"We've been trying to nudge some places to develop a propper civilization." Curstl began.
"I understand some of you might be... less willing to cooperate than others, but I can assure you, if the other large factions were to take Arlepia..."
"Yeah, I guess I'd rather have the jGuardians in charge of the continent than anybody else..." Bromy agreed.
They were no longer chained, Bonifacius was forced to remain in the strategy-tent.
They were sitting around a rectangular table with a roughly-drawn map on it.
Two candles lit the tent, though since it was still day, they weren't necessary.
"Perhaps thy rule would be tolerable..." Bonifacius sighed.
"Yes, our top priority is to maintain the safety of Arlepia,"
We have set up many forts around the map already, the jGuardians consist of over two hundred players!
The room went quiet for a while.
"I was hoping you'd join the jGuardians!" she finally exclaimed.
Bonifacius burst into laughter.
Before standing up and heading outside.
Curstl shot Bromy a pleading look causing him to let out a sigh.
"Wait, Bony, let's hear her out..."
"You're the best!" she exclaimed.
"Right..." Bromy smiled.
"Fine, if thou offers me a reason to join the jGuardian I shall consider it..." Bonifacius relented.
Her face lit up.
"Well, for one you'd get good food, money and uniforms."
"Uniforms?" Bromy and Revenberry thought at the same time.
"I could also offer you really high ranks!" she offered.
Bonifacius looked at her with an unchanging expression.
"Boss, please reconsider! They're just random players!" exclaimed one of the men tasked with protecting the entrance to the tent.

"I know, how about you let us join as a sub-guild, and offer our members a seat at the council table?" Bromy offered.
"A sub-guild?" Curstl repeated.
"That way we have the chance to leave without losing our bank items and titles..." Bromy explained looking back at Curstl and Bonifacius.
"Fuck, he caught on!" Curst thought keeping her usual happy expression.
"Hmm... perhaps..." Bonifacius said scratching his chin.
This caught Curstl's attention.
"O-of course! No problem! We'll construct a guild base for you as well!" Curstl continued.
"..."
"..."
"Fine..." Bonifacius relented.
"Perfect! Now to create your guild..." she opened a shelf located on the side of the strategy table and pulled out a quest-paper.
"What would you like to call you guild?" she asked.
Bonifacius and Bromy looked at each other and grinned.
"Log Frog Tentacle Online."
Curstl looked concerned.
"I'm sorry, did I choke you too hard, Bony?" she asked looking concerned.
"Shut up and register the name..." he sighed.
"Ok..." she relented.
"And I assume you'll be the leader?" she asked.
Bonifacius was about to argue but was stopped by Bromy.
"Yep, he will."
With that Curstl completed writing the guild registration form.
"Alright, I'm just going to need you to accept the quest."
"Upon this quest being accepted, the guild 'Log Frog Tentacle Online' will be registered, with Bonifacius as the leader and Bromy as a member. They will be a sub-guild of the jGuardians and withhold the right to any items and members acquired during their cooperation with the jGuardians."
They looked the quest page, Bromy looked over to Bonifacius.
They both nodded at each other and accepted the quest.
"Now then, I will get you guys the uniforms as soon as I find someone with the tailoring skill," Curstl explained.
Bromy was slightly disappointed by the lack of a uniform.
"Until then, you are permitted to check-out the armoury, your first task will be to quell the rebellion taking place in Levelgreen, located north-west of here." Curstl began.
"A rebellion? Already?" Bromy asked.
"Rebellions usually take place early on." Curstl shrugged.
"We sent an illusionist to keep watch over the town, but in the end, he went rogue and mind-controlled half of the town," Curstl explained.
"So this is thy fault?" Bonifacius asked.
"Our intentions were genuine! We wanted to make sure no tyrant took the town in its infancy... though it looks like the person we sent decided to become the tyrant himself..." sighed Curstl.
"Anyway - I want you guys to drag Eric back here, you're free to break his legs of whatever to get him here," she explained.
"Needless to say you can look for your friends while you're at it, as long as you remove him from the town you can take your time bringing him back." Curstl shrugged.
"Is that an invitation to torture him?" asked Bromy.
"Perhaps..." Curstl replied.
"Those two are on disturbingly similar wavelengths..." Revenberry sighed.
"Indeed... oh, of course, my apologies for not inviting you into the guild, I simply do not wish to drag thee into our business," Bonifacius explained.
"Don't worry about it, I'm looking for Es... El..." she sighed.
"Alex, he's called Alex." she sighed.
"Alex?" Asked Bromy, Bony and Curstl.
"Y-yes?" she replied slightly taken a back.
"The one with stupid cat-ears?" asked Curstl.
"They're not stupid, but alright," Revenberry replied.
"He's the guy with the weird thing for blue fire?" Bromy asked...
"That's the one!"
"Tis the person who tried to hijack our game!" exclaimed Bonifacius.
"Yep."
"You know him!?" Curstl demanded.
"Yeah, we're kind of a thing..." she replied.
"Oh, congratulation," Bromy said with raised eyebrows.
"Indeed, good for thou."
"Aw, thanks, guys," Revenberry replied.
"THIS ISN'T THE TIME FOR PLEASANTRIES!" Curstl exclaimed.
"We need to track him down! I wonder if he has some sort of special powers?!" Curstl wondered.
"He said he set his permission to the level of a normal player, so I doubt it," Revenberry replied.
"It's nice that you believe him, but no normal person would do that," Curstl replied with a wry look.
"Except Bony, of course! He's completely selfless in all things!" Curstl exclaimed.
"If any normal person got that kind of power in this world... they'd be able to shift the balance of power... you can't fight against that kind of power..."
"If you find out anything about him, you have to report it back to me ASAP!"
"Hey, leave Alex alone!" Revenberry sighed.
"Your Alex may lead this world to ruin! Do not underestimate the power of a God!"
"He'd use his powers to look good in front of people, that's about it," Revenberry replied defensively.
"Clearly, you have no idea what this Alex truly thinks, someone capable of hacking an MMO and building a game atop it... This Alex must be ten 4D chess moves ahead of us..." said Curstl hesitantly.
Meanwhile...
"Do you guys think increasing my strength stat would let me touch my nose with my tongue?" asked Alex walking down the long cobblestone road, before him walked JohnWillStab and behind him walked Jordan.
"Wouldn't athletics make more sense?" asked JohnWillStab.
"You think?" asked Alex.
"I'd say it's all about face-dexterity, if you can control your face, you don't have to have a strong tongue."
