Prologue, To Inherit Power.

...
In a dark space, within the deepest pits of reality, floated a lone soul.
A faint wisp of blue light, stranded in the most barren area of the vast cosmos.
What could he do?
Nothing.
He was doomed to drift through space, no smell, no sight, no touch, no hearing, no taste.
The remaining sliver of his soul knew no better than a young child.
He had few thoughts in his mind, only being able to think incoherently.
"Pain..."
"Friends?..."
"Alone..."
"Cold..."
He would whine, every so often, his mind struggling to stay active.
Though, the whole time, it felt as if someone was there with him...
A strong and comforting presence, watching over him as he tried to live a comfortable life in the dark hell he resided in.
"Mother?..." He would often think, only being able to relate the presence with that of a mother tending to their child.
His life was bland.
He had distant memories of a land far gone.
A world called earth?
He truly could not remember, nor did he choose to do so.
He had no care for the place he had nearly no memories in.
He could only remember the fun stories he read.
The entertaining scenes he once saw on the square screens.

"Life..." He thought, scenes from his previous world occasionally flashing within the darkness of his mind.
"Life..."
...
...
"Life is correct." A voice spoke to him through the darkness, serenading him and...
Opening his conscience.
In an instant, dozens of complex emotions surged into his mind.
Fear, wonder, confusion, love, lust, anger, sadness, joy, excitement...
All of it, every emotion you could think of.
It plagued his mind and sucked him dry of any real thoughts, even though he was now truly capable of it.
"W-Where am I?" They were the first true words he spoke, and they rang clear throughout the infinite realities.
"You are afloat in the void of the cardinal universe." A woman's voice responded, shaking the cosmos even further.
"Why?..." The weak soul asked.
"Because I wished it so." The woman replied.
"For what reason?" He inquired, pain in his heart.
"Because I needed it this way." She answered plainly.
...
There was silence for a few moments.
"You... You are the inheritor. You will take my place within these lands, as I have grown bored of it all." The woman's voice explained.
"I, am Infinity. I am the one that created this beautiful place. I birthed the phenomenon called life. I am life. Everything you can see, is me." She spoke. "Every inch of what you know, is a part of my body. And, I govern it all with omnipotent power that none can defy unless I say otherwise." She continued, a strange feeling washing over the male soul.
The weak, wisp of a soul, regained a bit of its color.
Accompanying this, was something even more strange.
"I can see..." The soul whispered, absorbing the nearly infinite amount of information being displayed before his eyes.
Despite being nearly completely surrounded by darkness, there was a large, vast, creature before him.
A woman, a young girl actually, made of cosmic dust, nebulae, black holes, and countless other heavenly bodies.
Slowly, she was starting to glow, a bright blue haze growing around her.
"I no longer wish to be the Embodiment of Existence. Therefore, I give my title, power, and all responsibilities, to another." Her body glowed brighter, the quivering soul not being able to comprehend it all.
"And for that reason, I cleansed a soul of sin. All mortal morals. All defectivities, and bent it to my will!" She became blindingly bright.
"I formed the perfect soul. Perfect for the governance of an infinite and intriguing Existence." A smile formed on her face.
"So, Lokreum, I give you my everything, and I pray you create a place that holds many mysteries. A place that will want to be explored by the most genius minds. A place filled with both death and life, order, and chaos... A place that I would be proud of." Her monologue came to a close, the woman that spanned a distance farther than the human eye could see... In but an instant, she burst, a boundless array of colors extending to reach every crevice of nothingness.
Then, it condensed.
Everything, all of existence, it condensed into one single point. A small, one plank length point, that violently collided with the blue soul.
"Become great."
