Chapter 89 - Qin Holy Royal Empire

CHAPPY 89 - QIN HOLY ROYAL EMPIRE

--[--]...[--]--

Kyoka and Ru Xin arrived at the Ice Summit, a place seemingly desolate of people.

Looking identical with their full-white robes. Though the former seemed to be quite uncomfortable walking in those clothes.

For that she never covered herself in such multi-layered clothing that somehow and someway revealed her side thigh.

Not that there was something to look at.

“How can you guys walk in this all day?” Kyoka repeatedly took the wrong step every time she moved her legs.

“We just got used, It’s quite a hassle to wear it for the first few times but you’ll get used later.” Xu Rin chuckled at the sight where Kyoka almost kissed the earth every few steps.

“Only now I realized that Shenhe’s clothes are comfortable.” Kyoka lamented, thinking how she should’ve borrowed one later.

They stood in front of a simple building, made of wood, with only one floor from how short it looked.

*knock*

Xu Rin only knocked once before she opened the door, revealing a long rectangular table filled with women that could only be described with the words ‘flock of milf’.

“That hag didn’t come, huh? As expected.” One of the milfs snorted upon seeing Xu Rin enter the room.

“Greetings, matriarch.” Xu Rin bowed to the woman who sat on the other side of the table.

The matriarch nodded and looked to the girls beside Xu Rin, seemingly wanting an explanation for her presence here.

“Master told me to bring her here.” Xu Rin introduced Kyoka to all of them.

This only confused everyone.

Knowing that Xu Rin’s master only meant harm with all of the things she ever did.

“I don't know the reason.” Xu Rin smiled apologetically before sitting down in the designated seat with Kyoka.

“So that’s why there’s two chairs there.” It was then a revelation dawned on them.

The one mystery of the meeting had been solved; That was Xu Rin’s master’s mischievous act of not caring about the sect’s rules.

Due to how frequently this kind of thing had happened around here, none of the milfs cared enough to continue caring about it and looked at the matriarch and urged her to start.

The matriarch let out a weary sigh and corrected her sitting posture.

“The purpose of this meeting today is to talk about news I received from our spies.” The matriarch spoke, taking out a few letters. “It says that the western region had been wiped from the map.”

Everyone lost any semblance of calm and playfulness in their body.

The news was simply too shocking.

—[ Wu Manor ]—

“Do you feel anything?” Kenjiki looked at the pair of mother and daughter beside him

They hovered above the ruins of the Wu Manor, where only rubbles and corpses filled the ground.

All lives were lost, becoming one with the earth.

The city around them was also unspared of the destruction, making the three of them the only living beings.

“What should I feel when the family I’ve painstakingly raised was actually full of spies sent by others?” Wu Chan looked at the stony plains below them.

It was a cruel fate, learning that the people Wu Chan had thought to be her family were actually spies sent to keep an eye on the Titan’s bloodline.

Only Wu Xiaoyin was different, being the only family she had besides her deceased husband.

No matter how much she tried to feel some sort of emotion for killing all of the Wu Family’s servants.

Emptiness was the only thing she could feel.

“How about we destroy other regions and see if you feel anything then?” Kenjiki brushed his chin and came up with an absurd solution.

“If anything, it’s my daughter who you should ask to do that.” Wu Chan shook her head and looked at Wu Xiaoyin.

With her name suddenly appearing in the conversation, Wu Xiaoyin could only blink her eyes out of confusion.

Confused as to why her mother would say something like that.

Until she remembered her father who died when she was conceived.

Her father’s name was a taboo, something that no one in the world was allowed to say.

The reason? He declared war on the whole world and won, effectively rendering the world clean of lives.

The few lucky survivors were people who didn’t have any aptitude in cultivation and living in the most remote place.

“What’s this about?” Kenjiki obviously didn't do any of that since he’s not from here.

“It’s like this.” Wu Chan then described what her husband had done.

Which left Kenjiki agape, since he didn’t expect to meet the wife and daughter of the last people to accept this same quest.

Wu Xioayin’s father should be the last, since it shouldn’t be more than a few thousand years since it happened.

“Say, do you want to do it?” Kenjiki looked at Wu Xiaoyin with an amused smile.

If you encounter this story on Amazon, note that it's taken without permission from the author. Report it.

“Do I have any other choice? You told us that you’re going to destroy the world anyway.” Wu Xiaoyin smiled wryly, knowing that they had no other choice.

“That’s true.” Kenjiki nodded in agreement, he did say that while he was getting head from the two of them.

“Where are we going next? There should be thousands of cultivators swarming to us right now.” Wu Chan finally asked this question, knowing that the news surely had spread already.

Kenjiki fell into a shallow thought, thinking if they should go or stay for their enemies to arrive.

“Let’s go to the central plains and wait for them there.” Kenjiki decided on a whim.

The pair obviously realized this too, because they had already learned that Kenjiki never ever thought of anything seriously.

Even his plan for world destruction seemed to be only an afterthought.

Now that their next destination was already decided, they immediately took off at their fastest speed.

At the speed which required them a whole day to arrive there.

Wu Xiaoyin seemed to be unable to keep at this keep due to her cultivation being on the lower end of the group.

Once Kenjiki realized what was happening to her, he picked her up and carried her for the rest of the journey.

“Wh-what! I can fly by myself!!" Wu Xiaoyin struggled, wanting to leave his embrace.

"Yeah, no can do." Kenjiki shook his head and strengthened his grip around her body, and didn't care if her body was twice his size.

Feeling the grip around her body tightened up, Wu Xiaoyin could only lower her face and muttered to herself something that she couldn't hope to say loudly.

Beside them, Wu Chan watched the whole thing with a smile, knowing that her daughter finally had someone entering her mind.

Though, it seemed that Kenjiki entered too far. With how much he flirted with her daughter and her daughter being clueless on this topic could only blush, unable to utter a single thing.

But then again, as her mother, Wu Chan obviously said nothing and watched them in silence until they arrived at the region known for its abundance of cultivators.

"Qin Holy Royal Empire, huh? Quite the name." Kenjiki looked at the majestically built palace on the ground.

“This empire is said to be the strongest power in this world, having controlled the whole central plains under the royal family.” Wu Chan explained the bits of information she had about the empire.

“Impressive I’d say.” Kenjiki nodded, acknowledging the empire below him.

From the moment they arrived at the border of the empire, they didn’t bother to conceal their aura.

Wu Chan wanted them to conceal themselves first until they were ready to attack.

Since it would be quite difficult if all of the empire appeared in front of them.

Then again, such a thing wasn’t a problem for Kenjiki who wanted to finish things quickly.

“STATE YOUR IDENTITY!! OR WE WILL OPEN FIRE!!” A loud shout roared out of the palace castle.

In less than a few seconds, a group of people wearing full golden armor appeared in front of them, pointing their spears at them.

“It’s you? Then that must be the monster.” The leader of the group pointed at Kenjiki, recognizing who he was.

“Call for more backup!!” The others realized what their leader had realized and immediately ordered for reinforcement.

“The leader is a woman? That’s more shocking than anything, to be honest.” Kenjiki looked at the leader, the only one to wield a sword out of the bunch.

The leader was shaken, unable to comprehend what method he used to determine her gender.

Even her superiors were unable to do so with how much she shrouded herself in qi to confuse their sense.

Wu Xiaoyin was quite confused since she was sure that the leader was a man like the rest of the group.

“The western region may be easy to destroy, but don’t ever lump our empire with the likes of those ants.” The leader snorted at how calm the three of them were even though they were currently facing the mightiest force in the empire.

“Sure, sure.” Kenjiki hummed and lowered his right hand. “What now?”

“How arrogant.” The leader shook her head in annoyance. “Teach these lowly beasts some lessons.”

Weirdly, nothing happened after she ordered her team to attack.

Only for her to realize that they had vanished from her side, and is now dead on the ground.

“What did you do?” The leader furrowed her eyebrows.

They died so quietly, that even she didn’t hear anything while being so close.

“The usual, sliced them into two.” Kenjiki shrugged as if it was obvious.

“You did that? A lowly Immortal Soldier?” The leader couldn’t believe her ears.

Since Kenjiki’s cultivation was a tad bit too low for him to do that.

Moreover, the weakest of her group had the same cultivation realm as him.

This of course made her think that someone or a sect was backing him up from the shadow.

Because there’s no way that one Immortal Soldier would be brave enough to go around killing everyone.

“What’s an Immortal Soldier? Is that one of the cultivation realm?” Kenjiki looked over to Wu Chan.

“Yes, I’m also at peak Immortal Soldier currently.” Wu Chan was quite confused by his question because he seemed to not know about the basics such as the cultivation realms.

“Tell me about it, I haven’t bothered to learn about it.” Kenjiki realized that he was too busy getting into their skirts.

So much so that he forgot to learn the basics of the world.

Well, not that it mattered to him whose only job here was to wreak as much havoc as possible.

“From the top is Immortal Saint, Immortal Knight, Immortal Soldier, and so on.” Wu Chan explained in the easiest term, since that’s what he wanted.

“Quite straightforward. But I like it.” Kenjiki nodded, while he watched as more and more people flew out of the palace.

“Are you the preposterous beast who runs amok in the backwater?” A middle-aged man stood in the air with both of his arms behind his back.

From his appearance, it could be concluded that he was the Emperor, seeing his golden regal attire that was unlike others.

“Are you the emperor?” Kenjiki didn’t expect that the big dog would come out this early.

Normally it would take everyone in the empire to die before the emperor would do anything.

“I, the true emperor of the Qin Holy Royal Empire, will vanquish the lowly beast and avenge the victims you wrongly killed.” The emperor didn’t bother replying and directly imbued his voice with Qi.

The whole empire below them could hear what he had said, giving them closure as to what was happening up in the sky.

Due to the restriction of the empire capital, no one was allowed to fly no matter the circumstances.

So, they couldn’t see what was happening up there and were kept in the dark until people wearing royal guard armor started falling from the sky.

“What a boastful words.” Kenjiki snickered at the emperor’s words.

“It’s not boasting when what I’m saying is a fact.” The emperor snorted, and took out a sword out of nowhere.

“A decent sword I see.” Kenjiki nodded in acknowledgment.

“Let’s see if you can continue being arrogant.” The emperor sighed. “Dragon’s Ascension!!”

From the tip of the sword came out a golden dragon.

The golden dragon clawed the air around and dived down before taking a sharp turn upwards.

Its massive jaw opened, revealing an endless abyss.

“Typical cultivation technique.” Kenjiki chuckled, taking out his own weapon.

The twin needles came off of his horn, returning to its original size.

With one swift motion, the twin needles left Kenjiki.

“Twin Piercer!”

One of them went to pierce the emperor in the eye, going into the brain.

The other flew down at the ascending golden dragon.
