Episode 12- Time Skip

I increased my working out time to 4 hours- 1 hour for flexibility training and 3 hours for muscle training.

For freshers week I went out and signed up for some of the martial arts and fighting clubs they had: boxing, krav maga, karate. I was limited by how many options I could pick since these sessions were on certain days. However, I was not worried I would miss out on other clubs. If I could do one thing it was learning very quickly.

Along with that, I started going to the oxford library to finally start devouring all the knowledge I could before graduating from here.

I focused mainly on, physics, biology, chemistry, maths and IT before anything else.

Like this, I kept my schedule busy even after lectures started. The lectures and seminars were very easy and boring since I knew everything they were teaching me, to the point I could do most of the calculations they were showing in my head.

During this year I spent some time learning and trying ethical hacking. I easily grasped it with my vast understanding of it from books and my ability. I tested out my superior hacking ability on some small companies before making my way up, trying to see if anyone would notice.

Few girls tried to hit on me but like usual I politely rejected them saying I was already dating another girl. My schedule was extremely busy every single day. I can't afford to spend time for them.

I was not handsome or anything. But in their eyes, I was just polite, hard-working and smart.

I went back home for Christmas and Easter break, and after my 1st-year exams.

The exams were very easy and I whizzed through it.

During this time my ability to devour information increased from 100 books to 200 books a month.

Due to this before I left, I made sure to memorise enough books for me to last through summer and a few months after I come back.

Along with that, before I left, I rebooked the same room in order to keep everything in my room.

I don't want to move around these heavyweight machines.

Years passed by and it was my final year.

I had almost monstrous strength at this point to be able to bench press, deadlift and pound squat at least 500 kg. It wasn't really monstrous as it was on the level of athletes or people who set the world record could do. But if you compact all that strength in a body of an unassuming normal looking person it would be monstrous.

It's like someone goes to fight an ant thinking it easy only to see that ant has the strength of an elephant.

Not just that my ability to comprehend books increased to 300 books a month, throughout my time here. I was now a qualified person in the field of all 3 sciences, maths, IT, engineering amidst bits and pieces of other areas.

I could now easily do the calculation that requires computers in my head, due to making my 'Rooted potato' constantly do all exercise in my mind. This made my brain a supercomputer.

Due to all this, I could now see the world for what it really was and I have to say it simply is beautiful.

However, the only problem was I was just a massive library for almost all the information in the world and a super calculator. To do anything with the knowledge I had efficiently, I to use my ability by telling it what to do.

For example, if I wanted to build a phone, I could do it easily. However, if I needed to build the best phone in the world I would have to tell my ability to build it, which would then use all that knowledge efficiently to build one.

This was because I was still human. I could forget things or not think about certain ideas to apply to make the best phone. However, my ability will filter through every piece of knowledge in my head, unlike me, and make the best phone.

In summary, I could do it myself, but my ability did it far more efficiently than me.

With this, I had built some tools for my needs in the immediate future.

I had successfully managed to learn and master all the martial arts from all the clubs in the uni and outside the uni had to offer with my ability. I could simply use my ability to perfectly emulate a master and integrate the experience and memory as muscle memory after making my body do it for a while.

Overall, after these 4 years in uni, I was a very dangerous person to mess around with unless someone had a literal heavily armed unit protecting them.

I graduated from Oxford with a Masters in Physics with 1st class along with several other skills under my belt.

Before I left for home, I decided to spend quite some time in the oxford library devouring a few more thousand books to keep my mind occupied for at least the next 5 years.

Along with that, I sold off all the weight machines I had been using over the years.

I spend 2 more weeks in the library and at my uni before I went back home.

My brother Jack was 5 years old.

He liked me as I always brought sweets for him whenever I came home.

I was now 21 years old and it was the year 2006.

In roughly 3 to 4 years', time the events of MCU will go into full swing if this is the MCU world, starting with Tony Stark's kidnapping. So far, the world has been awfully quiet, the only mention of superheroes being that of Captain America and the occasional rumours of a strange green creature and the sorts.

I had a plan during this time to prey on all the missed opportunities and get enough strength to become strong enough to survive and stop Thanos or whatever danger that might come at me.

The first step to that plan was to be getting to America the centre of where all this shit storm is happening.

The preparation for that was to craft a fake job offer.

"Mum, dad I got a job offer," I told them excitedly while waving a paper that looked almost authentic.

Both my parents excitedly took the paper from me and started reading it. However, they became sad after reading it.

"David are you sure about this? Can't you get a job anywhere in this country with your qualifications?" My mum asked.

"David, America is a completely different country. I have heard rumours there have been all sorts of disturbance and chaos going on there. Not to mention their gun laws and things like that. I don't think you should go there." My dad said with concern.

"Dad what I want right now is a job in an area that I like. This looks like a pretty interesting job as well. Besides if America were really unsafe people would have avoided and run away from there like a plague." He didn't look convinced.

"They don't have a choice." He countered.

I had to spend a while convincing them before they reluctantly agreed to me going to America to work.
