Morton Walker was slightly taken aback, not expecting Barrett Walker to be so decisive. He quickly became furious, realizing that he was in for a fight. He stepped back swiftly, believing that he could defeat Barrett no matter how outstanding he was, as long as he kept his distance. However, he was caught off guard by Barrett's increased speed, and was struck heavily in the chest, causing Morton to fly back in disbelief, feeling the surging blood and energy within him.
The whole federation was in an uproar, as Morton Walker was known to be the youngest five-star general. Yet, he was suddenly knocked down by a single punch from Barrett. This single punch was enough to make Barrett famous throughout the federation.
Barrett was unaware that his punch had sent his father flying, shocking everyone present. His mind was solely focused on the fight, with no room for any relaxation.
"You're quite good!" Morton Walker straightened his posture, looking at Barrett with a scornful smile. Then, in an instant, he vanished, creating a powerful whirlwind that swept the people standing nearby. With a loud bang, Barrett was sent flying, growing larger and larger in the sky before crashing into the ground, raising a cloud of dust.
A monstrous figure appeared before the onlookers, eliciting both awe and fear among the spectators. Morton was surprised that his blow did not subdue Barrett, and despite his lightning-fast speed, he felt a hint of unease. As he approached Barrett, the ground trembled and the tiles shattered beneath his feet, his imposing presence causing the crowd to retreat and the battlefield to appear even more intense.
With a heavy collision, Barrett did not get knocked down this time, but his massive body was overpowered by Morton's graceful figure, displaying his resilience against Morton's attacks.
Another punch was exchanged between the two, creating a violent blast that shook the onlookers, resembling the blast of a cannon on a flat ground. Barrett's legs dug into the ground, showing the strength of Morton's attack. The outcome was clear.
Barrett's massive hands struck the ground, creating a deep chasm, but as he leaped out, Morton's colossal hammer struck him down. Barrett's hands rose in defense, and with a loud explosion, he was sent flying back at an even faster speed, causing the ground to explode. Barrett fell into a large pit, motionless, leaving the crowd sighing in disappointment, expecting to witness the end of Morton Walker's legend, only to be met with a disappointing outcome.
"What a spectacle! I didn't expect it to end like this. It seems that Morton Walker's legend will continue to be passed down," someone remarked.
"I know, it's amazing. When I saw that monster earlier, my heart was trembling. But who would've thought it would be so easy to take him down," another person responded.
Nancy Phoenix gently nudged Lucy Phoenix with her crutch and asked quietly, "Aren't you worried? Will you help when the real battle comes?"
"What should I be worried about? Besides, I am a female general. What help could I offer? I believe in Brother Walker," Lucy replied with admiration, still confident that Barrett would not be so easily defeated.
Meanwhile, Margie Green appeared somewhat despondent. She did not like Barrett Walker, in fact, she detested him. However, watching Barrett steal the limelight made her feel strange, causing her to question her own judgment and the hatred that stemmed from jealousy.

"Margie! I didn't expect this person to be so skilled, to be able to last several rounds against Morton Walker," a member of the Green family said, understanding her thoughts. He patted her on the shoulder and said, "Don't think about Richard Smith. After being treated, he will have psychological shadows, affecting his progress. So, don't worry about Richard Smith. Just settle down."
"I married him for the family. Do you think he will treat me well?" Margie's emotions seemed agitated. "And look, he caused such a scene today. Do you think the Walker and Green families can keep his secrets?"
"Yes! Even with the combined strength of the Walker and Green families, they cannot protect his secrets," Calvin Roger replied, looking at the motionless Barrett in the pit. "His transformation secret is too significant. Exposing it to so many influential people can only lead to a certain outcome. It's a pity. This secret no longer belongs to the Walker or Green families."
As a large group of people lamented Barrett Walker's fate, the sound of war drums suddenly echoed. Everyone looked in surprise, realizing that the sound came from Barrett in the pit. He moved, and his back muscles and heart trembled rapidly. Suddenly, he rose again, his body growing larger and tearing his already tattered pants, leaving him exposed.
Barrett rose, towering like a mountain, roaring in anger. "Morton Walker, are you not going to make a move?" A proud voice rang out from nowhere, addressing Morton Walker without a hint of awkwardness.
Everyone turned to see an old man dressed in a blue Daoist robe, with a few sparse long hairs tied into a bun at the top of his head, wearing flat sunglasses. He stood among the Green family, his eccentric attire making him stand out. Even Matthew Green, standing beside him, did not seem to find anything unusual, feeling rather at ease.
Morton was shaken by the words but accelerated his attack. Suddenly, a long sword appeared in his hand - the Tai A Sword, ranked fourth among the ten famous swords. As the Tai A Sword emerged, the sound of clashing swords and stars filled the sky, and Morton, using the General's Sword, seemed determined to end Barrett's life.
"Don't blame me!" Morton shouted angrily, raising the Tai A Sword. The blinding light forced people to avert their eyes, and Barrett looked up at Morton, ready to face his fate. Suddenly, the momentum dissipated, and the Tai A Sword transformed into an ordinary, rusty piece of metal in Morton's hand.
The old man standing with Matthew Green exclaimed, "Truly, the spirit of Tai A?"
Barrett Walker was bewildered by what had happened, but quickly retaliated with a heavy punch to the chest of Morton Walker. The Tai'a sword flew into the air, and Barrett Walker snatched it up effortlessly. Though it was slightly smaller in his hand, it immediately unleashed a soaring sword energy. The old man could no longer stand, transforming into countless illusions as he sent the sword energy towards Barrett Walker's massive figure. Despite Barrett Walker's attempts to dodge, the illusions immediately seized the resplendent Tai'a sword, and a palm struck Barrett Walker's head, sending him to the ground, his vision blurred.
"Haha! Haha! The Tai'a sword truly is a sword of great power! It is so spirited, it has fulfilled me!"
"Who are you?" Barrett Walker shook his still groggy head, angrily asking the old man who was joyfully holding the Tai'a sword.
"Haha! It's been many years since I've made a move, so much so that people have forgotten my name. But you, who couldn't even hold onto the Tai'a sword in your hand, are not worthy of knowing my name."
"Jiannu Gavin Naltree, this sword was forged by your master, you are not qualified. It won't make a difference in your hands. Hand it over."
"Haha! As long as I have it, I have the right to forge the Ten Great Swords!"
A group of people watched curiously. Although they were familiar with the general's sword, seeing Morton Walker's Tai'a treasure sword today made them realize that the previous general's swords were all insignificant in his presence. This was truly a treasure sword, and they felt their blood boiling, wishing to possess a sword like that!
