Chapter 50 - Schlattimus

CHAPPY 50 - SCHLATTIMUS

--[--]...[--]--

Knowing absolutely nothing about Schlattimus, Ganyu took them to the mansion which functioned as a hub for everyone that lived in this world while being in the centremost of the world.

"I'll let all of you choose where we should go." Ganyu tapped the table as a flat projection of the world emerged over the table. "The world is divided into 5 major regions as per the map."

"Starting from here, Sakura Mansion is the living quarter of master Vulcane and his women." Ganyu pointed at the root of the heaven-defying tree that was so tall its top wasn't even visible in the projection. "And this tree is the sapling of the Imaginary Tree, also called Imaginary Tree."

None of them felt bothered about the weird naming scheme as they had gotten used to experiencing outrageous things since the moment they got to know Kenjiki.

"As for the floating island we came from, it was located in the southern region that was known for its flying rocks, hence it was called the Sky Rocks." Ganyu explained as she pointed to the exact location of the island where they learned about mana from Cyrene.

From the map, they noticed that some part of the region was covered in water that seemed to stretch from its neighboring western region which was called the Calm Sea due to its waves seemingly to be nonexistent.

To the north, the sea transitioned into a swamp where a seemingly endless forest blended with the sea. If it was just another flourishing forest, they wouldn't care about it so much but the fact that they could see that some of the trees reached the height of the floating islands made them wonder how big they would look in person.

But its name; Forest to Nowhere discouraged them from even thinking of going there coupled with the fact that Ganyu told them to never go there unless they were confident that they could outrun lightning.

Continuing to its neighbor on the eastern side of the world, they laid their eyes on an array of steep mountains that were beyond impossible to climb. Coupled with the fact that most of the mountains out-tall the tree by a margin, with the tallest mountain reaching the cloud.

"Ah, Heavenly Mounts. it's been a while since I went there to meet her." A voice interrupted their immersion, causing them to look at who was talking just to lay their eyes on the most out-of-pocket sight ever.

Kenjiki was standing in the doorway holding an unconscious Kyoka who was sleeping in a fetal position while having a satisfied smile. It would be a romantic scene if not for the fact that both of them didn't wear any shred of clothing and that they could see some part of their body glistening white.

If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. Please report it.

"Have you girls been here the whole time?" Kenjiki walked towards the couch and laid Kyoka down with a blanket covering her naked body.

Even if they tried their best to avert their gaze, they couldn't do so for a fact that they saw a third leg plopping around his thigh producing wet noises.

"What's wrong?" Kenjiki looked back at them, only to realize the reason they were silent.

With a snap of a finger, a kimono appeared on his body covering his massive cock from everyone's eyes.

"Have you two been going at it since we left?" Momo braved herself to ask.

"Well, yes. But we relocated upstairs after we got bored seeing the empty sea." Kenjiki said, remembering having left the cleaning task to Ei.

They tilted their heads in confusion as they were sure that the two of them had come out from The Door instead of taking the stairs. On top of that, they wouldn't think that Kenjiki would actually come down here just to bring Kyoka to sleep on the couch when they surely had a more comfortable bed on the second floor.

"Ahem, upstairs as in on the Imaginary Tree." Ganyu said awkwardly, having a personal experience doing it there.

The girls looked at him in awe for him to have the thought of doing it in outer space, or wherever it was supposed to be as they hadn't seen the actual top of the tree.

As the time they spent around him grew longer, they realized that Kenjiki seemed to be too perfect and that he knew everything and had everything known and unknown.

Logically, a teenager couldn't obtain all of this, and the fact that everyone around him trusted him was too much for it to be achieved in a matter of a decade.

But even if they thought so, only Momo and Kendo picked the dots from everything they had heard before. From the fact that he somehow had a lot of monikers and that Ganyu mentioned the name Vulcane that she called her master while also calling Kenjiki that.

"Are you actually an old man who looked young because of your Vampire quirk? Or maybe that you made yourself younger to get into our school?" Momo and Kendo blurted, although the words they chose were different.

"Wha?" Mina was taken aback by their question.

"Bahaha! Where did you get that from?" Kenjiki laughed that while they got something half right, they got the other completely wrong. "By human's standard, I can be considered as Ancient. But I didn't make myself younger."

"Then, how?" Momo was even more confused than before.

"Do you believe in reincarnation?" Kenjiki looked at their reaction and answered the question that suddenly appeared in their head. "Yes, I got rebirthed and I have a past life."

Although they kind of expected this kind of answer, they still couldn't believe that reincarnation and past life were real things and not something out of manga that Mina would read.

"Well, not just anyone could reincarnate as the one that would be prioritized is the one that had lived a miserable life and was given a chance to relive another life. Or be like me, using a backdoor or in my case, it's quite literal."

Upon hearing what he had said, they now for sure knew that they wouldn't be reincarnated or at least retain their past life's memory.

But well, at least they could train harder to become a good hero and help everyone in need so that they didn't need to reincarnate because they have lingering regrets.
