As they were about to leave Lily got a message.

Elder Mage Gabrielle has contacted you.

She got curious because she had gotten her Soul Manipulator class from her and took the call right away.

Suddenly a hologram face of a woman with black hair and black lipstick appeared. Her eyes immediately fell on Lily, and she said, "You look busy."

Lily shook her head and replied, " Mistress if you need help, I will come running to you right away."

Gabrielle nodded and said, “There is something we need to talk about. Can you come by now?”

"Of course, Mistress, but can they come along?" Lily asked.

Gabrielle nodded and replied, "I'll send you the location." and the hologram disappeared.

Lily heard a ping sound and saw a red dot in Labunagaan which was where she had first met Gabrielle. She told Ace and Aaron to go there instead and left immediately.

Luckily, they didn't ask questions which Lily was happy about. It took them 20 minutes to get to Gabrielle's residence which was a large white house with a white fence around it.

A woman with blond hair came out and welcomed them and they were shown to a large hall where a beautiful woman was sitting at a table. She had long black hair and was wearing a black dress.

She looked at them and said, "Glad you could come so soon."

They sat down and drinks and snacks were served, and Lily had some tea.

Gabrielle looked at her with a serious face and said, “There was once a god who stole the soul of my bestie and he died afterwards. I need your help to travel back in time and save him.”

You must travel back in time and save Gabrielle's best friend from death.

Lily choked on her tea when she heard that because she already had the same type of quest from her master.

She knew that those who had lived in their past could not visit it again because Light had told her so that meant Gabrielle could not come with her back in time and show where it happened.

Lily was sure she hadn't been resurrected to save people because Nicolas Flamel had joked that the gods had been amused when they placed her in this body, and they were right. Luckily, they didn't realize she had a system when she shouldn't have one at all.

They said goodbye to Gabrielle nicely and now that they were already in Labunagaan Lily might as well explore this part instead of traveling back to Amenale. She took out the map not knowing where to start and showed it to Ace because this was his home.

The black bird had hidden in her chest, but she didn't feel she had a bump sticking out otherwise it would look like she had 3 breasts and people would look at her strangely.

"There is a hot spring in this area, but we can get there tomorrow if we leave now." Ace said pointing to a mountain area.

Wow, Lily loved hot springs and got excited when she heard that, and they left immediately because she was hoping to get there tonight if possible.

They flew all day and along the way they stopped so Lily could revive plants but discovered she couldn't harness Spirit Flow because she was in Labunagaan so she had to use the spirit pearls.

As it was dusk, they chose to stop in a small village in a mountain area which was also close to a Zero Ground. They landed a little outside the village where there were large sandhills some distance away which Lily wondered about. She wanted to check them out but had to do it alone as Ace and Aaron weren't interested so they waited for her instead. She went to the nearest hill which was 2 meters high and wondered why there was sand here.

“What kind of place is this?” she asked.

"Zero Ground is nearby and it's not a place where anything can survive." replied the system.

Lily spotted something white sticking out of the hill in front of her and it looked like a bird's feather and grabbed it with her right hand and pulled it out quickly. To her shock, she saw a completely white skeleton of a bird that resembled a pigeon due to its size. She hurriedly threw it away and wiped her hands, sprinkling them immediately.

She stuck her head all the way to the sand and saw other feet sticking out and looked around at the other sandhills and her heart pounded.

Was someone murdering birds here and why would they even do it?

She changed to cleric class to see if she could bring them to life but chose not to because there was a reason there were hills with them. Thought if she offended the person who had done it.

“It’s normal to be frightened by this sight.” A woman said suddenly which shocked Lily even more and her body went limp.

To her right stood a woman in a long white dress and a white cloak. She had long blonde hair, pale skin and blue eyes and was wearing a pair of white gloves.

"What happened here?" Lily asked.

"I'm a veterinarian and come here sometimes to check the hills." replied the woman.

"The world has gone crazy." muttered Lily.

The woman nodded and gave her a friendly smile and asked, "What's your name?"

Lily who had her system answered immediately, “Lily.” and was surprised because she could pronounce her real name.

She was amazed and now knew that the woman was someone like Eco who was immune to her system.

The woman smiled and said, "Come let's go for a walk together." and Lily followed her.

They walked around the sandhills without saying anything to each other and Lily felt awkward because she was curious about the woman's background but didn't dare to be too pushy and ask about it.

After a few minutes they stopped at the same sand hill they had met and the woman looked at Lily and said, "It was nice to meet you." and held out her right hand as if to shake hands.

Lily shook her hand and smiled at her. They said goodbye to each other, and she went to Ace, Aaron and Jun De who were waiting for her.

"Has anything interesting happened?" Ace asked.

“I met a friendly person.” Lily replied, smiling.

Ace and Aaron were confused because she had been walking around by herself at the sand dunes but chose not to say anything. They walked towards the village to find something to eat.
