It was clear that Robin wanted to see this magnificent city, and he wasn't the only one. Rita, Cathrin, and Sauvik all desired to tour the famous city, particularly Cathrin who was a major Star Wars fan and had completed all the games.
They emerged through the door as the TARDIS suddenly materialized nearby. They felt a sensation of amazement as soon as they entered.
"No wonder it's called Cloud city. I feel like I am watching my mom's phone which has been put to maximum brightness."
"The residents of this city will struggle to keep the surroundings white." Rita made a remark. They talked among themselves as they walked around the city while seeing the architectural marvels and futuristic design as it stood in stark contrast to the absence of human activity. After coming out of the hangar bay they put their feet into the empty streets. The streets stretched out before them, devoid of bustling crowds and the usual vibrant energy that defined the city. It was as if time had momentarily frozen, leaving the newcomers alone to explore this ghostly metropolis.
"It's hard to imagine that something like this could be created." Savik said as he saw the city's vacant streets, which featured a variety of booths, and the glass dome that towered over it, shielding it from outside influences and interference.
"The city will help in our need for various gases and the lack of hydrogen."
The visitors' footfall reverberated against the smooth surfaces as they walked through the empty hallways. They were in awe of the minute intricacies and the dance of light and shadow in the voids. The absence of human presence allowed for a deeper appreciation of the city's grandeur, as every curve, every window, and every piece of technology stood out in stark relief.
In the marketplaces, the stalls and shops were left unattended, their wares untouched. The colorful displays and exotic goods seemed suspended in time, waiting for customers who would never arrive. The silence was almost deafening, broken only by the distant hum of machinery and the occasional flicker of lights.
"What? You made these things too when you created the city?" Cathrin was confused as she didn't understand why would Robin even create wares when there was no one present in the city to sell it to.
"The miners from Mars will need something to sell around and it will go to them via lottery and luck. The city needs vibrancy and creating them is just too easy for me. so why not." Robin responded right away with a fabrication. He was on the verge of congratulating himself on the lie he had just concocted. Though others found it odd with what Robin said, they didn't question.
It was Robin's creation to begin with and they have no right to criticize when they couldn't even accomplish 0.001% of what he had done.
As the newcomers ventured deeper into the city, they encountered grand halls and vast atriums, their emptiness accentuated by the lack of human voices and laughter. The absence of life created an eerie ambiance, evoking a sense of mystery and melancholy. It was as if the city itself held its breath, waiting for the return of its inhabitants.
"People are needed there. Now it's far too vacant." said Sauvik.
"The researchers have just arrived. They would need time to settle and understand the city."
Sigret had gone away to fly the small city to an appropriate location where they could start the mining process. Obviously, this couldn't go at even half the speed of Star Citizen's spacecraft, but it would still be adequate.
And the scientists weren't the only thing arriving. The miners from Command Centers would join too. The sun's rays filtered through the expansive windows, casting ethereal patterns on the empty floors. They couldn't help but be mesmerized by the interplay of light and architecture, experiencing a unique serenity that only an empty city could provide. But in top of this, they could hear the faint rumblings of atmosphere slowly getting louder.

The rumblings were caused by Jupiter's bad weather, and because they could hear the storms, it meant that they had finally arrived somewhere with air—even if it was just enough to kill them. But at least there was a familiar sound that they heard in a far off place from Earth.
This brought a little bit of joy in the faces of everyone present. They encountered the beauty and majesty of the city without the bustling life that had previously filled its streets, and it was a bittersweet encounter that was both inspirational and unsettling.
They returned to the TARDIS after finishing their tour of the location. In actuality, the modest phone booth captured their attention more than the metropolis did. This tiny object included all of the necessities for a person to survive. From the farm to a decent house. It was like a moving village on itself. They adored this location in part because of the Pokemon.
They enjoyed being in the TARDIS and playing with them since they were in love with them. Since then, all nations have been able to see the metropolis through long-range telescopes, and a satellite orbiting Jupiter took pictures of the city's inside. This all happened two weeks ago.
When the images were made public, people on Earth realized for the first time that North Korea had attained a level that very few nations would ever reach in their lifetimes. The fever was so intense that when the president of South Korea paid a visit to North Korea on November 22, he requested if they could reunite like they did when the Korean Peninsula was one.
Naturally, Robin declined. He still held the same thought that North Korea would never annex any land permanently. Whatever invasion they had done was only temporary and later they would leave, and this would last for hardly 5 years before the countries could back on track. It was necessary to point out that North Korea was also providing aid to nations like Syria, Yemen, and Ukraine, and that it was actively constructing infrastructure there to restore those nations' viability and safety.
The North Korean leader was eventually scheduled to hold his first press conference on December 2. Journalists from all around the world applied for seats so they could quiz the enigmatic leader. They had been waiting to find out who this person was and getting to know him all these days.
But the first news that came about the first press conference was that the ruler would give the interview in mask. His identity would remain a mystery as a result. Naturally, the news outlets went berserk and questioned why this was the case.
Surprisingly, the leaders of the nation defended the king, stating that since they had already agreed to him seeing them while wearing a mask, the media who would interview him should also agree to the same conditions. And if they couldn't, then should rather not go into. Because he wasn't forcing anyone to come.
Naturally, some cried out, claiming that the world's leaders lacked courage and were simply terrified of North Korea, but nothing changed. The number of candidates asking for a position to question the current North Korean leader was unaffected, though.
But a set of guidelines were provided to the media before they arrived. These were the guidelines.
* The journalists shouldn't interview the Supreme Commander on the thoughts that he himself wouldn't ask them a question in return. This might be an interview for namesake but commit it to memory that the Supreme Commander himself can ask question.
* A journalist would only be given one opportunity and could ask no more than two follow-up questions.
* . The journalists should always fact check their questions and claims before asking or they would asked to step out of the room.
These were three main criteria that North Korea had asked and honestly speaking, this was much better than they had anticipated. The majority of journalists believed that the ruler would ask for their questions or require them to follow a script.
They were delighted since several journalists viewed this as a resounding victory. 50 journalists from across the world were ultimately chosen by lottery to visit Pyongyang and conduct interviews with him there.
Since the interview will be carried live, news channels from all over the world flooded in to cover it. The newscasters stood in a line in front of the Earth Palace, describing how important it was for the public to learn about the ruler of such a strong nation that had risen to such heights in less than a year.
"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. We have a historic moment today as the Supreme Leader of North Korea has granted an exclusive interview, marking the first time since taking office. A country which is known for its human rights violation and other illegal activities but since they have turned a new page due to the Supreme Leader and took this country to a height that even my country might not ever be able to reach. This unprecedented event offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the visionary leader who has propelled our civilization into an age that we can only dream about."
