot to send the script for this intermission. Did he expect me to just make up one story all on my own? Wouldn't even be in this situation if that guy just turned in his work on time. Anyway, it seems that with your usual author being a dumbass right now it seems like I'm going to provide the intermission this time. And I choose to have a story about stars if the title is any indication.
Let's see, so how do I start this? Well, the story starts off with a boy. Let's call him, umm..., Tim! Yeah, Tim works. Tim was a young boy who, umm, wanted to go to space one day. He couldn't though because, well..., he was quite poor. He was also very sick and was about to die in a few days.
Now that I think about it, that's quite dark. You know what, scratch that. He wasn't sick, he was just weak. Yeah, and due to his family circumstances, he was afraid he would never be able to achieve his dream.
Okay, so far so good I assume. Unfortunately for me, I'm not much of the creative type, so I have absolutely no idea where to go from here. I guess that means it's okay if I just steal elements from other stories for the rest of this right? I mean, it's not like they'll sue some small random web novel that happened to say the same thing as them.
At least, I think that's how it works.
Anyways, around this time was the first Great War between the shadow-people and light-beings. At the time the Demon King had constructed a giant military base of sorts that we're going to call the Death Star for now. This was an elite base that contained a large variety of weapons such as this world's version of nukes, kryptonite, the Krabby patty secret formula, and it had the greatest weapon of all time: a weapon which was one so great that no one in the facility but the Demon King and his advisor had any idea what it was. Naturally, this was a great force aiding the demon king's raid during the war.
Sounds hopeless, doesn't it? Well not for long. Tim was met by a half-giant and told he was a wizard on his eleventh birthday. Sure everyone could do spells in this world, but he was special. His spells were stronger than most people's own, which practically made him a mutant. Like the X-men, he was stronger than most people, but unlike them, he didn't have to suffer from blatant racism like the chosen one he was. I forgot to mention, but he's also the chosen one.
With this newfound knowledge, he goes on a quest to destroy the Death Star once and for all. Along the way, he meets an old wizard who called himself Gandalf, a spy only known by the alias James Bond, and a guy in a suit of armor that they liked to call Iron Man. Realizing they all had a shared goal of destroying the Death Star they teamed up on their journey and destroyed any threats they faced on the way. At times they met some edgy kid who called himself something akin to Batman or the Dark Knight who was upset because the Demon King killed his parents or something, but it was nothing they concerned themselves much with.
This story originates from a different website. Ensure the author gets the support they deserve by reading it there.
Eventually, the team stormed their way into the Death Star. Tim lead the raid with Gandalf backing him up. Meanwhile, Iron Man bust through from the other side in order to overwhelm the guards inside while James Bond used his information gathering skills to find the vault where all the weapons were kept. While the place had a few people stronger than expected the raid wasn't as tough as expected. That was before Iron Man ran into some guy named Magneto.
A human who wanted mutants to reign superior over normal humans he shocked Iron Man with quite potent metal manipulation spells. He wouldn't be nearly as much of a threat as he was if it weren't for the fact that Iron Man's armor was made of metal. And unlike the Pokemon anime, where bad matchups can be overcome with weirdly bullshit strategies, the bad matchup here practically meant that Iron Man was dead. Before Tim and Gandalf could arrive Magneto crushed Iron Man in his own armor.
Enraged by this, Tim unlocked his hidden potential and practically became a Super Saiyan. Even though this wasn't even his final form Tim was able to easily dodge all of Magneto's attacks and crushed him to death.
After mourning Iron Man's death James Bond returned with the key to the main weapon area of the Death Star. They walk inside and marvel at a large number of weapons before realizing that the place must be destroyed. They set the magical nukes to explode after a timer finished ticking and before they left they looked in a small box in order to find out what the ultimate weapon was. And it turned out that the true ultimate weapon was the friend they made along the way.
No, that was the actual weapon.
You see, inside the box was a key. It looked unassuming at first but upon sight James Bond got a strange urge to touch it. When he did he transformed into a 50-foot long carnivorous worm thing. Basically, experimentation done by the shadow-people caused them to create a powerful shapeshifter, and when they heard about Tim they altered the subject's memories to make him meet up with Tim. That way if they did make it to the weapons then this would be their last stand against the chosen one.
Tim is distraught about this but realizes that everything was just a lie. That gives him the motivation to try and beat James Bond up, but James Bond is now a 50-foot long carnivorous worm thing so it doesn't work out.
On the brink of death, Tim remembers the adventurers the group had together and realizes how important his friends are to him. Tim then stands up, glowing brightly as he uses the power of friendship to destroy James Bond with one final attack. Ignore the fact that he only has one friend left to draw the power off of. Anyways, with the 50-foot long carnivorous worm thing destroyed Tim and Gandalf were able to run to safety as the magic nuke destroyed the Death Star.
Tim and Gandalf looked off into the sunset and reminisce on their adventure. Despite the sacrifices made, they are proud of their efforts and know that this would be a great boost to their side during the war.
Now that I think about it, remember when this was about stars?
Me neither.
