...

Lokreum laid back, leant against a wall. A hand was placed on his chin as he watched Diana tamper with the red armament wriggling around on Arthur's hand. Like all the arrows had pointed, the armament had indeed sprouted a true conscience, one that evolved and asked questions like a true mind.

It was wriggling around, spewing thought waves out into the world. Both Diana and Arthur were receiving them, Diana imprinting herself as the gauntlets creator, and Arthur as it's primary host.

From a far, Lokreum could intercept it's thoughts, smirking at each and every one.

They were more like grumbles, disgruntled and confused sounds. But, to an advanced sorcerer, it was rather easy to translate. Both Arthur and Diana were intently listening to the creature, answering each of its intriguing thoughts.

There was a calm smile on Lokreum's face. He was thinking ahead.

Behemot was a demon of incredible durability, strength, and size. He had the ability to devour creatures and add their size and strength to himself. He formulated that with the addition of sorcerer circles, alchemical alterations and things of that nature, Behemot's Devourer may be able to evolve beyond it's already known capabilities.

Lokreum rubbed his nose, turning his head to the side. They were still within the dungeon, and his gaze was pulled towards the calmly sat woman. The witch that had been converted by Arthur.

That act of conversion was actually mightily entertaining in Lokreum's eyes.

The mysterious alchemist kicked off of the wall, walking towards this woman. The two other humans were still occupied with the new weapon, so they were not paying much attention to anything else.

Lokreum appeared before the woman, looking down on her. She looked upwards, meeting his gaze.

"We have a similar eye condition." He spoke, sitting down next to her.

The woman stayed silent, scooching away from him just slightly.

"I want to ask how you are feeling. I understand the trauma you may have been put through. Being subjugated by a demon. Forced to abide by his will. Forcefully having your brain chemistry altered." Lokreum said.

"I am alright." She replied, in a hushed tone.

"Would you let me help you?" He asked.

He was observing the siblings as was she, but both of them quickly glanced towards each other at the same time.

They side-eyed one another, before returning their gaze forward.

"Help me?" She questioned.

Lokreum sat for a few moments.

Then he raised his hand.

With his palm upturned, a white essence jolted out of it, tunneling into her head.

In an instant, her eyes dulled, before regaining a small luster.

She turned her head towards Lokreum, the man still looking forward.

"I dampened the thoughts. You can live a life undisturbed by the recurring memories." He explained.

She was still silent, but she seemed to a whole lot present.

"What is your name?" He asked, her eyes never leaving him.

"L-Luna." She replied, quickly, but hesitantly.

Lokreum nodded.

"I hope you can help these two, Luna, I fear they may not be enough to prevent mass catastrophe at the hands of the demons." He said.

"I'm sure you understand the situation with Eridil... Things are looking grim."

The darkness moved, navigating throughout the lesser regions of the kingdom. In the less fortunate districts, where crime reigned, and the unlawful resided.

A presence was moving freely.

"The Father really descended himself... How interesting." Seiya spoke to himself.

"I wonder if he will interfere personally. I may have to ask him later for myself." He said.

Abruptly, he appeared before a broken citadel, one that much needed refurbishment.

He snuck within it, watching intently at the view displayed before him.

A woman was writhing within the arms of an individual. He was kneeled, holding her in his arms as she flailed her arms about, gripping at everything she could. Her veins were a dark red, and she was unconsciously ripping her clothing off, trying to dig into her skin.

She roared in pain, but her mouth was covered by the man.

His hand was stiff, strongly suppressing her yells, her teeth digging into space between his thumb and index.

Seiya watched with interesting as the woman's body churned.

He was witnessing the first real emergence of demonic presence in the above ground.

The solidification of demon presence.

Eridil had grown and stepped into the third level.

Her genetic make up was being altered.

On her back, a satanic circle started to show itself. Curse marks made by Edit himself, proof of his efforts in strengthening her tether with Lucifer.

The man holding her, One, did not desire this shortcut. Yet he understood the necessity behind her having it. The capabilities of expansion with the Vampyric blood out in the world...

Soon, hundreds of Vampyres would be inducted into the family.

"You will be alright, Eridil." One, whispered.

"At this moment, you are more important to us than even me. Surpass this challenge and you will see a great future ahead of you." Blood leaked from One's hand as Eridil continued to bite down.

During this transformation, she needed to be fueled by blood. Unfortunately, most would be sucked dry in an instant, yet One?

Perhaps he was the only person right for the job.

Seiya watched, a smile emerging.

He could see the chaos.

He was beaming with happiness.

...

Lucifer sat in the underworld, overlooking a raging river of lava. He was on the edge of a high up cliff, his legs hanging, and his chin resting in his hand. He wings were outstretched behind him as he absorbed the sight before him.

Not just the lava river, but the transformation of Eridil. His eyes were glowing gold and red, observing everything through her own vision.

He could hear the words of One speaking to his avatar, and he chuckled.

There was a bright smile on his face.

He was ecstatic.

The benefit of having his bloodline in the surface world...

He may have just become the most important demon in the entire Demonic Empire.

"Perhaps the Lord will let me become a Sin... I feel I have just skyrocketed in the ranks. Becoming the Sin of Lust has always been intriguing to me."
