The next morning, they got up early to get to The Crystal Lake. Lillian went with them as Lily didn't have a way to send her home but then she could get to know her better. She was even a cleric and who knows if they needed a healer.
She looked around at them all while they were sitting on the chicken's back and it occurred to her that it was lucky that they had met Lillian because none of them were healers apart from herself, but she only had one healing skill. They could reach their destination for dinner, and they were all looking forward to seeing Avalon but not to meet the beasts that guarded the lake.
They stopped occasionally so Lily could revive plants and when Lillian saw this she was surprised and started asking about her class and background. Lily explained the most important details since they were now a family.
“I've said it before. I knew you were a goddess.” Said Lillian as they stood in front of the white field that Lily had just revived.
Lily loved that word because it sounded like she was somewhat divine but at the same time she was annoyed because Celestia had that title and she didn't want to be compared to her and only said, "Thank you."
As they were about to leave, Lily heard a message:
Jade has contacted you.
She was surprised and thought she should help level up again and didn't have time for the call now but chose it anyway.
“Hi Jade.” she said.
She heard Jade snort, and it sounded like she was crying and confused waiting for an answer.
A few seconds passed and Jade said, “Uhm, my mother is dying. Can you save her?” and began to cry loudly.
Lily suddenly felt a twinge in her heart and became worried and had mixed feelings in her. They didn't know each other personally but Jade hadn't boasted about her identity so she was loyal and could be trusted. She wasn't a god nor was Hades so she couldn't just bring someone back to life if Jade's mother died. She had never cured a person before and was not a doctor and suddenly doubted if she could even save the person. She suddenly thought of Hebe's elixir of life, but they were useless now that they could only extend one life.
“You look worried. What happened?" asked Ace who had come over to her.

He had noticed her staring into the air without saying anything.
Lily looked at him and for the first time didn't know what to do. She wanted to help Jade, but she didn't have the guts.
“Wait a minute, Jade.” she said, explaining to Ace about Jade's mother's condition.
They all came to her when they heard her, and all started thinking of a solution. Lily knew she couldn't find smarter people, so they were the best ones to ask for advice.
"Remember you healed my face?" Aaron asked suddenly.
Lily nodded and replied, "Yes but Jade's mother has an illness."
Lillian looked at the plants that had just been revived and said, “The moon flowers were dead, but you revived them with the Flow Master. It’s possible that it can also cure diseases.”
They all looked at the field of moon flowers and suddenly Lily didn't think it sounded so stupid. She was right that it revived plants so it must have a special effect.
She called Jade back and said, "Maybe I have a solution and if it doesn't work, I'll find another one I promise."
"Thank you very much. When can you be here?" Jade asked, snorting.
“Tomorrow, I think. I'll call tomorrow morning. I assume she lives in Amenale.” Lily replied.
" Uhm, yes, she does. I will send you the location.” Jade said.
They quickly flew on so as not to waste any more time. Lily didn't know how she was going to get to Amenale within a few hours, but she could worry about that tomorrow. She had Shun who was a dragon, so he was definitely fast and wanted to test it tomorrow.
"How do you plan to get to Amenale tomorrow?" Alicia asked curiously.
Lily smiled and replied, "I have more up my sleeve."
If it was not possible to cure the mother, she had to ask Hebe for advice.
A few hours later, Lily had fallen asleep and was awakened by Ace waking her up with a gentle voice.
“We are here now.” he said.
She opened her eyes and looked down and saw a large forest of purple and red trees that looked like fall colors but there was a thick purple mist hanging around it that made it have an eerie feel.
They landed at the edge of the forest and Lily wanted to go closer and study the trees but knew now was not the time.
"We must walk from now on. Whatever you see or hear in the forest, ignore." Kenta said suddenly looking at her.
Lily knew he was serious and nodded at him. She looked at Ace and held his right hand very nervously.
Jun De suddenly said, “I think we should be more worried about the others than her.” and chuckled.
“What is it exactly?” Alicia asked.
"We can't tell what it is because we animals don't see the same as humans and the place has no effect on animals." Jun De replied.
Lily had an idea that it was an illusion mist and so she prepared herself in her mind to face whatever was coming.
"I'm ready." she said and nodded.
They started walking towards the purple mist and slowly walked into the trees and Lily squeezed Ace's hand. She had seen people being separated in fog in horror movies and she felt like she was in one now and was about to shit her pants but kept the mask.
"I won't let you go." Ace said, holding onto her hand tightly as he was also very nervous about what was hiding inside the forest.
They only knew that it was beasts that ate souls and he guessed that the fog was part of Zero Ground.
