Alice woke up with her long blonde hair scattered around the bed as if her hair was a large web that tried to catch a big fly. It did catch something though, but not a fly. Many sticks and stones were stuck in her hair, making the blonde look almost like a brunette.
Alice opened her emerald eyes and got up. Being the Goddess of Life, her room was like a jungle. It had many trees and grass on the floor, with a river going through and her ceiling looking like the sky. A few feet away from her bed was a sink, with a small handheld mirror on it.
Alice took a brush from under the bush and went to fix her hair. While it looked like this place was sunny it was actually artificial lighting due to her pale skin. The bright sun here would've certainly given her a sunburn. Then again she was a goddess, so she was worried about nothing.
After getting her hair straight she left her room. The gods and goddesses live in Coelem, which is a big as a small country. But really, other than the gods' individual rooms there weren't many rooms of note. Where Alice was going was to the main lobby, where a person goes when they become a god and where gods can enter the human realm. A god had to be extra careful when they go into the human realm. Sure gods can't die, but killing one demotes it down to a level 50 of its original species. Not only that but it gave loads of experience, enough to turn a level 60 into an instant god. Announcing her godhood would just lead to attacks from everywhere at once. Besides, she had something to attend to and didn't want to be interrupted.
Stepping into the circle in the middle, a light glowed around her. She selected her location and a new location appeared to materialize around her. It was a plain grassy field with a large patch of tall sunflowers in one small square of the area. She was prepared to meet someone and wore a fancy red dress for the occasion. She even wore a straw hat for the occasion.
She stepped near the sunflowers, making them perk up and grow at least a foot taller. Being a goddess meant she had access to a God Skill. A God Skill was basically a passive ability tied to whatever the god or goddess represents. If it got in the way for whatever reason then the god or goddess in question could just turn it off. That meant the only problem was how these skills would affect everyone in the area, regardless of friend or foe.
As for Alice's...
God Skill:
Nature's Beauty
Effect: Consistently provides HP and experience points to any living being with a range of 5 meters at a rate of 5 per second. Also provides a 1.5% boost to all stats of everyone under the skill's effect.
If she went into normal civilization with it, she would've been discovered for sure. If she wasn't killed peopled would crowd just for easy godhood. That why she planted her garden so far from civilization. Then again, she wouldn't have to activate it if the plants didn't need health recovery. Some fool would come here everyday a 10 a.m. blasting fireballs at her flower garden. She was watching this guy for quite some time and didn't intend to let him get away with days of suffering for the plants. She was the goddess of life, she couldn't let the plants die on her watch.

After making sure the plants were healed enough she turned off her skill and waited for the culprit to appear. He was close to her short height so he was likely young. He had black hair and freckles and was wearing a light set of metal armor. He had a short sword behind his back, but that wasn't important now.
Not noticing the woman next to the flowers he lifted his hand and chanted "Fireball", which made a small fireball get launched from his hand right at the flower.
"Fireball"
"Fireball"

Magical Endurance increased +3 due to a special action
Stercus grinned seeing this window pop up. You know how in video games and anime magic comes from mana within the body and that gets converted into magic? Well, fuck all those preconceptions because we don't do that shit here. You see, mana is actually an invisible substance in the air. This substance has strange properties and is quite malleable. Most creatures have an MCO, a Mana Converting Gland, in their bodies. For humans, it's in the middle of their palms. The purpose of these is obviously for taking mana and converting it into spells.
However the MCO is basically a muscle, so you will need some endurance to fire off multiple spells at once. This endurance isn't the same as normal endurance as you can have lots of physical endurance but little magical endurance and vice versa. With none at all, you could basically do one spell and you better hope it's powerful because you won't be able to cast anymore for a while or use a really weak spell over and over again. And Stercus needed lots of magical endurance if he wanted to learn that interesting spell in the spellbook Krys gave him.
You were poked
HP -21
Stercus was badly hurt by the attack. Being a god she had trouble holding back but Alice never expected him to be that weak. Well, she had to give him a good talking to.
"Young boy," she said to a trembling Stercus. "I can't just stand there as you have come here every day and destroyed my flower patch. DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TIME I PUT INTO CARING FOR THEM!? THEY'RE MY CHILDREN!"
And blah blah blah she went on. Stercus honest didn't get was she was saying. Flowers are people too? No, they aren't, they're flowers. How would you like it if someone did it to you? I don't even have flowers, how would they do this to me? You need to learn respect? What even is that, is it tasty? Stercus just didn't understand.
"I'm sick and tired of your constant abuse towards these plants," she continued. "So if you come here again the Goddess of Life will take your life away, got it!?"
Stercus just nodded.
"Good, and I don't want to hear from you ever aga-" Alice froze when she saw a large hand pat her shoulder. Turning around she saw the face of a man whose name was Pan. At that point, she ran for she had seen Pan.
"I just wanted to say hello," Pan sighed. Even the gods knew about him.
