“To be honest I am excited to try your cooking. Natasha has only told me stories of how delicious it is, but I have never got to trying it.” My mum stated in excitement and watched me as I started heating the pan.
We talked as I cooked.
After 15 minutes I turned towards mum and dad, finished with everything to see them amazed. “Very quick and neat! Right?” Natasha smiled.
“Flippin hell! Ramsay will be speechless seeing how fast you cut those things!” Dad stated causing us to chuckle.
"Pretty sure Ramsay will be speechless about other things other than my cutting speed, dad." I pointed out remembering the insatiable chef.
Supper was ready 30 minutes later.
We waited and talked until Jack came back at 7:30 pm. I decided to tease him a bit. “Is that lipstick I see on your face?” I shouted out to him.
His reaction to that was to quickly wipe his lips with his hands, proving he did get kissed and that too on the lips. “So, she did kiss you,” I stated which caused him to turn red.
"David!" He ran upstairs frustrated as we all burst out laughing.
We resumed our talk. Jack came back down after a while looking slightly embarrassed.
We started eating dinner and needless to say everyone was thoroughly floored by my cooking. “No wonder your restaurant has a 5-star rating on google,” Jack stated as he rubbed his bloated stomach.
I chuckled and at the same time, Nat chuckled, seeing him rub his tummy like a pregnant person.
Finished with the cleaning up and washing the plates, we all retired to our rooms for the night. As I was preparing the bed with Natasha, I heard a knock on the door.
*Knock* *Knock*
“Come in,” Natasha called out as I adjusted the bedsheets.
The door opened to reveal a slightly embarrassed and excited Jack with a pen and paper.
“So, I heard about what happened with Shield.” Jack looked at Natasha apologetically.
“It’s ok.” Natasha smiled at him.
“I knew something was going on when I saw most of the avengers at your wedding, but dad and mum just told us it was because of your job David.” Jack looked at me accusingly.
“They told me not to tell you, seeing you were a blabbermouth.” I smiled as I told him that.
“Anyway, can I get a signature?” He asked Natasha completely ignoring me, who was mocking him.

“Hahaha!” Natasha started laughing while I just smiled at him.
He was about to turn around to leave in embarrassment when I shut the door blocking his way out with a smile. “You traded a kiss from your date, for a signature from my wife, didn’t you?” I asked him seriously.
“Hehe… no?” He smiled awkwardly.
Without giving a moments respite I floored him. *Thud* “Welp too late.” I started tickling him much to his annoyance.
“Hahaha, stop! I am sorry! Please stop!” He was nearly in tears by the time I had finished with him.
"I am sorry, but just this once please?" Jack pleaded as he looked between Nat and me.
Nat smiled as she sat down on the chair while I got off Jack's back. “You should get the signature from your brother than from me, Jack.”
"Him? Other than being good at tickling and turning up surprising everyone what else does he do?" Jack asked in slight annoyance as he got up.
"You are going to punch yourself over those words," I warned him seeing his smug grin.
“Why?” Jack asked in confusion.
“Because he is more famous than me,” Natasha said to him with a mysterious smile.
Jack looked at me strangely before turning towards Natasha in confusion. “Last time I checked no one wanted a signature from a shady inventor,” Jack pointed at me while pulling faces. Meanwhile, Nat took out her phone and began typing.
“How about from this guy?" Several images of a silver suited man standing below the portal in New York appeared on the search engine under the name 'Silver Potato'.
I naturally had a hand in causing the public mass to hand me that name by influencing the search engine's matrix and social media posts etc.
Jack was confused for a minute before he widened his eyes and looked at me. “You got to be fucking kidding me?”
““Language!”” Natasha and I spoke at the same time causing Jack to wince apologetically.
“I don’t believe it. How can you be that cool metallic dude?” Jack tried to deny the reality.
"I feel like punching you but this is going to be better." I grinned as I pressed my watch. *Swish* Silver dust emerged from my clothes before transitioning my outer body to that of the silver swirly armour.
“Ahhh!” Jack moved back in shock seeing me being shrouded by my armour up close.
"Hehehe!" I grinned as the armour transitioned back to my normal clothes within a second.
Jack looked at me stunned for a moment as his jaws dropped. His look was priceless. “Holy crap! You are Silver Potato!” Jack pointed at me in shock as he shouted.
*Knock* *Knock*
Before any of us could get to the door Mum came in. “What is with this noise?" Mum asked us before noticing Jack. "Jack, what are you doing here?”
“Mum! Silver Potato!” Jack said as he pointed at me to which mum rolled her eyes.
“Yes! Yes! Get out and let them sleep.” Mum dragged Jack out of the room.
“No mum! Silver Potato! David is Silver Potato!” My mum stood still and turned to me.
“What did you show him for him to keep screaming ‘Silver Potato’?” Mum asked me.
“I showed him my armour. Apparently, Silver Potato is what they call me. But I go by ‘Jack of all trades’ to those in the business” I told her which earned an eye roll from her.
“Could you not have eased him into it?” Mum asked me.
“He was going to have the same reaction no matter what,” I answered mum.
“You knew!?” Jack stated in disbelief as he looked between mum and me.
"Well yeah. Unlike you, David doesn't keep secrets." Mum used that chance to influence Jack to open up about his secrets.
“Am I the only one who isn’t informed about the important things in this house?” Jack asked everyone, ignoring mum's subtle attempts for whatever secrets he was hiding from her.
“““Yes!””” We all replied at the same time.
“What!? Actually, screw that. Give me a signature. You are going to get me more than a kiss.” Jack said as he quickly pulled out his pen and paper.
“Now do you see why we didn’t tell you?” Dad's voice emerged from behind mum.
Suddenly Jack realised what he requested of me in front of everyone. He tried to run but dad held onto him. “Now few rules about having superheroes as family members…”
