It had been a month since Robin had been in San Francisco. He had kept an eye on everything around on the trials with the presence of Sigret and Myrene. They had be crucial with their keen oversight with the trials. And suffice to say that the trials were an overwhelming success. The media didn't have any restrictions covering the news about the trials unlike the time when the trials went on Malaysia and the people of America loved the news.
In fact the starting trials were so good that, some people from outside of San Francisco came over to get themselves some medicines. The cops loved the new medicine because many cops were subjected to gun violence since this was America and the medicine worked wonders. In fact many associations affiliated with the police had come forward to order the medicines once it was approved by the FDA.
In fact not only the police, other countries were now actively trying to get the medicines of Labcorp but all the war torn countries like Ukraine vs Russia. Both of the countries had actually asked for help. Of course Russian officials didn't come to San Francisco and in fact approached one of the offices in Malaysia directly and asked for help.
And Robin didn't stop them. He would treat everyone equally when it came to human life but one thing he would make sure in the distribution was the name of Labcorp when the medicines were being distributed. It was a very political move from Sigret who was adamant on thing branding.
"Why do we need branding? I don't want to become a political party." Robin argued.
"You don't need one but when the purge starts in a month or two, you will need the support of the people. Or else the innocents will die. You want North Korea to open up but for that you will need to show people that the country has changed and for that the name of Labcorp needs to branded on their minds. They need to remember that it was your help that saved them."
Robin was not happy with this actually but he could understand the logic. Right now he was trying to fight in a equal playing field and for that politics was his greatest weapon. The reason why he wasn't happy because at home he had seen this trend multiple times, he had seen how governments take credit for things that weren't theirs and made it seem like the people in power saved them.
Especially during the COVID pandemic. He had seen the squabbles among the leaders just so that the people could vote for them even though they didn't do shit. He didn't want to be like a political leader who was hungry for validation from the people.
Another reason why Sigret was adamant on the logo of Labcorp was because, she didn't want the respective governments to take credits for their work.
"How is the production line in North Korea?" Robin asked.
"The Ark farms have done great and the plantation of the berries have actually made the environments much cleaner, healthier and make the soil more fertile. The process has just started and it is very slow. But we estimate that in 10 years the lands of North Korea will be the most fertile land in Earth."
Robin was at least happy about this. The country had suffered a lot and with these berries they would see a new light in their life. He actually didn't say anything when the Russia and Ukraine came asking for help. He wouldn't discriminate when it came to the lives of innocent people who were just following orders.
The people might think that Russians were bad or the vice versa in different places but they forget that it was their leaders who had sent them over, and they were just following orders which might not be allowed by their own conscience but there was nothing they could do about it.
The story has been illicitly taken; should you find it on Amazon, report the infringement.
By the huge approval ratings of the miracle medicine by labcorp FDA had quickened the process of approval as the pressure from different organizations were on top of the to let the medicine be allowed to go public.
FDA had already asked about the logistics associated with the medicine and how much production would be possible to which Sigret attended and provided them the numbers, the cost and other logistical situations.
She was an high functioning AI so she gave numbers which was close to precision. Close to because at the end of the day it was handled by humans and there would be errors. The FDA was surprised by the numbers and after much thoughts they had decided to green flag the medicines by September.
This was the record fastest approval by the FDA, even faster than the time COVID vaccines came into actual distribution. Meanwhile, in the past months, many things had happened from other sides.
Diana and Andrew had returned to the States but this time they came with something extra. Robin contemplated on many things and at the end went with technology. Both of them had been given biopolymer based nano machines in their blood stream made by NOVUS, Ark and Brotherhood using their minds together.
Robin could easily use his shouts to control these two but he didn't do so instead he asked the technological heads to use their magic. Lydia and others had gone around the military base and the more they saw the more horrified they were.
Though these people were neither technological nor military nerds but they could see how powerful the technology of the military base was. The base was divided between air force and army so they got to see two major divisions of military strength in one base alone.
The invisible suits, the vanishing vehicles, the army strength, everything. Seeing all this, Diana and Andrew knew that there was really no going back and accepted the injection of nano machines in their blood stream which would monitor them 24/7. Biopolymer would make it sure that these machines wouldn't ever be detected.
And the machines would feedback almost live to DPRK. Diana was brought back to CIA headquarters for reassessment after the other doctor had vanished. She said half truth. The doctor was taken away by Labcorp since they came to know that he was a spy and since she was the also caught to question since she the intern under the doctor.
CIA questioned her a lot which she answered and since she spoke the half truth at the end she was released after a physical check. Now she was sent to other assignments instead of letting her go and work for Labcorp. Her cover was almost blown and CIA didn't want to let an asset go to waste and thus given a desk job at CIA headquarters along side the clone of Sigret.
There Diana got to know how deep DPRK had entered and their country would really die if they go into war mode against DPRK. Only thing she could do right now was to make sure that CIA didn't take any dangerous decisions and try her best.
Lydia begged to let her join the military as she just couldn't imagine herself leaving her life in worthless sleeping and fucking. She wanted to show her worth to Robin and make him believe that she was a great asset and maybe teach her magic much ahead in the future.
Robin was surprised by this begging from Lydia and even from Julius who was an actual pilot wanted to join the air force of DPRK. Robin actually green lit this. Lydia and Julius couldn't go out of his control anyways as it was almost impossible and even if they did it was almost late now. In a couple of months the borders would open and them betraying him wouldn't matter anyways.
The doctor was taken to the Brotherhood labs where he would work for the Brotherhood for the rest of his life.

"Master, he is at his home." Sigret said as Robin, who was sipping tea, watching the Golden Gate Bridge from his penthouse.
"It's time to go." Robin the kept the tea pot in the table and entered TARDIS.
He had someone to meet, or rather someone whom he would show hell. That someone was David Rockefeller. Couple of days ago, there had been a failed assault at his parents in the borders of Italy.
After the thing with Lydia, Robin got a little extra careful and didn't let anyone catch him off guard. So while his parents were allowed to have a free time of their own, he had sent a Variant from Novus air force to keep a check on his parents. He had although provided bulletproof protection using amulets from Skyrim and even used magic, he didn't want his parents to get attacked.
So the variant was sent to keep an eye on any suspicious elements that might hurt his parents. And they did. 15 men were sent in the borders to catch his family. 15 men who had actually vanished from the official records, just like Lydia.
