And so, the girl had waited for hours. It was until after she had lunch that she began to confirm her suspicions. Those two fuckers really ditched her. Her! It was the first time someone dared to stand her up. She wasn't going to let it go. They better pray she doesn't find them or else... Well, they were backed by Hae-Hyuk and her mom fancied Hae-Hyuk a lot. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to beat them up.
Whatever. She will just go beat up some of those evil minions from the Chromatic Abundance to calm her rage.
A few hours later, Finn Campbell received a message. One of his business cargos had been wrecked. All goods freed or destroyed. By Sophia Crowe. He slammed the table so hard that he broke it as he spat dozens of curses at her.
And finally, it was time. What time might you ask? Time for the exhibition of course! Jin and Min-Su left the inn anonymously through a window. They were wearing long and dark mantles hiding their faces and bodies. As a second protection, they were both wearing masks. Jin had his owl kid's mask on while Min-Su had taken a simple iron plate to which he punctured two holes in. Then, he punctured two smaller ones and with a little rope, he made a mask.
Jin had nothing to say to it. It was indeed practical and economic. After all, the plate didn't belong to either of them. Since Min-Su didn't have much cash on himself, he wasn't going to waste any more on a mask. He needed to have as much as he could in order to buy some good shit at the exhibition.
As they made their way to the shop, in broad daylight, they attracted quite a lot of attention. But no one stopped them or questioned them. There were no police in this world. Yet the crimes rate was low in the city, near non-existent. Why? Because Might rules everything and there was a true mighty overlord residing here. Bringing trouble here? Better be ready to face that one then. So, there was no trouble. And no police. Which meant no one would dare question the two individuals hiding their identity and moving around.
Jin and Min-Su had pondered for a long time about whether or not to disguise. It was held during the day so it was quite a problem in its own way. Disguising too much would attract attention like now but not doing it enough would give them away. And not being aware of the true 'evilness' of the organization, they were unsure of Hae-Hyuk's stance on it. As such, they still opted to go full-on incognito.

However, they attracted the attention of someone they certainly didn't want to. Sophia Crowe, again. She was wearing her 'perfect' disguise too. Through her attack on a convoy previously, she learnt about the exhibition from one of the men. He had pleaded for his life with this intel. Still died. But the intel was real and that was the crucial point.
She camped since morning and saw many famous figures and hidden ones going into the store and being led in the backstage... It was very fishy. And so, one can imagine her surprise to notice her two pals who ditched her being all stealthy close to the shop. She could never mistake their 'hearts' and recognized them easily. She knew that they were going to the exhibition too. And this was her opportunity. She could even have some fun as well.
She approached them by behind and grabbed them both as she whispered: "Now, now, no need to turn around. You guys are going to the exhibition and I am quite interested too. Unfortunately, I wasn't given an invitation so~ You guys help me get in, ok?"
She did not receive any answers as she expected. Instead, she could feel their anxiety. And they were anxious indeed. They were both cursing their bad luck. They ditched her successfully before only to end up with her again now. She was a serious pain to deal with. But Jin acted:
"Ahahah, of course, who wouldn't wish for the companionship of Miss Sophia Crowe! Please, it will be our honor!"
She glared at him and said while stressing every word: "I am not Sophia Crowe. I am an anonymous beauty"
But Jin kept his cool as he retorted: "Well, whoever provided you with this disguise did an awful job Miss anonymous Crowe"
She was upset to be recognized. She thought only she would have recognized them. But then again, they were technique master's disciples so it was obvious that they too would have an impressive technique up their sleeves. She was still upset though. She liked her disguise...Then, she had a great idea as she saw their masks.
"Well then, you guys give me one of your masks"
After some grumbling, she ended up wearing Jin's snake mask while he kept on his owl one. And they were forced to bring her in with them... At this time, they weren't aware that she had recognized them. And they, once more, planned to ditch her as soon as they could.
And that time came quite early. As they entered the store and went to the counter, they had to show their cards. Which they did. The three were allowed entrance. They went to the back of the shop and were then led underground into a lavish hall were many people were mingling. Top people either showing off due to their positions or remaining anonymous also due to their positions.
Regardless, the duo of disciples soon ditched her after introducing her to a group. They didn't know anyone from that group either yet they barged into the conversation and introduced her: "Here guys, let us introduce you Miss Crowe"
Then, they left in a hurry.
Of course, Sophia pretended not be herself and the men she had been introduced to played along. Finding it funny. After she managed to get away from those strangers, she was quite infuriated. Unfortunately for her, the two had left the hall already...
