174.1] - [Earth (1)]

Admiring the empty feeling of this Universe, Alexander silently flew closer to Earth. He could clearly see and sense everything. From the birds in the clouds to the fellow humans walking upon the soil.

The winds were slow and the world itself frail. Having part of his clone's soul at the Eleutherian Realm, his mind was also affected. But not specifically by the soul, but by his existence itself instead.

Even if his body crumbled, even if his soul vanished; his existence would still persevere.

And it would do so with the maximum potency it could muster. In his case, Alexander's clone was able to feel the great will, even retaining some sort of Void Sense still.

But it did not matter much. Even if he only was in the Qi Refining Realm, no mere mortal would have been able to obstruct him. Earth was a Tier-1 World of poor qualifications. To have life inside a Tier-1 World, it required the energies to not be present.

If a world had both energies and life, then it could already be classified beyond this tier.

As for risks, Earth should still use Mortal Units to measure weight and power. At least when thinking of the broad version from the cultivation system. A unit of power worse than Magic Stones...

Getting closer by the minute, he was still looking around. Alexander could see the other planets. He could even clearly see the microscopic beings moving around inside other worlds so far, only a faint twinkling radiance left, unknown to others.

The stars that formed the night sky, he watched them as if able to touch them.

Before, just reading a billboard from a few dozen meters would make him seem like a fool. Everything a little far, if not simply labeled as not close enough, was just blurry one way or another.

But not anymore. His eyesight was better than any piece of technology Earth could offer. He could see better than even the gods of their dreams.

He was even stronger than them.

As he not only killed the god of this Universe, but even the god of this Multiverse. Destroying a Cave Master, a god amongst gods of the gods of the gods from their god's gods.

Just the thought gave him a headache almost.

He could put as many gods above as he wanted, it would still be correct. This was the minimum understandable fraction of his lifelong achievements.

It was simply unimaginable by anyone below. The notion alone would leave them either denying or breaking down.

Gazing at the sun next, Alexander's eyes did not care for the little radiations. If anything, it was the sun who should be scared of his.

It was somewhat annoying for him to restraint himself.

'I should just make other clones from this one. I'm not going to waste my stamina controlling every little thing. I still want to enjoy the peace of mind I obtained. I honestly feel better here than I thought. I already imagined myself either slapping the world to oblivion or just erasing the whole Universe after being angered by some random happening.'

'But apparently not.'

Retreating a few thousands of kilometers, his hands shone a dim white.

Balls of light popped from above his palms. One after the other, clones of different strength presented themselves. Choosing one, he sent this one down.

Being only at the Profound Realm, this clone did not even have an Earth-Tier body. Which was as hoped. A Mortal-Tier body was perfect in this case. What if the Earth-Tier one was too heavy? Stopping the Earth from orbiting him was a pain already. Nevertheless stepping onto it as he was.

The issue also came from the cause of this Universe's demise. Gravity was weak, so easily influenced. Space was unsteady, holes sometimes appearing here and there, invisible to the untrained.

Time was also fragile, too simple to modify.

The Universe itself could not even host a being beyond the Divine Realm, as said realm could already feel an urge to ascend.

Ascending at the Divine Realm barely... it was not even funny. It was outrageous. Some would find it attractive, seeing such a shortcut. But anyone with a decent brain would have been angered. What was a Divine Realm being supposed to do against a Celestial Body Realm cultivator? Not even so high, how was this being supposed to survive when faced with a lowly Mortality Shattering Realm cultivator?

When aware of this, the ascension suddenly became dreaded. The only ones who would choose this path would be the ones living here in the first place. They would believe themselves strongest in the Universe, able to finally peer into the mysteries of legends.

If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the violation.

Would they even be allowed to enter though? What if they ascended, but got denied at the end, left to forever be stranded in the void between the Celestial Realm and the sea of Universes?

This was how flawed and damaged this Universe was. Even immortal cultivators would be victims.

When Alexander was kicked out by this being, he now realized this feat to have most likely been a veritable stroke of luck.

The being was possibly trapped within its own mess, unable to truly intervene in many things. It wanted this Universe for itself maybe? So when Alexander showed talent strong enough to manifest spiritual power, the being decided to be safe instead of sorry.

The only shame was that this being never intended to enter the neighboring Universe on its own. Could this being have originally been from said Universe? Crossing over to refine the energies and lives?

Alexander could not really tell, his strength was too high. But when he erased it earlier, this being could have very well been in the Ascension Realm. It would not have surprised him. To remain in this place with such strength, if it were physical, would require indeed as much energy and attention as to end up trapped in some way.

With the Universe refined as well, considering its potential from eons ago, then this being could have even been worthy of a title in the Celestial Realm.

However, it was futile against a Void Sense. More precisely, useless against an owner of a Void Sense.

He could have been at the peak possible from refining all of these energies and techniques as well as lives, yet just a being at the Origin Realm could have decimated it. Though, to remain here as well as Alexander's inspection, it was a possibility that this being had destroyed the Heavens of this Universe.

Going back to Alexander's weakest clone, he was already in the atmosphere. The sky was obviously sky blue, the earth brown and grey, snow here and there. Mud over there. Civilizations all over.

He was currently above the middle east. He never learned their languages, so he wanted to make sure of some things.

Overhearing from the sandy dunes, Alexander caught onto some people speaking to one another.

'I can understand based on emotions, but that's it. Can't make out anything coherent... or precise, for that matter.'

It did not come off as a surprise to him. Without Dao intents, he could not really understand a language he never learned in the first place. And, without cultivation, a being could not use Dao intent. At least not as proficiently as a Dao Heart Realm and above entity.

'Now, where do I go? Europe? America? Asia? One of the poles? I can't choose...'

After some deliberation, he decided to start off in Asia. It was the place of mythological immortals. Partially. Not really in fact, but that did not matter as of now.

Flying with his spiritual power, Alexander could go so fast with a little Profound Realm cultivation base. Truly miraculous. However, with the low gravity of Earth, even if without a Sky Realm cultivation base, he would still be able to use rudimentary flight.

Some time later, Alexander arrived, landing in an alleyway, entering a slightly busy street afterward. He immediately caught the attention of many. In Asia, his clothes were not as eye catching as somewhere like Europe or America, but it still did attract a little attention.

"Look! What's with his clothes? Haha."

"I know right? Who dresses like this nowadays?"

"Can't believe I'm seeing this today, is this cosplay or something?"

"Maybe..."

"But, doesn't he look handsome?"

"Sure does! Look at his skin! That's some eye candy."

"Do you think I can sneak a picture? It's a public street anyway, it shouldn't matter."

One after the other, passersby kept whispering, each murmur heard by him.

'Of course I'm handsome. I'm not some mortal anymore. My skin looks perfect, my hair luscious and my frame elegant yet sturdy. My innate aura, even if they can't see it, radiates supremacy and charisma. An aura befitting an Immortal.'

It was easy for him to understand them, even without knowing the language. However, he did not choose the alleyway half haphazardly either. There was a random thug hidden in there, which he used as a source of information. All that the thug saw before death was a tall man with a right hand glowing purple.

So now, he did understand them very well.

'I'm impressed still. Is there more to Earth than meets the eye?' Even if he did look incredible for mortal standards, it should only be a faint feeling, not such an easy difference to spot.

It was like they could feel it.

'I'm probably overthinking stuff.'

There should not be a hidden reason for this outcome, would there? Even when trying to dismiss it, he could only link this phenomenon to his own success.

'The year is 2014 right now...' Waving his hand just as his body vanished, Alexander teleported to Canada.

'I was born who knows where, but lived most of my life in some poor area within Ontario.'

Using his Void Sense, Alexander then began to rewind time across the Universe. In a mere second, the world blurred before the year of 2036 came.

His Void Sense still capturing every motion around the world, he waited.

And waited.

'...'

'I'm not here? That's-' Cutting his thought, Alexander found a younger version of himself. Even though this one looked older physically.

'Never mind.' The reason Alexander came in this city was to find himself. As for why...

'I'm not disappearing even after killing that entity. So then...' He was not surprised by this. But seeing himself, he wanted to test how much he could get away with. Was it risky? Tremendously so. But only for being beneath the Law Immortal Realm.

At this stage, one would control True Time. Therefore, one would be free of such laws. One would exist even if they had no more past to look back to.

Looking at his former self, Alexander cleaved from afar. His slow motion and gentle hand slashing the air. But hundreds of meters away, the busy street turned into a horror movie. Anything between him and his past self was cut in half without mercy. Even though he could have spared them, Alexander did not care.

And so, past the bloodied street under the dark blue escaping dusk, illuminated by the lamp posts and cars, under the shine of the wet ground and air from the faint drops of rain, a specific corpse.

The man had wide open eyes, still gazing at his hopes and dreams.

Stepping onto his head, Alexander killed himself with a heavy stomp.
