After a million years had passed, Alexander woke up. Looking at the crumbling black diamond around him, he observed himself next.
Seeing an infinitely small sky-blue particle floating around him, he wondered.
'Isn't this Celestial Qi?'
'I only managed to buy some from a peak stage Overlord in the past... but... how can I see it?'
Noticing the rarity of the particles of Celestial Qi, Alexander understood.
'Well, there can only be such a small particle per galaxy, after all, for it to even make it past the Primordial Main Worlds is difficult. Still, seeing some within the Lower Realms, no matter how little, is quite the sight... I would've never expected that.'
Celestial Qi originated from the Celestial Realm, a higher plane of existence. The only point where such energy could leak through was inside the Origin-Tier Worlds, but while it was extremely faint, some still wandered about. And after countless years, finding a single particle within the Lower Realms was apparently possible.
As he was about to inspect his world, he realized.
'Wait... if I can see it... does it mean I had an Universal Epiphany?!'
Quickly feeling his current strength, he smiled the brightest he ever did since being unsealed three million years ago.
'Hahaha! Only seventeen million years old, yet a tenth layer Ascension Realm Overlord!'
'That's a good way to wake up! Now, I only need to wait until my body absorbs enough Celestial Qi to turn me into a Half-Celestial Human! When I reach the eleventh layer, I will be given the right to fight for ascension!'
For that newfound reason, Alexander postponed his world's editing and completion for a few days, creating many different tubes meant to redirect the energies inside the Primordial Main Worlds to another box, where he would then absorb the Celestial Qi from.
'Now that this is done, let's check how my world is doing.'
Looking at it from afar, Alexander nodded.
'The principles are complete, just by being in this world it is possible to go from the Qi Sensing Realm up to the Ascension Realm, of course there is no way I'll let anyone be strong enough to rival me!'
Since Overlords were immortal at the seventh layer, Alexander planned to kill anyone trying to reach that level.
'The size though... did I make it too big? Just the bottom layer could host a good quintillion lives without it being crowded.'
'I mean since its radius is about three septillions kilometers, it could probably host way more! With the absurd number of worlds I used along their immense size, it should work just fine.'
While this size may seem astronomical, in this Universe most worlds were averaging a radius of ten quadrillion kilometers. As for the bigger ones, they exceeded that by a lot. Some reaching even a couple sextillion kilometers in radius.
'Now, for the energies... I had already prepared everything before being sealed, so they have already filled everything how I wanted.'
'Qi and sparse True Qi at the bottom layer, True Qi, a bit less Emperor Qi and sparse Star Qi at the middle layer and Star Qi along some Celestial Qi at the third layer.' Frowning, Alexander could only give up on all the Celestial Qi going inside his world.
'There is simply no way to filter it...'
'Whatever, let's make sure the terrain is all good and green.'
Spreading his Divine Sense, he adjusted all the layers and made sure they had bountiful vegetation along natural looking terrain.
'I guess I just need people...'
Alexander would not use puppets or anything of the likes, he wanted people possessing a soul. Not just fake people with a bit of spirituality.
'I'll steal some people from random worlds.'
As such, Alexander spent a few days kidnapping a thousand mortals, all of them suitable for cultivation, and gathered them in a box he made in his bottom layer.
Giving the box he just made a new texture of wood, he installed within an entire Sealed World linked with the box. Inside this Sealed World, he placed bookshelves after bookshelves, all filled with cultivation techniques, martial arts, secret techniques, array blueprints, pill recipes alongside many other things.
Observing his millions of different books, manuals, tutorials, scriptures, scrolls and such, all of varying grades and tiers, he smiled with satisfaction.
Placing jades just in front of each item, he copied all of their content inside, giving the ability to anyone to simply copy all of the information inside their mind, not needing to borrow anything.

Letting each of the thousand mortals choose ten items to copy the information from inside his Sealed World, he moved the box along the Sealed World to the middle layer.
Noticing the confused looks on the mortals as he did not bother explaining anything, only telling them to learn ten books from a weird place, he thought that they should indeed know more.
Appearing in the sky right above them, he spoke.
"I will let you mortals cultivate here, reproduce and birth civilization. I will also put a seal on you, forcefully prohibiting you from divulging to your descendants about anything other than this world and the information you learned inside the Sealed World. Of course, I will also let you use your languages and such."
Hearing the booming voice of Alexander, they were still confused. Looking at the tall young man in the sky, his hair fluttering in the wind, they could not react in time before they noticed a purple light blinding them for a few seconds. As if feeling the change, many tried to talk, draw or even write about their native world, only to be unable to.
"Don't even bother, if I say you can't then you definitely can't!"
With his figure fading, Alexander decided to use a system, it was getting annoying to do everything by hand, he was still lacking beasts and such as well!
'Let's see...' Going through his space rings, Alexander managed to find a suitable system.
'Galaxy managing system 17XHF version 475.7974245, this should do the trick, since my world is so big and possess complete principles alongside layers working the same as the barriers inside the Universe, I can only bet on that thing.'
Alexander decided to use a galaxy managing system because of how it needed to be made to accommodate galaxies. After all, galaxies were quite different from worlds.
A galaxy was not restricted by its layer, their shapes were inconsistent and so were their sizes.
But most galaxies still had enough space to accommodate many worlds, their shapes often looked like irregularly shaped bubbles, though most of the time they were almost round of sorts.
But being unbound by the layers' restrictions meant that galaxies often hosted worlds of varying tiers, without limitation to the difference in tier.
Galaxies would pass through the layers, a good example of this would be an irregular galaxy.
An average galaxy would often host worlds ranging from Tier-1 to Tier-3 with a round shape. But for galaxies with a more special shape, while uncommon, it was possible to see a galaxy host a Tier-1 World, a Tier-3 World as well, but also a Tier-5 World and maybe even a Tier-10 World, all at the same time.
Because of this, a galaxy managing system would need to accommodate for such a scenario.
This was the main reason why Alexander focused on this type of system, because they knew how to handle different planes. Perfect for his rather unique world.
Taking a few hours to adapt and configure the system, Alexander linked it to a white pedestal of sort. Using it, an holographic interface of light would form. Like this, he connected the system to his world, taking everything into account.
What attracted his attention even more was how much could be done with it.
Just by feeding Qi to the system, he would be able to create anything, even living beings with sentience.
"What a great system! The creators have gained my respect!" Alexander could not help himself from giving praises out loud.
Playing with the system for a bit, Alexander decided to create beasts to populate his world some more, giving the humans he brought some challenges and materials. Not forgetting to distribute them fairly inside his three layers.
'Let's also do the same for plants and minerals.'
Alexander needed to take care of this since his world not only would not be able to nurture useful plants used in alchemy and such, but also needed to give his world more minerals and ores, since the ores present came from the worlds he shattered prior.
With Tier-1 to Tier-3 Worlds, Alexander knew that all of these ores were no better than garbage. Almost a waste of space, if not for their uses during the early cultivation stages.
'Let's add some White-Moon ore, a bit of Fractured Principle ore... Let's put the last one and this Desolate Yin Ice at the middle layer... I also should add biomes and transfer everything where they belong... though is it even necessary? The Desolate Yin Ore would turn everything around into a desolate space of death and ice. I'll still add some...'
While his middle layer was floating above his bottom layer, he had made sure that there was more than enough space for the future.
Therefore, when he added a mountain reaching 150 000 kilometers in height, it was not even close to be called tall.
Around this mountain, Alexander placed some bright white lava all around it.
'I'll put an Ethereal-Tier artifact in a cave around the mountain peak, with this Divine Pure Star Lava everywhere around, it should be quite the challenge, but just to be sure I'll add some balls of True Divine Gravitational Ore orbiting the mountain, putting more of them the higher it is.'
Having finished, he saw his mountain on the system's interface. The light-grey mountain under the clouds, surrounded by white lava and asteroids of sorts, orbiting the mountain, was quite the sight.
'Now, at the opposite side of the bottom layer, a gigantic abyss going... let's put a good depth of ten million kilometers!'
Editing his word using the system's interface, Alexander's hands were blurring as he kept changing his mind.
'I'll put another Ethereal-Tier artifact at the bottom, for the surroundings, I'll just use some True Divine two-colored Yin Poison, since it is a gas, it might fly away... Scrap that, I'll just turn the ground all around the pit into True Divine five-state Yin Ore! Like this, the ore's natural aura of five state yin poison will fix my problem.'
Nodding from his decision he continued.
'For the walls of the pit, they'll be from Smooth Doom Stone along some True Divine Gravitational Ore dispersed in small patches inside the walls.'
'Like so, not only can't they hold onto anything and fall, but this same fall will be accentuated by the True Divine Gravitational Ore.'
Done with his second natural trial, he decided to have two more, so that the four would create a square shape.
'For the third, the Ethereal-Tier artifact will be protected by a puppet.'
Instead of using the system to make it, Alexander simply created a five hundred meters tall human puppet at the Inferior Tier of the True God Realm. Making it look like a gigantic grey statue, he armed it with high grade Divine-Tier armor and and high grade Divine-Tier greatsword.
Making it pose with its sword planted into the ground, its hands resting on the pommel, he teleported it to its intended destination.
'For now, there is dense vegetation everywhere, but it will soon change.' Alexander was not worried about his world being too bland. Since not only the ores, but also the cultivators along the beasts would turn the world into something more unique. They would, in the future, gift it character.
'And now, the last one, let's make a beast shaped puppet... a five hundred meters long grey tiger also at the Inferior Tier of the True God Realm.
It will also protect an Ethereal-Tier artifact and will wear armor at the high grade of the Divine-Tier along claws and fangs also at the high grade of the Divine-Tier.'
Done with his four trials, Alexander teleported above the mortals he gathered and waved his hand, making his vision blur.
