Episode 89- House bargain!

“I still haven’t got my reward for winning the game,” I told her.

Pulling back from our embrace she looked at me with a smile before asking. “What do you want?”

I spend some time thinking before I came up empty-handed. “Can I use it for later?”

Smiling she hugged me back after shrugging her shoulders. “Sure.”

We drifted to sleep.

The next day both of us teleported to the UK.

Instead of going straight to my parents, we both went to a house retailer to see some houses.

After some viewing, we quickly chose a house and instantly made the payment much to the house agencies surprise. It was not a big house. Just a normal 4 bedroom ensuite house, with kitchen, dining room, a hall and very large garden with a garage.

I had wanted to redecorate everything instantly with my bots, but Natasha stopped me. “Can we do everything by ourselves?” She asked me.

“Definitely.” I nodded.

Suddenly I froze as I remembered something before I began giggling. “What?” Natasha asked seeing my giggles.

“I used to be so lazy to do these kinds of things by myself, but with you, I hardly feel lazy much less I am doing any work,” I told her as I hugged her inside our empty house.

“I don’t remember you being so lazy. You are always a busy bee.” She stated as she grabbed my arms that were around her waist.

“That was before I met you and whenever you are not around. After meeting you and being around you I am not so lazy. Not to mention, all the things I invented are to do everything for me.” I told her as I gave a quick kiss on her cheek.

“Well, at least humanity benefited from your laziness.” She told me back to which I smiled.

“We need to get going.” She told me.

“Few more minutes please.” I didn’t want to separate from her.

“We can cuddle as much as you want when we come back.” She told me.

“You better keep that word.” I reluctantly released her.

*Whizz* Walking through the portal we arrived before our parents’ home.

As we walked up to knock on the door, only to have someone open it. “Jack,” I was surprised seeing him all dressed up nicely.

“David?” His confusion cleared as he quickly hugged me and Nat.

I could hear my mum and dad hurrying down the stairs. “Where are you going, Jack?” Natasha asked him.

“I have a date.” Jack's face flushed slightly at the mention of the date.

“Natasha!” Mum walked towards Natasha and hugged her completely forgetting me who was beside her.

“I am so glad to see you.” My mum told Natasha as they both smiled.

My dad had a grin on his face as he looked at me before he noticed Jack who was watching everything. “What are you doing here? Get going. Don't keep a girl waiting.” My dad told Jack who was still there.

Jack shrugged before he left. “Be back before dinner!” My dad called out to which he nodded.

Seems like whatever the fight they were having was resolved.

“Come in!” My mum refused to let go of Nat's arm and pulled her in with.

My dad and I watched from outside. “Sooooo…” My dad started as he looked at me in curiosity.

“How did she get pregnant? Didn’t exactly ask that in the excitement. But didn't you say she was incapable of getting pregnant?” My dad asked me.

“I developed a regenerative pill that restored her functions and gave it to her on the first day of our marriage,” I told him casually.

“I am going to ignore what you just told me casually and pretend everything is a miracle.” My dad said from the side.

“That would be easier,” I told him to which we both smiled.

“It is good to see you both.” He told me as he patted me on my back.

“You too.” We walked in.

“How long are you guys here for?” Dad asked me.

“Most likely until after the delivery. We bought a house a few streets away from here to live normally for a while.” I told him.

“So, no spy, aliens, or anything like that for 9 to 10 months?” He asked me in seriousness.

“Yeah, nothing like that. Natasha is far more serious about this pregnancy than me. After all, it has been something she has desired for a very long time.” I told him as we came in front of the couch.

“At least one of you have some common sense.” My dad nodded as we both sat down.

“When did you get here?” Dad took the phone on the table to his hands.

“A few hours ago. We went straight to buy a house before coming here.” I answered.

“You need any help with the house?” Dad seemed to be playing 2048 on his phone.

“I will ask Nat. She wanted both of us to do everything ourselves when I offered to let my bots do the redecoration.” I told him.

“Bots? Oh, never mind. Forgot for a moment you were tech genius.” Dad stated as he kept losing when he tried to get past 512.

“Is the place ready for both of you to move in?” I took the phone from him and saw his high score was only 2048.

“Not yet. We need to empty out all the furniture and everything before buying new ones tomorrow. So, if it is all right can we crash in here today?” I asked as I easily went past 2048.

“Move the blocks, David! Make it 4096!” My dad said in excitement as I easily beat his score for him.

“Yeah, I will, one sec!” I moved another block to make 2 more squares of 2048.

“Holy crap do it!” He was so excited.

“8192! Bloody hell! How are you so good?” My dad asked with jealousy as he grabbed the phone from my hand and started playing. Needless to say, he lost after overfilling his blocks.

“I don’t think your mum is going to let Nat go anywhere for few days.” My dad pointed out as he threw the phone down in annoyance.

He then remained quiet for a moment before glancing at me. “Did they call you?” My dad asked me with his eyebrows raised.
