Chapter Nine, Creation.

The two stepped through reality, appearing within the Inbetween.
Kieron stood in awe for a few moments, his gaze sweeping through the infinite realities.
His eyes darted around, his hands slowly raising. Lokreum could see complex emotions churning within the man's mind, but he didn't do anything to calm him.
He looked down at his palms and clenched his fists a few times.
"My power... has been nullified?" He questioned, looking to Lokreum for answers.
Of course, Lokreum had seen it much better than him.
Unlike the brother who had lost power because he was dependent on his dimension, Kieron lost power because his dimension was dependent on him.
With the absence of the overseer, his dimension needed something to keep itself intact.
"Your reality exists within you, but you are something special. You are a creation that lives... within itself. As a consequence, your origin does not know a world where you are not present. Your physical body is the core of your own origin, and in response to you leaving it, your origin has sapped away a vast portion of your power to keep itself stable." Lokreum marveled.
He peered through existence, examining the far gateway to Kieron's innards, that lied within the Inbetween.
"It's truly not any problem, you just are not capable of doing EVERYTHING here." Lokreum chuckled.
"You're right. I can deal with not being all powerful." Kieron muttered, his mind racing.
"But I can't believe what you said is true... My world really was just a smaller one in the vast planes of existence." He muttered.
"I wonder if yours is the same..." He pondered.
"Well, fortunately it isn't. I predate existence despite being existence itself. Ironically, I spend most of my time outside of existence as well.." Lokreum explained.

The two moved forward as they chatted, gazing into dimensions as they walked along.
"Listening to your stories, and seeing your world... It sparks creativity within me." Lokreum said.
"It seems the creation of the Celestials is nearing." He mumbled, earning a questioning look from Kieron.
"Celestials?" Kieron asked.
"A species of heavenly creatures. They're intended to be... angels, of sorts. Don't worry, I'm sure I'll have you around when I create them." Lokreum responded, continuing to stride past realities.
Kieron smiled and looked and his newly found friend.
"I'd love to help."

…
...
An indiscernible amount of time had passed, and Kieron had yet to leave Lokreum's side. It was as if he didn't care for the vast reality he had left behind.
The two were currently sat within Lokreum's laboratory, soaking in information from each other.
If you encounter this tale on Amazon, note that it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.
Lokreum had come to understand technological knowledge from Kieron, fully discovering the workings behind the artifact he called the System.
With the help of this knowledge, the manipulation of laws, essences, and kreus...
He had created something magnificent.
He even harvested some DNA from Seiya, taking advantage of the fact that he was a strange slime creature that could devour and replicate bloodlines naturally.
With the addition of his blood, Lokreum had successfully brought the first Celestial into existence.
Of course Seiya agreed to having his DNA used in an experiment, and he even received compensation.
The chance to visit the world of the Eldrids!
Asterisk.
Seiya was a person that enjoyed causing destruction and gaining power, so letting him run rampant on such a destructive planet furthered his strength by a vast amount.
It even helped the Eldrids as a few were able to consume bits of his dense kreus, and evolve.
Ages passed as the Eldrids continued to get stronger while Lokreum and Kieron experienced a different speed of time during their experiments.
Revenant, Akatosh, and Midas all reproduced, being capable of easily splitting themselves into lesser versions.
At a point, Seiya had even been gifted with the chance to fight Midas!
Unfortunately, he was clobbered in an instant...
He was far from the power of an Immortal at the time.
"With the blood of that Thanatos character alone, their kreus is altered and they gain greater control over all lesser elemental essences." Lokreum said to Kieron, who watched from behind him.
Lokreum was intently examining a sealed off glass box. There was a rat within, on the verge of death. Yet, there was also a liquid racing around, a sludge that examined the rats condition thoroughly.
"The additions of Seiya's slime adaptability makes them unstoppable." He chuckled, standing up from his seat, stopping his examination of the mindless liquid actively trying to assist the dying test rat.
"Yes, when I formulated that species I created them using the Taboo Law of the Limitless as a foundation. They've been given infinite potential." Kieron said, following after Lokreum.
They both teleported with black smoke following after them...
They appeared in the colosseum just a ways away from the laboratory.
"[Progenitor]." As Lokreum said this, a small liquid blob appeared in his palms.
With a small jolt of kreus, the entity was brought to life, expanding and falling out of Lokreum's hand.. It quickly transformed into a gigantic slimy blue child.
It stood at nearly 2 meters tall!
It looked at the two creatures before it and yelled,
"Daddy!" It dashed towards Lokreum, grasping at his thighs.
'It only makes sense.' Lokreum said to Kieron telepathically, Kieron shrugging in response.
Lokreum glanced at a space off to his side, and an injured wolf materialized.
"Ah, look!" Lokreum yelled with a worrisome tone, making the child spin around.
"Oh no!" It screamed, quickly slipping through away from Lokreum.
"I'll help you!" It said, running towards the injured wolf. It crouched over the whimpering animal and held its hands over the huge gash on its stomach.
Some of its slimy consistency dripped into the cut, glowing with a bright blue hue as the wound closed itself.
"Ah, there you go!" It said happily, petting the wolf's head.
The animal slowly woke up and looked at the blue, semi see-through child.
To most, it would have attacked instantly, but it felt like there was no need to.
The creature before it made it feel calm and happy.
*Lick*
Its tongue touched the kids face, lapping up some of its liquids.
"Successful it seems." Lokreum said to Kieron in a voice only he could hear.
"An incredible healing ability, a pure mind, and an aura that can calm even the most corrupt." Kieron responded.
"Any existence in it's presence will have their mood elevated." Lokreum finished, flicking his wrist and transporting the two newly formed companions to a green planet full of vast forests he had just formed.
"He will be Tyr, the God of Purity and Honor. The first Celestial!" He said with excitement.
*Clap*
Kieron applauded, a bright smile on his face.
"You did it!" He praised happily.
"Ha, now he will reproduce and two vital points for my domain have been complete!" Lokreum said, stepping onto the path with Kieron following behind him.
"Yes, good job!" Kieron continued to be happy for his new friend.
"I believe it's a fair time to start with the creation of my domain now." Lokreum said, as he put a palm on Kieron's shoulder.
"[Reality Leap]."
They instantly arrived in a spot on the other side of existence, standing in front of a large Reality.
"Oh, this is my home." Kieron marveled, looking at his own creation from the outside for the first time.
"Alright, lets begin." Lokreum said, grasping at the space before him, as if he was grabbing the huge crack in reality.
"[Reality Leap]." He jumped through space once more, arriving in the center of the ever expanding plane of existence.
He placed Kieron's reality down to the left of the direct center.
With just a thought, another tear in reality, that had size just as big, if not bigger, than Kieron's realm, appeared to its right.
*Snap*
Lokreum snapped, an ethereal, barely visible tunnel of energy linking the two.
"I shall call them the [Primordial Realities]. The [Olden Realm] and the [Apocryphal Domain]." Lokreum spoke, smiling while he manifested beautiful explosions in the background.
"The two largest and most powerful realms in all of reality!"
"Haha, yeah!" Kieron yelled, pumping his fist in the air.
"..." The two stood in awkward silence as they continued to watch the fireworks.
"Well... shall you watch as I fill my domain?"
