Not holding himself back, Alexander brutally started to attack the defenseless dishes. While a powerful cultivator, he knew how to enjoy good food.
"Mmmh~! This is nice!" His mood getting brighter each dish he ate, Alexander was having a great time forgetting all about his stress. Not only from rough living habits, but also because of his future trials.
Unfortunately, some people did not seem to appreciate food like he did. Turning their heads at him, a group of chubby cultivators scoffed at Alexander's crude eating manners.
"Savages..." Intentionally raising his voice enough, a round middle aged man in grey suit said, causing his friends to laugh audibly.
Raising a brow, Alexander was truly perplexed.
"What's so funny? You better be careful with what you say, I'm in an amazing mood right now, so I'll let this go, but there won't be a next time..."
His voice respectful of the banquet, Alexander did not want to make a fuss over nothing. Even though he often punished violently anyone who dared to slightly offend him, he actually possessed incredible patience and tolerance. After all, it was not the first time it happened to him, and he perfectly knew that it would not be the last either.
With narrowed eyes, the middle aged man harrumphed, before abruptly slamming his palm on Alexander's table.
"Listen kiddo, this is not a place for trash like you to be lingering around. So take my advice and piss off! You leech!"
His eyes wide open, Alexander was truly dumbfounded.
'Is this fat retard brainless? Was he both blind and deaf earlier? I'm sure you saw the host of this banquet call me brother, yet you go out of your way and say that right to my face...'
Interpreting Alexander's shocked expression as terror and shame, the group of cultivators burst into incontrollable laughter.
Before they could attempt another disrespectful act, Qiu Qigang approached them, his feet sinking into the grass below, causing a silent rumble to be felt.
"What's going on over here?" Qiu Qigang's tone was beyond chilling, causing the group of troublemakers to stagger in place.
Sighing, Alexander waved his hand.
"Don't worry about it brother Qiu, they just tried to anger me. Since it is a joyful occasion, I don't wish to ruin it. I am also not aware of who they are, if they are close to you, I don't mind forgetting about this incident, but if not..." Feeling the aura of dread oozing from Alexander's body, the group could only bite their tongue in regret.
'The hell?! This aura is so thin yet terrifying!' Their hearts clenching, they suddenly felt tense, a bad omen surging from deep within.
"Hahaha! We were just kidding friend, let's not go too far for a little joke now!" Trying his best to play the act down, the middle aged man felt a sharp pain on his left cheek. Not able to react in time, his jaw and orbital bone shattered into pieces by Qiu Qigang's slap.
Sending the cultivator flying, he released his Ascension Realm ninth layer [Qi Pressure] on the rest, causing their entire bodies to kneel forcibly on the grass below, hearing creaking sounds from their bones as complement.
Shaking his head, Alexander resumed his rough eating.
"You did not need to go so far... If they were invited, wouldn't it cause trouble to you?"
Scoffing, Qiu Qigang dismissed such an outcome.
"Come on brother, we both know each other, some people may even say that my temperament is worse than yours! And I know full well how you handle stuff like this, you crush them into pieces! So what if I slap him a little? We both have not cultivated so far just to be trampled upon!"
Nodding, Alexander was glad his friend still retained his morals even after meeting Lei Yaling.
'I've seen too many Overlords become soft because of happiness, it is not bad in general, but it can lead to a frail Martial Heart in the future!'
Quickly realizing his thoughts' mistake, he decided to put down his hydra steak.
'This is wrong... with that, how can I ask of him to stay unhappy? He is a good friend, a brother, I don't want him to perish in regrets...'
His state of mind clearing up, Alexander looked up at Qiu Qigang, still watching him devour delicacies.
"So, now that we have time, what about those invaders?"
Focusing again, Qiu Qigang hesitated for a moment.
"There are many strange invaders, and we managed to locate one of them near this place. I just wanted to ask if you ever intended on joining us maybe? It's going to be a short lived fun, but fun nonetheless!"
'Strange?'
"If you hype it this much, how can I say no? When is it?"
Laughing happily, Qiu Qigang started to walk away, indicating for Alexander to follow him.
"It's going to be right after this banquet, I've already gathered a few other known Overlords!"
Staying close to Qiu Qigang, Alexander was soon led to a more lively area, immediately spotting a few well known characters.
'Overlord of Fear Gerald Tivitas, Overlord of Gratitude Gentleman Persac, and even Overlord of Melody Xerzad the enchantress.'
Ignoring the three, Alexander released his Divine Sense, swiftly scanning the dozen of cultivators present, gauging their strength to be at the Ascension Realm as well.
But what surprised him was Lei Yaling's cultivation base. Not having probed her prior, he had not realized her shockingly low cultivation base.
'Primordial Spirit Realm?! That's dangerous! Staying in the Primordial Main Worlds with such a level of power is considered suicidal! I really hope brother Qiu gave her proper artifacts.'
Noticing Alexander, the chatting group of Overlords shifted their focus on him, sending their Divine Sense at him on the spot. Soon, all of their faces turned either pale or confused.
Knowing such a scene would unfold, Qiu Qigang did not waste time, taking the attention of the crowd.

"Let me introduce everyone here to my friend. This is Alexander! Some may know him as the ancestor of the Grand Palm Sect, the wandering calamity or even the eccentric traveler. He is a former core member of the Overlord Council. So I'm sure many of you know of him!"
Hushed discussions immediately broke out, each asking the neighboring cultivator questions.
Qiu Qigang was truly perplexed by this scene.
"That's weird, I know that all of you are not part of the top, but I'm sure of brother Alexander's reputation across the Universe. He was also the first to confirm the existence of other Universes back in the fifth year of the Gradiant Selective Calendar!"
Again observing confused faces, Qiu Qigang was getting annoyed by their silence.
"Come on! That was barely ten million years ago!! How old are you guys?!"
Blushing, they were truly embarrassed.
"Senior Qiu, we apologize, but I don't think anyone here knows of sir Alexander..."
Looking at a blonde woman with curly hair who just spoke, her pure white robes floating as if unbound by gravity, Qiu Qigang asked.
"You say that, Overlord of Faith, but I definitely know that at least half of you were Ascension Realm experts back then! So it doesn't make sense for you guys not to know him."
Understanding the conversation to be stuck in a loop, Alexander raised his hand.
"Alright, let's stop with that, it's fine even if they don't know me, after all, now they do! So let's get on with that invader, I'm quite excited!"
Sigh
Forced into giving up, Qiu Qigang briefed them on the spot.
"That invader was found by a disciple of the Blazing Sun Sect. That disciple did not attack the intruder, or even let him know of his presence for that matter, selling this information to the highest bid. Apparently that invader secluded himself on an asteroid."
Raising a brow, Alexander had hopes deep within.
'Blazing Sun Sect? Then, maybe that old burnt head will be there as well. If that's the case, then I can thank him for his care back then!'
Having broken through at insane speed, Alexander was confident, not only in his superior talent, but also in the other party's lack of said talent.
'Just making it to the tenth layer was a dream come true for him, so reaching the eleventh is out of the question!'
After a few more minutes of details, just as they were about to leave, Alexander quickly made his way to Lei Yaling.
"I did not take a glance at your cultivation back then, but seeing how low it is now, I hope you can take this defensive artifact as a wedding gift from me! I don't want brother Qiu's Dao companion to suffer any accidents, now do I?" Not waiting for her, he turned around, flying into the purple sky.
"Let's go!" Following his lead, the group of powerful cultivators started to levitate off the red grass as well.
Qiu Qigang's expression bright, he bade farewell to Lei Yaling, knowing that this trip could last for a few months at worst.
A few weeks later, within the Blazing Sun Sect's enormous territory, a group of Overlords flew by at break neck speed, leaving behind powerful fluctuations of Star Qi, the fabric of space left rippling behind.
Stopping above an asteroid, they looked down. Releasing their Divine Senses, it barely took a moment to locate said intruder.
Heading there, they surrounded the intruder, floating a few dozen meters high, all around him.
Noticing the encirclement of floating people, the intruder's eyes turned serious.
In contrary to the intruder's nervousness, the group of Overlords looked at the black haired man below with amusement.
The intruder was a young man, his clothes crude, a black coat flowing freely, a curved sword adorning his waist.
The man was named Haruto, he had been transported across dimensions hundreds of years ago, landing on a medieval world filled with Mana.
His confusion was now at its all time peak. Even when he suddenly appeared facing a princess, having to face an army of demons, or the time he defeated not only the Demon King, but also the Demon God, becoming a deity himself, he was not so confused. Luckily for him, he did not need oxygen to live anymore, sparring him an agonizing death, or so he thought.
Recognizing the specific shape of the sword as well as the man's aura, Alexander blurted out a question.
"You... have you heard of Earth?"
Shocked, the young man started to speak a weird language. Fortunately for both parties, cultivators could understand and make themselves understood by all.
"Yes! How do you know?! Please! Tell me wha- AARGH!!" Screaming from pain Haruto knelt on the ground, looking desperately at his bleeding kneecap, his right leg now a geometrical horror.
"Careful with your tone young man!" The Overlord of Faith spoke loudly, her beautiful voice filled with killing intent, causing fear to seep deep within Haruto's already frightened mind.
Ignoring Haruto's plight, Alexander asked another question.
"Where do you come from? From the Mana present inside your body, I doubt you came from Earth directly."
Nodding repeatedly, Haruto did not waste time, in fear of wasting his own.
"M-My name is Haruto, I was a Japanese salaryman... a-a-and out of nowhere, I was summoned to another world, and after restoring peace to the world I was summoned in, I suddenly felt nauseous, before seeing a bright light blind me! And then... and then... I was here..." About to ask Alexander a question of his own, Haruto restrained himself, almost biting his tongue in the process, not intending on losing his dear life so early.
"I see... I have my theories about it, so I won't ask more. Since that's the case, let's continue!" Smirking, the other Overlords started to look at Haruto as if a piece of meat.
It did not take long for Haruto to suffer, powerful cultivators striking him one after the other, making sure to keep him alive.
Scared, Haruto had only one thought. Survive!
'[Status]!' Opening a golden window of light only he could see, Haruto went to the inventory tab, using multiple elixirs, potions and healing objects to keep his life and sanity afloat. The pain lessening, he was about to use a skill on Alexander when his soul shook.
"Urgh!" Grunting, Haruto felt bondless discomfort, as his soul had been directly damaged.
Gritting his teeth, he looked at Alexander.
'I can only try to negotiate, but I need more information, and fast!! [God's Vision]!'
His left eye glowing a golden hue, Haruto looked at Alexander, before feeling dread overwhelm his senses.

Observing Alexander's status, Haruto almost lost consciousness. Let alone the pain going through him, the cracked screen of light glitching everywhere was giving him a headache, not forgetting to curse at the complete uselessness of the information gathered, as he was not any wiser than before.
'I'm fucked!'
