You nodded frantically as panic started to rise from your chest once again. A lone man steadied you as he spoke reassuring words close to your ears. He guided you towards one of the trees. You could feel the tree slightly bend against the pressure of you leaning on it.

You shook your head. He gently placed his palm on your cheek. His coldness radiated; it almost felt like electricity.
"Try to use your voice, please," He said.
You opened your mouth, and a tiny squeak formed. His eyes smiled. You tried to speak again. "Lone..." man. Your voice vanished again.
"But you do feel fine, right?" He asked in genuine concern. "You don't feel any pain?"
You shook your head.
"Let's go to the church where we can rest," He said.
