Chapter 40: Power Overwhelming

==================================

FlowerLord kicked the air and she sped up once more.

The rings of broken wind barriers scattered one after another. Like stepping on an invisible platform, as she jumped horizontally towards the burning city, her speed reached the full limit leaving three rings behind. She ignored the fact that she was burning her MNA and expending the already expensive firestones in the process, but she abandoned all care as her mission was all the same.

I will fucking pound your face when I get you.

From afar, she could see the fort with voyagers and old fishing boats parked in a commercial harbor. Atop these boats, including yachts and even the large container vessels, were players and citizens, battling the escaped monsters and prisoners. Of course she had no way of knowing which is which since all she could see were chaos.

She dismissed the image and focused head up. She never dared looking back as she knew who were those people screaming at her. Sound was still faster than her current speed.

Nonetheless, she had reached her maximum speed of 220kph with her Flight Armor. For normal players who had low mental endurance such as Agatha and Scion, even reaching 100kph would have given them inexplicable nausea and headaches.

Even her, with all her hardcore VR gaming, this is the limit she could do for if she were to go even faster than this, she knew she wouldn't be able to play VR games for the coming week or so.

Her anger boiling down on her chest, she touched the sword's hilt tucked on her left waist and the sword dissolved into a black mass that divided and circled around her in multiple spheres the size of her fists. Numbering ten in total, one for every finger on her hands, she went straight to the tallest building in her vision, the one directly behind the large cannon that had its bore still smoking out.

The building looked somewhat different from the pagoda-styled ambiance of the city. In fact, it was more like a miscalculated combination of a Buddhist temple and of a tall Chicago building. Not slowing down even a bit, five of the dark spheres around her was forged into a shapeless lightning, the Dark Spears poised to launch in a split of a second. Hearing a hiss on her left hear, she proceeded without a halt. She fired the spears like missiles her thigh's width and twice her height, the building's southern wall marked five holes that exploded from within before the walls totally collapsed and made for her violent entrance. But with this act alone, her surprise dawned on her subthoughts.

The city's not a safe zone anymore?!

After a split decision to ignore that fact, FlowerLord stopped her thrust and flipped front-side so expertly, like dashing in midair, she poised to launch a punch with a giant black fist five times her size without slowing a bit down.

"Get out in here!" She roared in anger.

She punched the wall and it shattered like hollow blocks. The whole south side of the 80th floor along with the side of the floors below and above it had no resistance or whatsoever, the tall 115-floor building was wrecked from its 80th floor and the rest of its upper floors crumbled from pillar to pillar until unable to support the floors above and started falling towards the city like a falling tree.

There was no warning sign. No purple alarm note on the impact area saying that it was an "invulnerable object" and therefore cannot be harmed --No. The city had lost its invulnerability state and is now in chaos and disarray. FlowerLord knew who to blame for that but she just couldn't make herself believe that a player had that kind of power-let alone an ability to change everything in the game. She knew, though it's doubtful, that whatever Rex was chasing inside this game, it was something big and it was affecting them all, not just him, not just Amanda, not just them, not jsut the crew of Archangel, but perhaps all the players of Terroa who are in this city right now.

Even so... even so, he has no right to hurt her. And now she was kidnapped all because of him!

FlowerLord clicked her tongue as she entered the side of the building. Consuming three bottles to refill her MNA to maximum, she summoned the ten spheres again and positioned herself as if lifting something heavy around her. The Dark Spheres convulsed above her, converging into a giant umbrella, erasing the roof of the 79th floor, becoming a rising mass of black magma with no shape, and looking like a giant blob of rain cloud that covered the entirety of the 79th floor.

Gathering enough force, FlowerLord's raised shoulder went down as if bestowing punishment upon the building and the shapeless rising magma bore down in a drilling destructive swirl like a tornado rain.

Floor after floor, the dark mass of destruction continued to drill down, eating away whoever was on its way and whatever it came to get in touch with. The rubbles and the debris flew all over the place, NPCs jumped off to a suicide fall just to get away, and even from behind her, it almost ate Kathleen Brew who came too close to pry.

"I never thought Dark Tech is capable of this much destruction." She whispered and Loni who stopped beside her answered her as she noticed her trembling hand on her bow.

"It's very dependent on MNA and eats up a lot of Weight Units. Also, in exchange for the versatility and the flexibility of the weapon, the user can't equip any talisman, thus the user is devoid of using any magic at all."

"I see."

Nodding in in understanding, Kathleen watched FlowerLord destroy the building until its 50th floor when from the floor below that until the 44th level was suddenly thrown at her like a giant boulder from below.

"This motha-whoa?!"

Surprised, FloowerLord made a signal with her hand. The drilling magma tornado flattened into a giant shield in the next instant as the boulder the size of 5 floors that's thrown at her was shattered into multiple debris upon impact. One could only imagine what kind of force had enabled someone to lift and throw 5 levels of floor like it was a weapon but FlowerLord's mind was already caught up with the thought that another opponent, not Rex, was attacking her.

Loni, Kathleen, Volt, Samara, and Cassiopeia were the first to come. A significant distance away were Maki, Cramer, and Thorn, and they all saw what happened that made them stop and become wary.

As they watched a few tens of distance away, Cassiopeia's hunter instinct told her to look up rest assured, she saw an impending danger descending with a large shadow about to devour them all.

"Above us!"

Everyone looked up and saw two monsters with terrifying wingspans descending upon them. One monster was colored Green while the other was of black and red.

Everyone made it in time to avoid the attacks but as soon as they scattered, a scorching veil of fire was rained upon them by the monsters as they passed. One of them, the one that had the green colored scales, was even bathed in its own acidic poison that warned a bad smell as it passed beside the group. Kathleen and Samara were within each other's reaches on the northern side while Cassiopeia and Loni were a few tens of meters away to each other and dodged to the Eastern horizon.

Volt was back faced against the crushed building, staring wide-eyed at the monsters who had just attacked them.

"It can't be..." He whispered in disbelief.

Almost identical to each other, only separated by their colors, like a mutated T-Rex with extra horns on every tip of its body's edges, including the eyebrows, the wings on the shoulder blades, and the three clawed hands attached on a muscular arm to which the wings were attached. The monsters were a horrifying combination of dreadful aggressiveness and threatening sizes almost at the same degree of that of a Lapiz. In fact, in a quick glance, the green colored monster was a smaller look-alike of a Lapiz, only, the discerning difference is that it doesn't have the horrifying combination of spotted yellow, green and red stripes on its back that separates the Lapiz's inability to be tamed by any taming skill.

With every flap of their wings, shades of fires were created from the claws on their arms.

Their tails looked like a hammer with a horned tip for stabbing other monsters their size while a saw-like combination of smaller horns to the side of it acted like a bladed whip as their backs had alligtator-like thick scales that made these monsters dreadfully feared in every thick forest and deep caves.

"Rathalos and Rathian!" Kathleen Brew cooed in excitement. "Oh this is such a lucky trip for me!"

"Why are you always excited at everything?" Samara frowned as she prepared her cannons. "We're about to go into battle and all you do is dispatch those cameras?!"

Kathleen stuck out a tongue at her. "I'm not a combatant. I'll leave the fighting to the fighters like you guys. My job here is to catch everything in camera. Jana." Waving her hand, Kathleen Brew flew up and left Samara with a clenched fist and crossed vein on her temple. Upon reaching a safe height, Kathleen took out a small silver whistle from her inventory and blew it off in one breath. After a few moments, a shadow descended upon her and a displeased look can be discerned on the Sky Wyvern's face. "Oh don't be like that. That's just a Rathalos."

Grurururu....

With tears on its eyes, the Sky Wyvern kept her fear tucked away in the shadow of her job. She then remembered the last time she rode with her principal in a battlefield. She was almost crushed by a falling warship or electrified in the sky by a random lightning that came from the ground.

Then she saw the Rathalos and the Rathian.

Her thoughts of despair came in the form of mineature tears on her eyes. The watery glow drew a smirk on Kathleen's lips and so she patted the creature's neck from the back like a tamed horse to attempt to calm it down.

The Wyvern thought then, bitterly, what could be worse than those past two experiences? Then she saw the Rathalos chasing one of Kathleen's colleagues and the thought then just became reality.

Yep. I'll die here for sure.

"Gruruurururu...."

***** ***** ***** ***** *****

Of all the people I had to be partnered with...

Loni hid her inner argument with herself in the pretense of pulling an enchanted arrow. The smokes of the firewall was still yet to subside and she can't see where or who to shoot at because of the density of the black smog. But from below, to where she had thought those monsters are now, she prepared to release the arrow when a fireball her size was going at her direction in a terrifying speed.

"Shit."

Changing the element of her spell in a split-decision, the red glow turned to blue as she released it towards the speeding fireball. The arrow hit the attack and the colliding elements exploded into a gust of steaming hot wind.

I was too late.

Loni cursed as she was thrown back a few meters and covered her face to avoid burning in. She glanced over to where she remembered Cassiopeia was but she was already gone there and instead was already falling towards the ground below. She smiled as she thought, she's not stupid after all.

They had learned before of what kind of player she was. Cassiopeia uses a Gatling Cannon, a weapon that could deal heavy energy burst fire in succession. It was a powerful support weapon in a team but it has a major flaw at which it is a very heavy weapon and sports a very unusual stance if the user wants to hit the target. By that rule, Cassiopeia's decision to take the ground and establish her stance was a wise one. She pulled another arrow and chanted a different spell. With a faint blue light like that of the sky, she released the arrow in the general direction of where the fireball came from.

On her vision, she saw the arrow got yanked on its trajectory as she smiled and readied two arrows at the same time.

"I knew these monsters won't be showing here randomly."

"Nice guess." An angelic and soothing voice spoke from behind her.

Surprise and shock dawned on Loni and she ducked hurriedly avoiding by a hair's distance a large katana that sliced a few hair strands off her head. Upside down, she flipped again and delivered a counter roundhouse kick to her attacker. The shadow of a woman with blonde hair flipped her katana like it weighed nothing and met the kick with its blade pointed at Loni's foot. Surprised yet again by the incredible skill of her enemy, she retracted her kick at the last moment and instead shot her the arrows she had hastily prepared.

The woman bent sideways, and the arrows passed through her chin and nose, hitting nothing. Loni used the opening to kick the air and get some distance. Aerial combat wasn't her forte and it clearly shows that her enemy had a keen sense of how it worked.

Stolen from its original source, this story is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.

"Behind you!" Came Volt's yell.

Loni leaned sideways and saw a large maw that almost covered her. Wide-eyed, she froze in shock and was unable to react. Am I going to be done here? As she asked herself that question, the maw closed before it even engulfed her along with a loud blunt sound carried over by what she discerned was the sound of a rocket engine.

"Don't just stay there, frozen! It's a one on one battle!"

Samara had transformed her cannon into double floating large metal hammer fists. She had just punched the green scaled Rathian on its face.

The Rathalos was chasing Volt in speed flying and Samara was facing the Rathian alone.

"One on one?!" Anger rose up her chest. Even a full party with Volt's skills and abilities will take at least a full day to defeat a single Rathian, let alone a Rathalos that's twice shorter than his green scaled counterpart's temper.

Samara's momentum carried her over to Loni and she stopped back to back, maintaining their vigilant distance.

"Unless you have a better idea, I'll gladly trade places with you." Samara said. "So?"

Loni returned to the enemy two levels above her vision, looking up and glaring at the smiling blonde woman. With her expertise becoming ineffective with a fully scaled Rathian, she also smiled to Samara behind her and embedded the blonde woman's confident grin on her mind.

"No. We have our own fortes." She told Samara.

"Good."

"Hey, I'm still here."

From the communicator on their ears, Cassiopeia's voice rang and a hail of bright blue pellets snatched the blonde Apollo girl's attention. Placed expertly that she had no choice but to block and retreat, the blonde woman flipped and dodge, gaining distance away from Loni.

"I didn't ask for your support here." Loni yelped.

"Asked the one who was almost chewed down a while ago."

Firing another volley of expertly placed high speed energy bullets, the attack hit the Rathian who's been flying steadily and shook its head as if shooing flies flying around her. The attack wasn't as effective as it was with less armored targets but it was still enough to distract the blonde hair woman and the Rathian. Loni wasn't going to waste it.

When they looked at where the attacks were coming from, Samara and Loni used that chance to dash forth and make their attack. The woman flew back to the Rathian's head as the Rathian twirled around and created a wall of combined fire and poison. Samara stopped her approach and Loni enchanted another arrow. This time, she fired the arrow towards the center of the fire tornado, and on her vision, she saw the gentle blue light stopped in place and spread like a sonar that illuminated the shape of the woman and the Rathian. As the spreading wave took the shapes she wanted to see, Loni released another enchanted with a dark purple aura into the sky.

"Eat this."

The arrow in the sky reached its apex and from there, it multiplied into over a hundred more. As if guided by an invisible will, the arrows fell towards the earth, pulled by gravity and the force of a bent string, into the center of the fire tornado, darkening the roof of the blonde girl.

"Impressive." Said the same angelic voice.

With a gust of strong sucking wind, the fire tornado became a swirling dome of inferno, taking the shape of a pupa, melting the arrows on the top and pulling the two flying women who did their best to fly away from the Rathian.

Then, with another strong gust of wind, the fire pupa exploded and the scorching heat became mini fireballs that flew in all directions, hitting the escaping duo at their backs and sending them plunging down the ground.

Luckily, Loni and Samara were saved by two shadows.

"Captain." Loni yelled happily.

"The Muscle Brain."

Cramer frowned. Unhappy. "Why does everyone call me that way?"

"Well, ain't that obvious already? You can put me down now."

"Ah, sorry about that."

"Ah, what sweet aroma. I wish I was the one who touched that smooth skin of hers."

Cramer gently moved to put Samara down when a cold touch krept like lightning from Samara's exposed left leg. Hairs raising from her nape, Samara jumped to kick the person who dared to touch her leg with his nose. She saw the 'bandit' looking man who doesn't even have the slightest bit of presence that all the dignified players of TOS Guild had.

Samara pointed her cannon at him, trembling. "Get close to me and I'll vaporize you."

Maki only smiled and raised his hands in surrender.

"Stop that." Thorn's strong voice pierced through the atmosphere. Even Samara, who rarely even had the chance to talk to him understood completely why he could lead these strong people in this very small guild. "These guys are not people to meddle with lightly."

Cassiopeia landed behind them and everyone else looked up to see the tornado of fire slowly began to disperse and reveal the woman and her pet. With the Sol bearing its light from behind the woman, she cast a shadow over the wreckage of the city and looked down upon the five people awed by the majestic view. Her hair flowed smoothly as she hovered above the head of her pet, her large katana dongled relaxed on her right hand, facing the side to the ground.

"Thorn The Thunder Child - The Flash Warrior - The Man with many titles and shit and founder of the Tower Of Shit Guild... How amusing to see you here far up north. You do know you're not wanted here, right?"

A man with long black hair that covered almost all of his sadistic grinning face, top naked and had a tattoo of a triangle and a [Y] on his chest, stood at the top of the wreckage of a residential building just below the woman and her flying pet, looking down on the five people from The Archangel.

Thorn stood and righted his posture,

"To see The Raven in this place, the person you follow might actually be that strong."

"Ah, I don't want you sullying the master's name that way. He is called Hagrid, for your information."

The formal exchange went into an abrupt stop. Above them, they saw a wide black thing, like the magma from before, swallowing and destroying another three floors of the tall building. But in it, they also saw a flash of light and an explosion that followed after. The monstrous magma stopped and disappeared along with a person sent flying towards them like a humanoid meteor.

"Efel!" Cramer yelled and jumped to catch her.

"Fuck. W-Who the hell is that guy?" FlowerLord cursed as she looked up.

From their left side, Volt landed magnificently and the Rathalos that followed him went to fly down on the same level as the Rathian who hovered a few tens of metrons above.

On the wrecked building, something big, or someone, jumped down without any kind of attempt to slow down his descent. Arms raised up following his fall, the person landed hard in front of them all, creating a tremor and a cloud of dust spreading wide to where he fell.

But instead of a dead person, they saw a bulky Atlas player with dark skin and a body filled with battle scars all over, walking relaxed and happily towards Thorn's group. He spread his arms wide, no guard at all, and smiled merrily towards Thorn.

"Ah, Thorn [The Thunder Brat], what a pleasant surprise. I assume you're here to see my fight with The Destroyer?"

Everyone's face became grim except for Thorn.

--So he doesn't know. Thorn thought and remembered the entity's words before he left.

"Did you know that your fellow Elder, Donna, is dead because of him?"

"I know." Hagrid replied. "I tested The Destroyer's strength with her but she turned tail as soon as her underlings went down one by one. Hahaha! You should've seen the look on the face of that arrogant bitch! Hahahaha!!"

Laughing hysterically, Samara was about to fire her cannon when two blazing balls of fire went to crush their group from above. Samara immediately changed her target and went up to cancel it but with just a punch above, a strong gust of wind cancelled the fireballs and dissipated into nothing in a blink of an eye.

Realization dawned on everyone else.

No magic. No tricks. That was just a pure punch in the air. They heard the after sound of something exploding and the fireballs his size disappeared without a trace as if they're not even there.

"As I was saying..."

"Let me cut you off there." Thorn interrupted calmly. "Firstly, why are you attacking us? We're here to help you subdue The Destroyer. Secondly, before Donna died, he asked us to help you guys defeat The Destroyer."

"Help us, you say?" Hagrid rubbed his chin and a random ray of light reflected an angle of his bald head as he turned sideways. "Actually, you could help us with something." At the last note, Hagrid completely turned around and took a step, then vanished.

CLANG!

Thorn and Volt's sword crossed, both their hands supporting their blades, blocking a fist from Hagrid. Volt's face reflected stress as Thorn had a bead of sweat that dropped off his right cheek.

"Entertain me!"

With the instant deadlock coming to an end, Hagrid took a step and retreated his punch. With a quick turn, his left fist was already blocked by Volt's blade but the force of it was so strong that he was literally lifted off his feet and crashed with Thorn, sending them both flying towards a pagoda on the southern side of the city.

The Raven didn't butt in. The blonde woman and her two pets just hovered in close to the wrecked tall building. As people's screams continued to come from afar, Cramer reacted faster than anyone, allowing his muscle do the thinking and summoned his great sword to slice the open side of Hagrid.

"Oh, no you don't." Before he could even fully swing his weapon, a Great Sword made of rock had met its path. The Raven was there, smiling wildly like his master that Cramer willingly took for himself as well.

"Now this is awesome!" Cramer yelled happily.

Cramer twisted his grip and his Great Sword the size of FlowerLord's body, went from a horizontal cut to a vertical in an instant. The quick change surprised The Raven. He moved to dodge not even taking a second to think, Cramer's blade extended to become longer as an opening in the middle of the blade's body appeared that he grabbed and twisted. The giant blade followed his movement and was poised to cut The Raven but he was already away wearing a sadistic smile.

"Hahahahaha!"

"Gyahahaha!"

Cramer and The Raven crazily laughed at one another and Cramer followed suit with the Great Sword-made-Javelin Sword in his hands. He retracted the handle again and the weapon became the Great Sword again. He did not give The Raven a foothold so while he was still in midair, he sliced him off with a powerful full body swing. The Raven's smile grew wider. Their eyes meeting in deadly sparks, The Raven twisted his body upside down, stabbed the sword on the ground, used the hilt of his giant sword as a foothold and jumped at Cramer whose attack hit the rock blade, shattering it.

"Too easy!" The Raven yelled happily.

As his sword was crushed by Cramer's swing, the Great Sword was stuck as the hilt of Raven's Sword absorbed the land to create another Rock Blade.

"A Rune?!" Cramer's surprise can't be hidden from his reaction.

Raven used Cramer's blade as a foothold and dashed towards his opponent. He landed a kick at him that sent the muscle brute flying a few meters away towards a destroyed building's wall behind, passing through above Hagrid's front.

"I love this game!" Hagrid shouted and punched the ground with extreme vigor. The floor cracked as a miniature quake happened, spreading the cracks towards the frozen women and shattering their balance. Debris twisted and erupted from the ground, that floated up like being carried by anti-gravity. And within seconds from Hagrid's conceited attack, a forest of debris floated and everyone's mental state was heightened by Hagrid's next act. "Yeah!"

With a smooth whisper and fluid movements, Hagrid kicked the debris towards Loni, Samara, Maki, and Cassiopeia. All of the girls were hit but Maki dodged without much effort.

Maki dodged by lowering his head. It was so low that he was almost practically kissing the floor but his movements were so fast that there wasn't any time for gravity to pull his body down. With a quick step, he was almost three steps away to slitting Hagrid's throat with his dagger when a red haired guy with bandana expertly brushed off his attack using the back of his backhand protector and hand.

Maki wasn't much surprised. He had seen the guy hiding his presence behind The Raven's striking eye-catching appearance. A kunai miraculously appeared on the man's right hand and flicked it with his thumb that went flying towards Maki's left eye. Maki effortlessly leaned his head right and the kunai passed through without hitting anything. Then, using the momentum of his charge, he used the momentum of his opponent to his advantage and jumped to lock his opponent's arms to break it.

Sensing the danger of its accuracy, the bandana guy pulled his hand slightly and grabbed Maki's sleeve instead to outbalance him.

"Eh?" Maki blinked in disbelief.

The entire exchange was just for a second and just as the second moment ticked, the outbalanced Maki was already going to be stabbed at his spine by another kunai.

"Die." A calm voice came from the man with bandana.

"Really..." Maki twisted his body giving his opponent a rising left elbow to the chin. The bandana guy sensed it and looked up to minimize damage then used his open left hand to grab Maki's hand that poised to stab him on his liver instead. "Wow." Maki then grabbed the hand that was about to stab his left flank then turned to kick the man to his chest and make distance. He managed to land the attack but felt a pain registered to his chest as well.

"Fast, but not too fast."

"You're not for words, boring."

Their stalemate ended, the two dislodged from one another. Only three seconds had passed and they had already gauged each other's strengths. But Maki lost calculations as he saw a large fist was about to hit his face. Eyes finally widened in surprise, he summersaulted and retreated at a distance. He felt the world around him go in circles. Sight hazy, he knelt down to recover his poise.

"Ho?" Hagrid felt amazed and pointed a thumb behind him wearing an indifferent face. "You're the second guy to avoid that kind of punch next to Maru-chin."

"It's Marco, sir."

"Marco-chin."

"Please, without the [chin]"

"Whatever."

"Heh. To receive such praises..." Maki smiled and steadied himself.

"Not really." Hagrid spoke indifferently. "Mary here was able to land two attacks as counter at me before I pummeled him. You on the other hand are almost down."

At the prompt, Marco, the ninja, was about to lunge at Maki but stopped and looked up to see two shadows descending at very fast speeds.

"Master." He said calmly.

"Nice!" Hagrid spoke and turned his head.

CLANG!

But the two shadows were already there. Hagrid raised two fingers using his right hand and caught a blade with a blue hue. He met the owner's surprised reaction to smile at him and at the same time catching Volt's slice to his head using teeth to bite down his sword.

The weapon shattered into tiny pieces, Volt lost his balance as Hagrid turned and twisted sideways, carrying the two on a back hand punch. Like being hit by helicopter and carried by its weight, the two was once again thrown at a building's wall and crashed there helplessly. Hagrid spit the remains of the blade from his mouth and threw Thorn's bent weapon on his fingers to the ground.

"That was a nice surprise attack. Only if it surprised me."

Volt and Thorn emerged from their holes, pulling themselves, bruised and bleeding. The girls also started to recover their postures and Maki brushed off the blood that was on his lip. Cramer stumbled and fell with an "Ow." as if it was natural.

In front of them, the overwhelming force that knocked them down stood in formation, two monsters on the backdrop landing with a thud, The Raven with his Stone Blade on his shoulder, Marco with his bandana caressed and carried by a gentle wind. In the middle was the large imposing figure of Hagrid wearing a large smile. He clutched his fists, flexed his neck as crack after crack ended with a happy smile on the direction above them.

"Warm up's done. I'm ready now for my meal." Hagrid said and h looked up. "So?"

Everyone of The Archangel's passengers wondered who he was looking at but then small rocks and dust came from above that caught their attention. On the building that they were implanted forcefully, was a burning black liquid-skinned entity observing them all as if he just came there.

"I know you." The burning entity squinted his eyes. "You are the one who trapped my host in the cellar, if his memories are correct."

Hagrid frowned, confused. "What are you talking about? You're The Destroyer, right?"

Upon hearing the name, the entity laughed so loud that everyone kept quiet. Hagrid looked at Thorn who just then changed his equipment to his glowing armor. It was at this moment that the gem, or the MOD, in his chest engulfed his body in its aura. Loni did the same as well as Cramer and Maki.

They all had their MOD Aura that made Hagrid even more confused.

"So if he's not The Destroyer," He looked at Thorn then to the entity. "--if you're not The Destroyer, then who are you and why do you look the same?"

The entity stopped laughing and then looked down at them, glaring so intensely that made the two monsters on the back cower and cover their heads, or where their ears were supposed to be, with their wings.

"My name is..." he touched his head and covered his face as if in pain as to remembering his name. So when he smiled, the kind of smile that was the same but also different from The Destroyer, it made Hagrid's skin feel the tension and took his stance just as the glow of the MOD-equipped gears on the TOS Guild members became liquid-like on their wearer.

"My name, that's right, my name... Haha... hahahaha..."

As the entity laughed, the glowing red flames on his skin morphed into a gaseous aura that emanated bloodlust to everyone in the vicinity. His black-liquid-smoke skin burned a particular mark on his right arm, the mark that had been present to The Destroyer's sleeve all these time.

"I am Mefisto." The entity said with a pause.

Mefisto slowly lowered the hand that covered his face and, without any kind of doubt, the markings on the mask of The Destroyer was engraved on his skin. His eyes were bloodshot red, staring down on the lower lives. And when he finished his introduction, a large Dark Sword the size of Cramer's own appeared on his right hand along with Nine more that floated behind him.

"...The Devil." He finished.

He dived down, a grin on his lips.

Hagrid was the first to meet him, carrying Raven's sword as they met and clashed.
