CHAPPY 94 - LEAVING THE EMPRESS AND THE GENERAL BEHIND
--[--]...[--]--
The two men who were abducted by Kenjiki could only watch in silence. Lest they incurred the wrath of the two.
"Should we run?" The man sent a telepathic message to the leader.
"Can we?" The leader replied in a defeated manner.
They knew well how strong Kenjiki was when he killed more than a million cultivators with one technique.
When Cyrene suddenly appeared out of nowhere, they realized she might have the same strength as him.
Cyrene might as well be the one who gave him the task to destroy the world, seeing how she seemed to know about it.
"Do your job and I'll be waiting in the palace with little Kyoka." Cyrene bid him farewell and disappeared.
"What should I do with you?" Kenjiki looked at the two of them who were shivering in fear.
"Let me live and I'll give everything in the Justice Alliance's treasury to you." The leader knelt on the ground, begging for mercy.
"Not interested." Kenjiki swung his hand, and the leader was decapitated. Then he looked at the other. "Say something."
Instead of begging for his life like the late leader did, the man just shut his mouth.
Knowing that whatever he had in store wasn't going to do anything to the demon incarnate in front of him.
Unable to arrive at some sort of a conclusion, the man circled back to the first ever thought he had.
"Detain!" The man shouted and slammed his palm downwards as the pagoda that shielded him before appeared and engulfed Kenjiki.
Seeing this rare chance, the man exploded his aura and vanished from there, and flew in a random direction as fast as he could.
Inside the pagoda, Kenjiki could feel that his energy was being sucked out in real-time.
Albeit the rate of mana being sucked was almost negligible for him who currently had almost an infinite amount of mana.
"Boring." Kenjiki clenched his fist and the pagoda exploded to dust.
The connection between the pagoda and the man was severed the instant it exploded and caused a major backlash to assault him.
"cough." The man coughed a bucketful of blood.
*bang!*
The backlash hit him hard and disrupted his energy flow.
Coupled with the fact that he was in the air, he was flung to the horizon and exploded into the ground.
It was unknown if it was because of sheer luck or not, but the man survived, on top of that he found himself in an underground lake overflowing with Qi.
"The Dragon Pagoda was destroyed?" The man looked forward in disbelief, unable to comprehend that the pagoda, deemed to be indestructible, was destroyed.
Kenjiki looked at the debris and groaned, knowing that the man had escaped too fast and he was too lazy to give chase.
"Let's destroy the world, it's been a while since I destroyed one." Kenjiki flew into the sky and looked at the world around him. "Maybe I should spare the city and the sect that saved Kyoka."
The next few minutes of Kenjiki's life were filled with explosions and destruction.
Half of the world was destroyed by him after he tested some of the abilities that he had been forgetting to use.

Part of the world was struck by a mana storm that leveled some clueless cities and sects.
Some of the sects that knew about his existence tried to give him a hard time but were ruthlessly cleaved away.
"Blood Splat." Kenjiki whispered and exploded his mana outwards at the speed of light and covered the whole continent.
Under his watchful eyes, Kenjiki exploded the blood of living beings, effectively weeding out the world from anything.
The few that were spared from this were the members of the Eternal Winter Sect.
"I'm done." Kenjiki muttered and disappeared into the palace where Cyrene and Kyoka were waiting.
They seemed to be in such a deep conversation that they didn't notice Kenjiki walking into the room.
"I can enlarge your breasts and increase your height. But is that really what you want? Maybe the reason he likes you Is because you are you." Cyrene caressed Kyoka's head, burrowing her little head onto her chest.
"That's impossible, he only cared about my pussy and nothing else." Kyoka snuggled onto Cyrene.
"Is that really true? He spends most of his time with you, doesn't he? Tell me the last time he didn't bring you every time he went out." Cyrene chuckled and looked towards Kenjiki who stood in front of them.
Kyoka was stumped, unable to think of an answer to Cyrene's question.
The only time when she was not with Kenjiki was either because she went out with Momo or was fooling around with her sisters.
"Whether it is big or not, I still love you." Kenjiki sat beside them and peeked his face into Kyoka's vision.
Any semblance of sadness on Kyoka's face instantly disappeared, replaced with that look of shock and embarrassment, embarrassed because she showed him this side of hers.
"Why did you bring that here?" Cyrene pointed at the massive winter island that was floating just right outside the city.
"They are Kyoka's benefactor, so I brought them here." Kenjiki snatched Kyoka away from Cyrene.
"Fine. Then what are you going to do with them?" Cyrene turned her attention towards the four women on the side.
Two of them were still sleeping, and the other two were sitting on the side sitting like a good girl.
They were resting there, unaware of what had happened to their world.
"As usual, bring them back." Kenjiki spoke as if it was common sense.
"How like yo--"
You can't do that.
"Why?" Cyrene looked at an empty space.
Lu Qianyi and Da Rika are not supposed to go with Vulcane, at least not yet.
"Did you see the future?" Cyrene narrowed her eyes to that answer.
Yes.
"You heard him, we can't bring them, only the golden daughter and mother." Cyrene gave him a shrug.
"If he went as far as to interfere himself, then it's probably important." Kenjiki didn't continue that topic, since his words were absolute.
Since the others couldn’t hear the invisible voice, they were confused as to what they were talking about.
The few points they got out from that was Kenjiki wouldn’t be taking Da Rika and Lu Qianyi with them.
While Da Rika was happy to hear that, Lu Qianyi didn’t share the same sentiment.
Feeling that she was being abandoned by her master.
“Your Majesty, a royal like you shouldn’t ever feel like that!” Da Rika shook Lu Qianyi's body and realized that none of her words had gone through.
“Why am I being abandoned…” Lu Qianyi’s eyes became moist as she watched Kenjiki discuss leaving her behind.
They knew that Kenjiki wasn’t from their world, and instead was an invader from another world tasked to destroy their world.
Once he left, there was a high chance that he would never ever come back.
“Little girl, although it’s a little unfortunate that we had to leave you behind, it won't be for long.” Cyrene walked to Lu Qianyi’s side and calmed her down.
“I am just a mortal, I won’t lie for long now that the Emperor couldn't provide me with treasures to extend my life.” Lu Qianyi let out a weary sigh.
“Open this ring after we leave, it should have everything you need.” Cyrene gave her a spatial ring.
Lu Qianyi was unwilling to let him go, but they seemed to have decided to leave them behind.
“I will visit you every once in a while.” Kenjiki came to their side and kissed Lu Qianyi on the forehead.
It hadn’t been a day since Lu Qianyi had someone give her some sort of affection.
The late emperor seemed only to revere her and was never once willing to do anything to her.
But now, the one that gave her the attention she craved had decided to leave her.
Da Rika watched the Empress deteriorate once Cyrene opened a rift in space, meaning that they would be leaving anytime soon.
“Your Majesty, I will always be on your side.” Da Rika knelt on the ground.
“Thank you, Rika’er. I’m sorry that I showed this side of mine to you.” Lu Qianyi apologized as she gritted her teeth.
“Until we meet again.” Kenjiki smiled at them for one last time and entered the rift.
The moment that Kenjiki’s back disappeared into the rift, it shook and closed, signifying the long wait Lu Qianyi had to endure.
