They said goodbye to the deer who disappeared in front of them, and Lily held her heart because it was first class magic right in front of her that she would never forget in her life.
"Why was it white?" she asked curiously.
"It is a Silk Deer that is a guardian of the Crystal Lake and not Avalon." Kenta explained.
Lily nodded and looked at the large white lake which was surrounded by a large forest. It was strange that she had been sitting in exactly the same lake, but it looked endless from the inside unless the main lake was somewhere else. Now they just had to find Merlin and then she had to find Mai who lived in the elf world. It all sounded simple to her ears, but she had no idea where to start.
"We're going into the middle of the lake." explained Jun De who was still in human form.
Lily was worried if it was a deep lake or a strange sea but she could breathe underwater so she wasn't worried about drowning and besides the lake could cure all sorts of diseases so there was really nothing to be afraid of.
They walked to the lake and Lily held Ace's right hand and they walked together in the water and started walking slowly. The water was warm and comfortable, and it was shallow.
When they reached the middle Kenta said, “The sword.”
Lily took out Excalibur and stuck the tip in front of them because she had done that last time and it had worked. They waited and soon after they saw waves in front of them in the air which suddenly turned into a big city with a castle and there was also another white lake on the other side. They entered in excitement and their hearts were beating fast and they looked around with curious eyes.
They were standing in something that looked like the Middle Ages and there was a big gray castle much further ahead and around it there were a lot of houses with thatched roofs. There were fields and it looked like it was out in the country, but they knew it was Avalon.
The white lake, they guessed, was where The Lady of the Lake lived and where Excalibur came from.
“Welcome to Avalon.” Kenta said.
They walked into the city and saw that it was lively, and the people looked happy, but it was clear that they were not people from their world because they were all wearing middle aged clothes and all the buildings and structures were ancient. There were many who looked at them curiously and especially the children gave them many looks, and they were whispered and pointed at.
"No human from your world has visited this place before." Jun De explained.
"It can be clearly seen." Ace said chuckling feeling like they were at an exhibition where people had come to look at them.
When they came to the gate of the castle two guards stood outside with silver armor, a helmet and a spear and had serious faces. Jun De walked up to them and nodded, and they nodded back, and one went inside, and they waited.
Shortly after, a woman appeared who was tall and slim and had dark eyes. She had long brown hair and was wearing a long blue dress and had bare toes which puzzled Lily. She had pale skin and was a very beautiful woman.

She bowed to the woman and said, "Greetings my lady." because it was either a queen or The Lady of the Lake and they could in no way offend either of them.
Ace and the others hurried to bow humbly to the woman.
The woman nodded to them and said, “Come inside. We’ve been waiting for you.”
Lily was confused when she heard the words but said nothing and they went inside immediately.
They were led behind the castle where there was a large beautiful open garden surrounded by beautiful nature. There were birds flying around and other wild animals walking around, and it looked peaceful.
The woman looked at Lily and said, "I assume you came for Merlin."
Lily nodded and replied, “Yes, my lady. It is correct."
"How about I get someone to show your friends around while you have a chat with Merlin." suggested the woman.
Lily looked at Ace who nodded because they had only come to see the place and didn't want to interrupt her conversation with Merlin. The woman showed Lily to a large flower bed that looked like moon flowers where there was a small area where there were dead flowers.
Ace and the others were shown somewhere else by the woman and Lily was left with just Kenta, waiting anxiously. She was going to meet Merlin himself and there was only one of him in all the worlds she was sure of, and she was happy and nervous at the same time. She looked at the flowers and wondered why there were moon flowers here when it was Avalon, but a lot had probably happened since the portal had split all the worlds. It had definitely also split the timelines, so that meant that you could actually travel in time in a normal way, or could you?
She quickly pushed the idea away because only a god had that ability, and she wasn't one yet. Damon mentioned she had God level powers, but she couldn't move mountains with her hands and mind, so she didn't know what exactly he was referring to. She bowed down in front of the dead plants and activated Flow Master and Heal, reviving them.
“Interesting combination you have there.” said a man's voice suddenly.
Lily looked turned up and saw an old man who was dressed in white and had a long white cloak on. He had a long white beard and long white hair, and his skin was pale with wrinkles. He didn't look ancient, but it was obvious that he was old. He had a white wooden staff in his right hand and there was a white snowy owl sitting on his head which was staring at her with its yellow eyes.
She got on her knees and said, "Greetings."
Merlin nodded and said, “Come, let's go for a walk together in this lovely weather. I assume you have other errands.”
Lily nodded and stood up and they slowly started to walk towards the forest with the wild animals.
They walked through a lot of trees and on the other side she saw white fields, but she could tell they were not the same. One was normal white flowers and the other was moon flowers which had some white dust around them.
Merlin stopped and asked curiously, "What do you see?"
Lily didn't know if it was a trick question but chose to answer honestly, "I see normal flowers and moon flowers."
“You are an interesting person.” Merlin said, smiling as he looked at the white fields.
Lily knew she was interesting because she had many secrets but wanted to know what he was referring to and asked, "Why am I interested?"
Merlin looked at her and replied, "If I had asked a random person from your world the answer would have been a white field, a field or white flowers but you specifically answered what exactly is out there."
He started walking to the left side where there were regular flowers and bent down and picked one up which was a white rose.
The stalk was green with thorns, and he handed it to her and said, "You must exchange it for one of the moon flowers."
Lily knew it was another test and accepted the rose with her left hand and they went to the flowers on the right which were the moon flowers. She bent down and saw a large, beautiful lily with a white stem, and it looked like dust was falling from it. She held the stem with her right hand and lifted it up but in the same second, she saw that the flower withered and turned brown and at last she had a withered flower in her hand. She was surprised and her heart beat faster and she could hear the adrenaline pumping. She put it back in the ground but saw that it was still dead and looked at Merlin.
"It is said that when you pick a moon flower, you also take their soul, so they die on the spot." he explained, bending down next to her.
Lily activated the Flow Master and healed the flower and watched it come to life and put it back into the ground. She saw that it began to vibrate and white dust began to sprinkle from it.
