Benjamin is standing outside the police station waiting for Oscar. Dean and Oscar stop in their tracks, surprised to find him standing there, as he begins to approach them.
“Hello, gentlemen,” Benjamin says.
“Hi,” Oscar says sceptically. “Can we help you?”
“Yes, I wanted to talk to you. It's about Fiona,” Benjamin says as Oscar looks at him surprised. Dean pats Oscar on the back and with a quick smile leaves the two of them to talk.
Oscar and Benjamin stand silently as Benjamin looks around and asks, “Where’s Maria, shouldn’t she be around here?”
“She hasn’t since we threw her in jail,” Oscar says surprising Benjamin. “She was getting too nosy and disturbing us. We put her in for obstruction of justice, just for a night though.” Benjamin smiles at these words as Oscar looks at him.
“I didn’t mean to smile, I mean,” Benjamin tries to explain but is cut off by Oscar.
“I understand. She is a handful,” Oscar says understanding his frustration with Maria. “So, what about Fiona?”
“Do you love her?” Benjamin asks startling Oscar. “I mean; I think it’s too soon for love but do you like her?”
“What? Why would you?” Benjamin interrupts Oscar.
“Because if you are, I think you should be together,” Benjamin says these words avoiding eye contact with Oscar. Oscar is speechless with these words, believing Benjamin would be against their relationship. “I am not eager on this relationship,” Benjamin admits. “But the truth is my sister is very happy with you. Although I don’t understand why.”
“Ben,” Oscar says in unbelief.
“What do you say? Can you make my sister happy?” Benjamin asks now making eye contact with Oscar looking serious. Oscar gives a brief smile and speaks.

“I am,” Oscar says smiling as he lets out a sigh. “I am just not sure if she wants me.”
“Are you crazy, she is nuts about you,” Benjamin says painfully admitting what he knows to be true. “So, would you forgive her if she did something stupid?”
“What do you mean?” Oscar asks surprised by his words.
“I think it's best she tells you herself,” Benjamin says with a straight face worrying Oscar. Not sure of what he’s talking about, Oscar looks concerned. Noticing his expression Benjamin says, “Just give her a chance. Please.” Not sure what to expect Oscar goes with Benjamin to meet Fiona.
As they arrive at her place they enter with Benjamin’s spare key. They enter and find no one to be at home. “She is probably sleeping,” Benjamin says as they go to her room looking for her but she isn’t there either. Just then they hear someone at the door, they hear Fiona’s voice, along with Tom’s. Benjamin closes the door nervously as Oscar looks at him suspiciously.
“Thank you for meeting me. I know you are busy,” Fiona says.
“Oh, it's nothing, you sounded serious though,” Tom says as the two of them sit in the living room while Fiona makes him a cup of tea. They haven’t noticed Oscar and Benjamin who are now hiding in her room.
“Tom?” Benjamin whispers as he now becomes worried. He did not expect Fiona to bring Tom home nor did he tell her he was bringing Oscar to see her.
“What’s going on?” Oscar asks as Benjamin is left without words. He wanted Oscar and his sister to talk it out but now he fears he has led them into a really awkward situation. As these thoughts go through Benjamin’s mind Oscar listens in on Fiona and Tom’s conversation.
“I think it's obvious, I wanted to talk to you about what happened,” Fiona says.
“I expected as much,” Tom says. “I understand ok, you were drunk and.”
“No,” Fiona says cutting him off. “I regret it so much. I wish it didn’t happen,” These words cause Oscar to stand still unsure of what to believe. He knows Fiona and she is not one to behave in a way which is implied in this conversation.
“It’s ok, it could have happened to anyone,” Tom says.
“That’s no excuse,” Fiona says with teary eyes. “I can’t believe I did that. If Oscar finds out I don’t know what he’ll…”
“Hey calm down, it’s no big deal,” Tom says trying to comfort Fiona. As Oscar hears these words he is left confused. If what she is implying is true, then what next. Oscar’s heart slowly breaks as he hears their conversation. He sits down on the bed with a devastating look. Benjamin looks at Oscar and the look on his face reminds of him of how he reacted to Scarlet’s betrayal.
“Fiona, it really isn’t a big deal. I don’t understand what Oscar has to do with this but.”
“What do you mean?” Fiona says. “We kissed and I am technically still with.”
“Wait, you think we kissed?”
