84. CIA is now a mercenary group

"Hmm.. I will give you all the necessary information along with audio and video clips. I want you to put some of these haughty individuals, who believe they can get away with anything, to their deserved pedestal." Robin finished his sentence by cutting off the conversation. Frayer quickly got a message in the form of an email.

Three men's portfolios were displayed on this email, exposing every illegal act they had ever committed. Because of the strict laws governing privacy in America, Sigret had to manipulate the proof in a way that would make it admissible in court.

When Frayer went into reading, hearing and watching the clips that was sent to him, his mind almost got blown. Some of the proof is decades old. The former CEO of Pfizer, the previous Commissioner of the FDA, and the current Marketing Director of Johnson & Johnson were the individuals whose names were mentioned in the portfolio. Frayer was aware that Robin had forwarded these identities in an effort to bring them to justice and thereby halt the companies' efforts to jeopardise the new drugs Labcorp had developed.

It was now his responsibility to take this matter to court and proclaim war on his own fraternity after Robin sent the specifics. Even though the consortium was a close-knit group and everyone had their money and influence in one place, this did not imply that there was only support and friendship among them. Anyone who made a mistake would be pursued for it in this cutthroat society.

The best illustration was Jeffrey Epstien. He was a member of the extremely wealthy class, but he was slain simply because he was cornered and no one wanted their heads on a pike. Frayer phoned his attorney and gave him all the information needed to prosecute those three individuals. The attorney was astonished by the vast amount of information he possessed and was overjoyed to receive this case.

His reputation would advance significantly just because of this case.

In America, the early news began with a bang. After numerous video and audio clips were leaked to the media, three high-ranking officials of three significant organisations were arrested and taken to prison. According to the videos that were leaked, one of the three men had a video of a sexual attack on a woman, and days after the assault, the victim was killed in a staged car accident. In another video, a different man can be seen threatening to murder a business owner because the latter declined to sell him a piece of property. Here, the victim passed away a few days after the footage was shot.

Another outrageous incident involving one of the three guys occurred. The judge ordered the defendants to quickly put together a strong defence or else they would be judged accordingly because it was a high-profile case and the individual who had submitted the evidence had everything in order.

Of course, the three men were shocked at how they had been identified in cases that were many years ago and even had supporting documentation. They were visited by Frayer and Buckley while they were being held in prison.

"What's happening, Frayer? Why did you charge us with such a crime?"

"Do you not realise what you did? Do you want me to clarify it for you?" Frayer enquired.

"I really don't know."

"Your shady tactics were about to put an end to our proceedings in Malaysia. Did you really believe we wouldn't be aware of your activities?" Buckley answered. For this, he was also summoned in.

"How.. How did you know?" When the guy heard that, his eyes widened.

"You shouldn't have chased us down. There is nothing you can do about the sleeping dragon you prodded. You are lucky that this state doesn't allow capital punishment or else you would have died countless times. I've seen the proof, and the portion that was leaked was only 5% of it. You are in a whole world of pain now, my friend." As he and Frayer left the room, Buckley remarked. They made sure the three men understood why they were being targeted by paying each of them a visit.

The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

This was a form of warning for the people who had their eyes of Labcorp because both of them were sure that their movements were being watched by his 'colleagues' and it was a way in letting them know what would happen if they crossed paths with Labcorp.

In contrast, the situation in Kuala Lumpur was completely different. Some of the men were hired to cause problems in the trials but before they could even start, they were arrested in previous charges which had evidences. These men came after the trials even after their bosses in America were in prison because these men were already paid from beforehand and they didn't even know who had hired them.

Naturally, Sigret provided all of the proof, and she did so in an orderly fashion. But among all the men caught, Sigret had let one man go by and submitted all the evidence on this particular perpetrator to the head of CIA. In actuality, she had sent an email to the CIA Director's personal account from Robin's work email.

"Mr. Kashyap, I didn't know you had such long hands that you even got yourself my personal email address." Several minutes after Sigret had completed the deed, Director Burns phoned Robin.

"Director, I can't be expected to solve every issue while you get the tasty bits. I am sure you know why I had sent the details of this man." Without bothering to respond, Robin countered by inquiring about his issue.

"I don't." Burns disagreed. Of course, he was aware of the subject of the communication. It was a man who had a significant criminal history who had been recruited to cause trouble in the hospitals, which were using the trial medicines. He also understood the purpose of Robin's communication. Since they had already taken the seeds and were conducting study, they made no payment at all.

They got the seeds for free! The Director was initially relieved to receive the berry seeds for free, but it now appeared that this was not the situation. Robin wanted the CIA to take care of this man.

"Why would you reduce your IQ, Mr. Burns? You are far more intelligent than that." Robin answered. Burns longed to scream at him but restrained himself. He was extremely irritated by the way Robin spoke to him.

"We are not hired mercenaries." This time, Burns responded, acknowledging that he was aware of the purpose of the prior email.

"Of course, but then again it will be quite a tragic story if the Prime Minister comes to know that his Secretary sends written letters to Langley." (Langley is the CIA's headquarters)

"..." Burns who was busy sipping coffee early morning, threw up the coffee instantly. Robin waited for the response because he could already make out what had occurred.

"How .. How do you.. You know what. Forget it. We'll look after this man. However, on the condition that this agreement should never be made public."

"Perfect. I am glad that we are in the same page. Don't worry, I don't really care who sits on the throne." At that point, Robin ended the conversation. Burns, who was furious, hurled his phone at the wall, shattering it with a loud crash.

His own Assistant rushed in to investigate the situation.

"Director, are you alright?" The Secretary asked.

"Tiffany, tell all the assets except for the one close to the Prime Minister in Malaysia to fuck off from there and return to the country. We have a major breach in our system."

"Major breach? Do you want to self check our system, Sir?"

"No. That procedure has already gotten under way. You just take care of Malaysia and elevate Robin Kashyap and Myrene to Level 10 personnels."

"Stage 10? I see, sir." Tiffany nodded before leaving. Level 10 was a special designation for people with the ability to overthrow entire nations. This clarified just how fearsome the present Director thought Robin was.

Naturally, the individual whose status was raised was unaware of this, and even if he had known, he would not have given a damn. The CIA moved fairly quickly; they apprehended the criminal by evening, and by night, his corpse was floating in the water. Because CIA was renowned for its "efficient" work and because this piece of shit deserved to die, Robin had requested for their assistance. Sigret had passed on the information of this man because in all sense and purposes this man deserved death, unlike the other men who were just arrested and would get bail quite easily.

"Do you want me to send the proof that CIA killed this guy?" Sigret asked when she got the news.

"No need. He must be already living in pins and needles. Don't want to add another pointless thorn to his already painful neck. He won't ever face persecution because of a fatality that occurred overseas." Robin answered.
