Chapter Twelve, Birth of Humanity.

...

The three arrived in an open oasis. A wondrous pool of clear water peacefully flowing before them.

There was little disturbance, most of the animals nearby were dwelling away from the water itself.

Lokreum set Shiva down, letting him roam the area as the two gods watched. They found enjoyment in petting the animals that would approach them.

Lokreum inspected his creations while Shiva went around, speaking with them through the Lesser Law of Communication.

Things went on like this for a few hours.

Shiva lived unperturbed, mingling with all the life forms as he pleased.

Though eventually, he was called over by the Gods, beckoned forward even.

"Yes, father?" He asked, responding to Lokreum's call with a wondering expression.

"Kieron and I will be leaving soon, and I've yet to tell you your purpose."

"You are the first human soul. The Progenitor of a species built to rule." He started.

"A species built to rule their own kind, with unity through fairness. A species born to be tyrannical to those who oppose them." Lokreum said, lifting his hands and conjuring pictures that fit his words.

An image of legions of humans mercilessly slaughtering their opponents was displayed to the Progenitor before him, a light of conquest shining in his mortal eyes.

"You have wondrous abilities as the first, I expect you will use them well." The images dispersed, another forming in the air.

"I need you to cultivate this sector of the Reality. Fill it with your children, guide the evolution of intelligent beings. Terraform worlds, spread word of my existence to any other intelligence within this vast cosmos." The picture of Shiva conquering planets, and helping the not-so fortunate lifeforms appeared.

"You will create your own legacy and pass it down through your bloodline. You will live a meaningful life, and I expect you to have no regrets." Lokreum's voice was commanding, and the Almighty tone present in his voice lit a fire in Shiva's heart.

"Live life to the fullest!" Lokreum said, standing up and towering over Shiva.

The flame of Power was ignited within Shiva's origin, and instantly, half of his essence was condensed into a vast Galaxy within himself.

"Use the power I invested upon you, to go far." Lokreum commanded.

His hand moved, and Shiva was lifted off the ground, raising up to Lokreum's eye level.

"I will assist you just a little more, to help you get started on this journey of yours."

Lokreum's finger tapped onto the forehead of Shiva, his consciousness almost failing him, as he watched multiple drops of blood be pulled from his body.

The drops of blood then slowly traveled to a flower not too far away.

Before it could land on it, he felt another tap on his side. A rib was ripped out of him, immense pain making him buckle.

The rib followed the path of the blood, making its way towards the unsuspected flower.

The blood landed on the plant, and slowly seeped into its leaves as Lokreum's hand raised up to the sun.

The rib dug itself into the soil, the plant sinking just a little further.

The trees parted and sunlight shone on the lone white flower, making it grow at an incredible pace.

It grew and budded a small blob of flesh. It rose, and transformed into a pale skinned woman with white hair to match. She had pure blue eyes with curves to her body that would make any man quiver.

Her long platinum hair was brushed out of her face, as her emotionless expression was shown to the three existences.

Seeing the successful creation, Lokreum's mouth uttered few words.

"I dub you man and woman, husband and wife, the first two humans." Lokreum said, Kieron fading away into light as the words were muttered.

"Shiva, and Citemer." Lokreum finished, a small, barely comprehensible smile forming on his face as he too disappeared from their sight.

Citemer moved on quickly, it was clear she understood what had happened, though Shiva was still momentarily stuck in the past.

But, time waited for none.

"H-Hello..." Shiva attempted to spark conversation with the woman behind him.

"So you're aware.. we will have to procreate, and things that are alike..." He said nervously, rubbing the back of his head as he faced away from Citemer.

Citemer was currently bathing in the water, surrounded by dozens of fish and small animals.

"I am aware." She responded, not paying Shiva much mind.

"So, I will have to see you unclothed eventually..." Despite him not displaying much emotion either, one could feel the nervousness behind his tone, and even see it in his eyes.

Citemer stopped all her movements and turned towards the boy.

"Did I ever say you had to turn away?" She pondered.

"W-What?..."

...

Lokreum who was watching the whole ordeal had to avert his gaze as he wasn't very interested in watching two of his children bathe together.

Kieron had vanished back into his reality, checking in on his children and the stability of the whole place.

With nothing better to do, Lokreum traveled back into the void.

He moved Tyr's Celestial world into the Apocryphal Domain, letting it reside within a galaxy only a couple dozen light-years from Earth. Rather coincidentally, these worlds were relatively close to the Primordial Heart.

Along with Tyr's World, he moved the Eldrid's Planet, Asterisk, into the Apocryphal domain.

Though along with this transportation, came adjustments to the world.

He created a large river of law essence and kreus that snaked around the habitable region of the Apocryphal Domain.

A river of essence that was constructed with apocalypse, space-time, and, boundaries.

The river would act as a portal to the world of Asterisk that only those with the Apocalypse law could enter, but also a boundary that the Eldrids would have to overcome to leave their realm.

As for their realm itself?

Their 'planet' was no longer a planet. It was now its own dimension that held an infinite expanse. Countless different terrains, ranging from oceans, to mountains, to plains, and even molten landscapes.

Now, their world could effectively contain all the Eldrids no matter the amount.

Lokreum was outside of the Apocryphal Domain, floating near the [Gateway to Apocalypse] as he called it.

"Let's visit my first creations." He murmured, entering the river and warping through space.

He appeared within the skies of the vast expanse, a mountainous region far below his feet.

Before he could even fully take in the sight of the world he created not too long ago, he felt an incredible aura flowing out of the caves within the highest mountain.

Droves of essence were pouring out of the opening, as with his vision, Lokreum could almost see the liquefied essence dripping out.

His eyes widened, as he sensed the creature these powerful essences came from.

"Seiya~..." He sang under his breath, flying into the mouth of the cave.

He touched down on the ground and looked forward, his gaze landing on the entity sitting in a meditative pose.

"Seiya…" He voiced.

Though he received no response.

Ignoring the absence of a reply, Lokreum glanced around the cave, observing the desolate area.

'A good place to seclude yourself while trying to further your power…' He thought, refocusing on Seiya, and stepping towards him.

"Hiding away inside of your own mindscape where you can perceive time differently. So that… you can go beyond simply comprehending laws?..." Lokreum muttered.

"You want to go farther than just comprehending laws and imprinting them within your origin… You want to assimilate them with your existence and form an intricate bond with these laws, one that goes far beyond their Runic Ecritures!" Lokreum was dumbfounded.

Considering he was the one who created Runic Ecritures, the manifestation of Laws, the source of power he dubbed the strongest…

He didn't think someone would be able to go beyond!

Yet here Seiya was, nearly there!

"To sit here for over 17 centuries… your thirst for strength is honorable."

A nearly psychotic smile formed on Lokreum's face as he placed his hand on Seiya's skull.

"I shall help you in your quest for power!"
